It is now the beginning of our Orthodox Church’s Great Lent in which we follow Christ’s journey into Jerusalem where He was crucified BY THE JEWS even though Pilate wished to free Him. (Monastics like myself do a 3 day STRICT FAST of no food or drink until Wednesday at the 9th hour which is 3 PM.)
Indeed, the Jews ARE GUILTY of Christ’s crucifixion EVEN those being in sympathy with the evil act and NOT repudiating it.
Thus, ALL JEWS are guilty of corporate guilt in the crucifixion of the Lord of Glory, our God and Saviour, Jesus Christ, and THUS are GUILTY of DEICIDE.
Christ Himself called guilt upon the Jews who opposes Him when he made them responsible for the “Blood of Cain” (even though they were not living at the time) down to the “murder of the Holy Zechariah, the father of St John the Baptist.

3. Mervyn King, Governor of the Central Bank of England.

Now, the FIRST step in the arrival of the Anti-Christ, whom the Orthodox Church teaches will be a Jew, is the creation of a CASHLESS society.
In a recent Bilderberg Conference, US Treasury Secretary Timmy Geithner called for a “GLOBAL finance system.”
He was followed by a senior official of the European Central Bank who presented the creation of a “cashless payments system” across national borders. This IS the first step…right in our faces.
The SECOND step is the creation of compulsory, worldwide “National ID Cards” all tied directly into centralized supercomputers. Many nations, such as Brussels, Germany, and the Netherlands, already have a National ID Card system in place.
Last summer, Senator Charles ‘Chuckie’ Schumer, a Zionist Jew, introduced his Immigration Reform Bill, which requires all American citizens to carry a biometric National ID Card with embedded information such as: iris and fingerprint data; credit and criminal histories; DNA sequences; social profiling; and medical histories – ALL linked to a central database.
In the Big Brother “cashless society” the National ID Card will ALSO serve as a medium to “buy and sell”…not unlike today’s credit and debit cards.
Third Step. Once the ID cards are in place, the Jewish-owned media will start airing stories about the “misfortunes” of people losing their ID cards…and a matrix of fear will be planted in the minds of billions…who might even then be conditioned to accept implants – ID implants – which “cannot be lost or stolen.”
Sadly, most Americans whose intelligence goes no further than mall shopping, big screen sports, beer and sex, will submit to the National ID Card…and maybe someday, implants.
But, for those of us who are on to the Zionist game, the National ID Card must be rejected and fought every inch of the way.
Frankly, we would rather starve than let an Anti-Christ One World Governance rule our stomachs, our wrists, our foreheads…and…even our very minds!

Your timing is right on regarding the Antichrist. Now that his old world order is turning into the “new” world order, his introduction will happen anytime from March to November.
On December 2012, when the ET/demons arrive in a military style invasion (you can throw away your flags and borders when that happens, we will be under their laws and dictatorship), the Antichrist will then be possesed by Lucifer and the 7-year dance is on.
In between this time, the Antichrist will confront Br. Nathanael and will want to publicly humiliate and frighten Br. Nathanael through the use of Luciferian powers. There are three comets, and when they pass by, you will see a flash and hear a loud boom like sonic thunder (which means the pole shifted a 1/4) that will be heard all over the world, and the earth and all it’s humans and animals will be submerged in a powerful photon energy that will be felt.

It confuses me because the grammar seems to imply that the reign of the AntiChrist is not a terminal affair ending in the destruction of all the world, but that it is somehow only a temporary affair followed by a general revival. Is this what you mean to portray?

The Apostle Paul said:

According to the Bible, many people will die during tribulation but the world will not be destroyed. The anti-christ’s reign is very short.
After the anti-christ is destroyed, Jesus sets up his kingdom on earth for 1000 years until again Satan is released one last time and is finally destroyed forever.
The reason so many Christians think the world will end is because of the mistranslation of the word “aion.” Aion means “age” and not “world.”

