John Bolton, former US ambassador to the UN, finally got it right.
The UN Arms Trade Treaty, Bolton says—likely to be signed by Obama and Hillary this week—will see our Second Amendment, the right to bear arms, shot full of holes.
Bolton argues that although the Treaty’s ostensible intent is to ‘curb global arms sales’ it will most certainly lead to mandatory registrations of our guns, pistols, rifles, right here in America, which means nothing less than confiscation.
And because Hillary and Obama will be signing a “Treaty,” it will have the same legal force as Congressional legislations, more so, it will override the Second Amendment. And no Senate ratification will be needed.
Well, the stage has been set—it’s almost surreal—for with the ‘Batman’ killings this past weekend…”white man goes on a shooting spree”…(there’s more to this than meets the eye) Obama and Hillary AND the US Military have perfect justification to take away our guns.
Now, who will be the enforcers of this draconian Treaty?
The Jewish-ruled US State Department where Hillary Clinton is nothing more than a Zionist shill.
Lots of Jewish masters here—who apparently, given Jewry’s decades of gun control advocacy—would like nothing more than seeing the Goyim disarmed.
First there’s Hillary’s press secretary, Victoria Nuland.
No, she’s not some blue-blooded Gentile like her name suggests. She was born Victoria Nudelman, daughter of wealthy Jews from the Bronx.
Nudelman just happens to be married to neocon Jew, Robert Kagan, an official adviser at the State Department, who with his Jewish peers brought us the BIG LIE of Saddam’s “weapons of mass destruction.”
And the most likely candidate to spearhead the State Department’s complicity with the UN to seize our guns is Daniel Benjamin, head of the State Department’s Counter-Terrorism— yes, he’s Jewish—who’s out to get all of us “home grown terrorists.”
And their key enabler on Capitol Hill will apparently be Jewish Senator Dianne Feinstein, head of the Senate Intelligence Committee, a fierce backer of the UN Treaty.
Feinstein sees the National Rifle Association as a “daunting” opponent to her gun control agenda, and replacing the Jewish Lobby as having the real “stranglehold” on Congress. Yeah, sure, Feinstein, tell us another one:

Feinstein has not been told by Obama to “back off” simply because his record proves that he despises the Second Amendment just as much, if not more, than Feinstein.
And neither will the US State Department’s enabled UN troops “back off”—when they come banging at your door to “register,” I mean, their coming to take away your guns.
They are coming to take the guns.
These are the last acts before they do so. I am Canadian.
The cops may come and search your home at any time to check on your firearms once they are registered and they know you have them.
It is the only reason TO register them as the killers do not bother registering, and the biggest killers are the ones from the army who do the bidding of the Jews. Even my country is involved with the War on Terror now.
Martial law next month or the one after that? Who knows? If they try, taking the guns away will be very easy to do.
All I can say is…if you are that STUPID as to trust the Gov’t and robotically “shabbas goy” register something as benign like a “potentially” projectile firing device….perhaps you DESERVE what is forthcoming.
If they come to our door, wanting our guns, they will be shot at!
Once Obama and Hillary SIGN the Treaty (most likely this Friday) it WILL be BINDING with NO Senate ratification needed.
SCOTUS (the HIGHEST COURT of the land) RULED that if the “signers” of ANY TREATY –in this case Obama & Hillary– state that the treaty is “Binding” upon the US to comply with then “no ratification by the Senate is needed.”
AND – No “nullification” can stop it.

For the US residents, remember only handguns are registered.
Rifles require only a background check with no record of the gun purchased. I highly recommend everyone purchasing a Mosin Nagant 7.62x54mmR military surplus rifle. Your local gun store will have one in excellent condition for around 100 bucks.
These will be gone within a year and I doubt there will be another equivalent. The rounds can be purchased in bulk for around 20 cents a round. For the not so gun-savvy, the round is comparable to a 30-06, which by the way are 50-60 cents a round surplus ammo.
Handguns are overrated, in my opinion. You would do much better with a home made 12 gauge pistol.
I don’t know the specific legality of them but I am fairly certain you can manufacture any armament you wish as long as you don’t distribute them to other persons. There are even plans that can be found online easily showing you how to construct a 12 gauge pistol using common items.
Every able bodied American should own a medium sized rifle, a 1000 rounds of ammo and be competent in its use.
Not only for militia purposes but also for hunting if ever in the future the grocery store shelves become barren. I do urge everyone to find a way to spend the 300 dollars that would get you a Mosin Nagant and around 400 rounds of ammo.

Guess YOU will need wait until some federal agency decides to fix it before YOU can buy a gun! It went down a full TWO weeks when President Klinton couldn’t get Congress to pass the ‘close gunshow loopholes’ laws. There ARE ZERO loopholes for gun shows!
Right when Western America’s largest gun show of the year with thousands of seller tables was set to start for a weekend only, that’s when the instant check computers went down! No one was able to buy or sell a thing.

If there were a popular uprising of the American people, and a proper assembly would thereafter hold that criminal elements have acted “ultra vires” or have acted as agents of foreign powers, and that therefore any laws, decrees or executive instruments signed by such named people relating to internal affairs of the United States are to be considered null and void, who would be in a position to challenge America on this?

The Constitution and Bill of Rights do not “give” rights, but merely “explain” what rights Americans have simply by being born or existing on this planet.
It is therefore rights not given to take away by any man or government unless that person decides it to be so.
I understand the so called law/ruling will be enforced, but it will be done so illegally and with much resistance.