THIS teaching is rather of many Holy Orthodox Elders, Prophets, and Teachers that the reign of the Anti-Christ, (as exposited in the Revelation of St John The Theologian), will be for only 7 years.
Then will come a great INGATHERING of Believers and SEEKERS — seeking out Orthodox Christians to tell them about Jesus Christ and His Church.
This is SPECIFICALLY stated in the prophecies of Elder Paisios of the Holy Mountain (Mt Athos of Greece) who is WELL RESPECTED by many Orthodox Christian Bishops, Priests, and Monks throughout the world.
As an Orthodox Christian I never assert my own opinion but rather what is taught by the Holy Fathers of The Church, that is, The TEACHINGS OF THE HOLY ORTHODOX CHURCH — and the “consensus” of Holy men like Elder Paisios and many others who are in agreement with him albeit other Holy teachers of our Church may be disagreement.
There are many instances of this throughout Orthodox Church history.
For instance, St Irenaeus of the 2nd Century (unless it is an extrapolation) stated that the Anti Christ would come from the tribe of Dan because of a negative reference to that region (not to the tribe though) in the writings of the prophet Jeremiah.
However, there is no “consensus” among other Holy Fathers that this is the case. St John of Damascus, in his Exposition of the Orthodox Faith only states that the Anti Christ would be a Jew, never stating what “tribe” he would come from.
Well, how could anyone state that? The tribal distinctions are GONE. AND – Herod destroyed all of the Levitical geneologies before 70 AD.
What Jew today can prove he is from any of the particular tribes? Jews have intermarried through the last 2000 years BOTH amongst themselves (not having a clue what “tribe” their mates were from).
And besides, the Orthodox Church teaches that the “144,000” mentioned TWICE in the Revelation of St John is figurative for the first fruits of the believers MADE UP of “all nations, tribes, and tongues.”
BUT – let’s all try to stick to the topic and if there is digression, I hope that others do not simply assert there “own opinions” rather than referring to authoritative sources.
For how are we to interpret the Holy Scriptures? From our own understanding? The Bible itself teaches us NOT to lean unto our own understanding.
That is why Orthodox Christians rely on the “pastors and teachers” of the Church who have been purified of their passions after many years of struggle for the correct interpretation of Holy Writ.
The Nicene Fathers Series is a great place to begin. There you will find amongst other treasures, the Homilies of St John Chrysostom on every book of the New Testament. This is where we gain a CORRECT interpretation of the Gospels and the apostolic epistles and writings.
There are also MANY books written by the Holy Fathers such as St Ephraim, St Basil The Great, St Gregory of Nyssa, St Irenaeus, St Cyril of Jerusalem, and St John Chrysostom, all from the 4th/5th Centuries AD, that have been translated into English on the Holy Old Testament.
St John of Damascus of the 8th Century AD is also EXCELLENT on the entire Bible in his Exposition of the Orthodox Church. It is a classic and should be standard reading for all students of the Bible. I myself have read it cover to cover many times.
THUS — Before I make any statements, assertions, or expositions of the Bible, I FIRST check with the Fathers mentioned above and the Holy Elders of our Church.

I do respect blessed Elder Paisios very much as well, and have read the specific prophesy you refer to. I do not find anything which contradicts the literal meaning of the Revelation in his writings.
I have an Orthodox priest to guide me, and he indicates that Christ is going to destroy the whole world upon his return, as the Bible literally states. Would you say that he is ignorant?

Is it possible that the reason the Catholic Church is having so much trouble with sex abuse is because it’s totally infested with Jews and many of the priests are crypto Jews who sneaked in to carry out the abuse and bring down the church.

I watched the video on your comment. If you can get the Sun Magazine edition of either June 2007 or June 2004, (I believe that it is June 2007) it has 100 prophesies from Saints and Mystics in the past.
One of the prophecies says that the Antichrist’s name would be “W.” George “W.” Bush. One of the prophecies also said that the either flag or emblem of the Antichrist would be an eagle in a star.
Sounds like the US inside the Israeli star. If what this video says is true, then George W. Bush was the Antichrist and he ruled for 8 years. It was in 2007 or 7 years after he came into his own that the great depression started.
Yes indeed, the Apocalypse of St. John is chock full of metaphors and things easily understood. One of the things easily misunderstood is the idea that Jesus is going to destroy the world.
One of the other ones is that Jesus is going to rule for 1000 years when Lucifer is released from hell. To me this is total nonsense. If Jesus is ruling do you think that he is going to allow Lucifer to be released from his prison and go about and destroy everything that he has built?
And do you think that Jesus is just going to sit idly by? I firmly believe that the 20th chapter of the Apocalypse is just a rehash of the first 19 chapters in shortened form.