My pastor and I had the same discussion a few weeks ago. We both agreed that while the 4th Commandment and St. Paul instruct us to obey those in authority over us, we men, whose primary “earthly” vocations are usually father and husband, should heed St. Peter and obey God rather than men.
Being able to defend and protect one’s family is good stewardship of our earthly gifts and God-given vocations.
The above person fails (or denies) to understand that disarmament is followed by rape, torture, and murder. Would he like to watch this happen to his family? Like you said, the Bolshevik Revolution is proof, but no one gives a rat’s rear-end about Christians being slaughtered.

The last nail in the coffin as far as permanently relegating the citizenry to serfdom and slavery will be the confiscation of firearms.

A note to readers especially outside the US who may agree to gun control in the US, don’t fall for the hype.
As heinous as the bizarrely surreal theater massacre was in Aurora, Colorado, with 12 dead and 59 wounded, by comparison, in Chicago, these figures represent the death and casualty toll of an average weekend thanks to Black and Hispanic gang warfare in the ‘hoods.
Only this incident took place in a predominantly liberal White city, which also has a tragic history of mass murders, such as the Columbine school shootings for example, involving a (probably) non-Jewish White male perpetrator with presumably a high functioning IQ, with potential to be a brilliant research scientist.

They tried to pass the Trayvon Martin shooting as a White man’s crime in order to set up Martin as the anti-gun poster boy, until it was discovered that Zimmerman was also of a minority.

Decades of gun control has not worked to lower violent crime, it has only given more confidence to the criminals, who have long banked on the known fact that no one of the law-abiding citizenry, particularly in urban areas, is armed thanks to anti-gun laws.
Statistically, except for the major urban criminal gang warfare areas, of all homicides and violent crimes, guns are involved in a relatively low percentage of them.
In other words, violent crime is still going to happen, just without guns, other weapons will be used to perpetuate the same crimes.

That the Government cooks their statistics has been demonstrated, and even more telling when comparing statistics with the US, UK authorities do not count violence perpetuated against victims under the age of 16, along with obfuscation of other factors and criteria.

(UTurnUK): There is no doubt that violent crime has gone up hugely over the last 50 years – but measuring how much it has increased by is made extremely difficult by a disagreement between the two main measures (police recorded violent crime and the British Crime Survey).
A rough compromise between the two would still show violent crime rising about seven fold in the last 50 years!
This is a massive increase and, one might say, a massive indictment of the way we have been living in recent decades. A civilised, educated and prosperous country should be seeing reductions, not large increases, in violent crime.

The most common method of killing continues to be by sharp instrument. In 2010/11, there were 232 victims killed in this way, accounting for 36 per cent of all homicides.
This was an increase from the 210 homicides (35%) that involved a sharp instrument in 2009/10.
There were 60 shooting homicide victims in 2010/11, an increase of 19 offences compared with the 41 in 2009/10. This includes the 12 victims of the Cumbrian shootings on 2 June 2010.
The proportion of homicides committed by shooting was nine per cent in 2010/11.
Female victims were more likely to be killed by someone they knew. Over three-quarters (78%) of female victims knew the main suspect, compared with 57 per cent of male victims. In most of these cases, female victims were killed by a current or ex-partner (47%) while male victims were most likely to be killed by a friend or acquaintance (42%).
In 2010/11, there were 56 homicide victims aged under 16 years. In line with previous years, the majority of these victims were killed by a parent or step-parent (64%, or 36 offences).

I’m confused.
I have read that the senate must ratify the treaty for it to be legitimate, now I hear you say that they don’t have to ratify it…

Dave: (As is my understanding)…Think of a countries domestic laws as an umbrella that goes border to border.
Think of a treaty as an agreement that is a larger umbrella that encompasses a number of countries and obligates all those countries under this larger legal umbrella.
In other words , Treaties can supercede the laws within the borders, or conversely erases all the borders and create a “single containment area”. Usually Treaties were rather banal, token and positive.
However, the other side of the coin is that they can have a dark side, such as what we are seeing unfolding. Yes, it is sheer treachery and treason by cowards going behind their own citizens backs.
May also suggest to bone up on Admiralty Law, that’s a whole other insidious set of laws few are aware of that can trump a Countries laws.
I figure we’ve got two choices at this point in time:
1. Take as many of them with us as we’re able. 2. Offer ourselves up for Jesus – and we all know what happened to Him!
Kind of downer having to think along these lines 🙁

Though it varies from state to state the criteria to get a license is quite severe, no semis, no pump, and a pistol requires you to be in a gun club, at which you must be seen to be active, at least once a month.

This will seem off topic and bizarre but it pertains to the Aurora shooting. It’s also curious that a video (My Homies still) by the very foul Lil Wayne had skeletons in a theatre and he was covering up his ears (like something very loud happened).
I found out about this on the Vigilant Citizen website. If anyone knows some symbolism and the constant reference to mannequins and pyramid shapes, this Lil Wayne video had mannequins, a pyramid hat and the skeletons.
So Lil Wayne is definitely working with the Illuminati and the Illuminati or Jews love to leave their messages of something they plan on doing.
Vigilant Citizen also said that a movie trailer (called the Gangster Squad) shown right before the Batman movie ended with a big shooting in a movie theatre.