Who said anything about Christ returning twice?
There is nothing in the Book of Revelation that says that Christ will leave during the 1000 years of peaoe.
What it does say is that Satan will be bound up in the 1000 years unable to do his works. You can not argue that these “1000 years” have been the last 2000 years because the last 2000 years have had Satans fingerprints all over them.
I have little tolerance for anyone who suggests that someone else should think for you. We have church leaders to guide us, not to dictate what is correct.
The Rabbis interpreted the Tanakh for the Jewish people so they wouldn’t have to think for themselves. It was called the Talmud.

I think the best and simplist way of understanding the Orthodox position on eschatology is to read St John Chrysostom’s specific sermons on New Testament verses and passages.
St John Chrysostom comments on eschatology in his sermons on the book of Romans, Chapters 9-11 and Thessalonians dealing with the Anti-Christ in particular.
Simply Google: Nicene Fathers Series & you will see all the Homilies listed of Chysostom’s writings.
Also, St John of Damascus deals with “last things” in the last Book of his classic work, The Exposition of The Orthodox Faith. +BN

The “catholic” church that is out of Rome today is an anti-Church.
The post conciliar, Vatican II “church” is in total apostasy, as was predicted by Our Lady of La Salette in the late 1800’s. If you were catechized prior to 1960, then you should have had fairly solid catechesis, and understanding of what is true Catholicism and what is not.
Anything afterward (especially after 1965) you have not been taught about the true Catholic faith, but of an counterfeit “catholic” teaching.
Don’t you believe for a second that anything during the post conciliar age is “catholic”. It is not. That goes for any and all priests ordained after 1970.
Seek and keep the real faith. The Vatican II church is not the real “church” of Catholicism.
What Brother Nathanael preaches here is true Orthodoxy, and more true to the faith than anything that has come out of Rome since after 1958.

Indeed, Elder Paisios, and of course many, many Greek, Russian, Serbian and other Orthodox Bishops, Priests, Monks and Lay people have been outspoken about the Jew Wold Order for as long as I can remember.
As I have stated here on this site many times, even today, in many Churches you will find readily available material which reveals the core of the problem.
Just last week, here in Greece, in my own parish, we had a long presentation about all of this, and practically the whole congregation attended. It was organized immediately after the service, so everyone could be there.
We, unlike many other Christian denominations, do NOT shy away from the “hard” parts of Scripture where Jews are presented they way they really are.
Not only this, but even mildly religious people here in Greece, are VERY outspoken about the Jews and Zionism, even on PUBLIC MAINSTREAM TV.
In my humble opinion, this is the reason why there is a global effort to destroy Greece financially and culturally at many fronts, right now.
In fact, we even have Communists who claim to be atheists, who are publicly claiming much of what Br. Nathanael claims on this site.
Mikis Theodorakis, who is a world acclaimed composer, and who has been a leftist for most of his life, has just very recently turned and become a patriot and publicly claimed in that he is indeed an “anti-semite” and that he does not care what that means, and the reason for this, is because the Jews/Zionists are behind our calamities in Greece.
He of course, did not apply the full meaning to the word that the Jews apply to it, but he said it in a particular way to demonstrate that he does not care WHAT they call him, because he says the truth.
The fact that in the western world not many know much about the awareness that is present in Orthodox nations, is because simply said, they are living in complete oblivion to whatever happens in the rest of the world.

As a matter of fact, he stays closer to it than most. It is COMPLETELY natural and normal for a sincere and practicing Orthodox to know about these things. And for a Jew who seeks Christ, Orthodoxy is by far the most appropriate and natural way to become a true Christian.
Sometimes, I wonder why Greece is not attacked more fiercely because of all the severe criticism and revelation of the truth that goes on here. I guess that the Jesus Christ and His Mother are actively protecting us.
Having said all of this, I would like to say here that for all practical purposes, being Jewish is a state of being, much more than a racial condition. All humans, Jew or not, are free to choose, and when we or they become Christian, we are no longer something else, but Christian.
Thus, while the unrepentant Jews are to be blamed for much of the death and destruction in this world, this does not mean in any circumstance that they are the only ones responsible for it, nor that they have no chance of salvation. But the fact remains, that they are obviously the leaders in Anti-Christ’s plan.
Thus to make my self really clear, I am not calling for their deaths or any other such extremes, but rather for the repentance, acceptance of the true Messiah Jesus Christ and their return to the true Israel, which is His Orthodox Church.

A short time line on what is to come, according to the Orthodox Elders:
I will briefly collect and paraphrase into a single time line the events which are to come soon, based on Elders Paisios, Joseph of Vatopedi, Saint Kosmas of Aitolia and others.
It is important to note that ALL of these prophecies, have been expressed long before the current financial crisis was apparent. Also, some of these prophecies, while matching and coinciding, have been expressed many years (even hundreds) apart.

8 ) A new, yet short, time of Christian Renaissance will take place. It has been mentioned, that this will happen in order to prepare and help the righteous as much as possible before the end.
9) People will actively seek Christ, and He will be the Christ of Orthodoxy.
10) Many people will become true Christians.
11) After this short time of peace and prosperity, the Anti-Christ – who will be a Jew – will appear and gradually, yet pretty fast, will start gaining followers.
12) His reign will be apparently one of justice at first, but will also gradually turn into an evil dictatorship.
13) At which point, the Second Coming of Our Lord Jesus Christ will occur.
It is important to note, that more than once, specific people have been told by these Elders that they will be present and alive while this war and it’s resolution occurs. And, specific pointers and events have been given to help discern the start of these things.
Since many of these pointers have to do with Greece’s, Russia’s, and Turkey’s political, international and financial status, I can tell you, that while even 1 year ago some would not see anything obvious that matches the prophecies, today, it is VERY clear that these things are starting to happen and at a very speedy pace.
The Changes that have occurred in Greece in the last year alone, have been DRAMATIC in all fronts to say the least, making the prophecies a whole lot more relevant and obviously true right now.
The initial confrontation of Greece vs Turkey has already started, and there is something new happening every single day, pushing events towards the exact events as presented in the prophecies.

About the Elder Paisios, I have my doubts.
He was famous to call the people who came to him by their names, something not compatible to Orthodoxy.
Also, when the antichristian Ecumenical Pseudopatriarch of Constantinople BartolomJEW came to Athos, the Elder Paisios bowed to him and said: “God gave us in these difficult times the best Patriarch.”
(I recall, if he meant, we are SOOOO BAD that we deserved no better one.)
Elder Paisios was famous to be perspicacious. But although he digged his own grave in Athos he lies outside the Holy Mountain, the Garden of Virgin Mary.
The question is, whether the Mother of God did not want him there.
He never told a single word against the Ecumenism, and condemned the old-calendarian Orthodoxes, who did not join the Pope and did not alter any dogmas.
Maybe he is a holy person, but for us old-calendarians he is a heretical.
In Greece there are many false prophecies about Greece and Turkey. But the eschatology is ecumenical, it is about the whole world and not for the Greeks, who dream to take back Constantinople.
Let us look at Jerusalem, not Constantinople. I mean, the New Jerusalem in heaven.

I must correct you in your faulty perception of Elder Paisios of the Holy Mountain.
First of all, many Clairvoyant Elders do INDEED call those who meet them for the first time their names BEFORE introducing themselves. I know of a living Elder who does this all the time, a VERY holy man, well-respected by Old Calendarists.
Two. Elder Paisios was being sarcastic before Bartholomew to make him feel his shame.
Three. Elder Paisios spoke out many times against ecumenism.
Four. The Theotokos wanted Elder Paisios buried in the exact place where his relics remain to this day.
Four. Many Old Calendarists do indeed venerate Elder Paisios as a very holy man.

Elder Paisios was indeed a very Holy and Saintly man. There is no doubt about this. The evidence is beyond overwhelming and the witnesses are in the many tens of thousands.
His legacy is not only one of cheap tricks, but also more importantly of profound monastic and pure Orthodox Christian life practice, humility, humbleness and wisdom.
Perhaps his comments about the new vs the old calendar is something you may not like. Elder Paisios was very concerned and saddened by the differences between old and new calendar Orthodox. He had therefore pointed out, that this is just another trick of the Devil to divide and conquer.
And because one knows your name before they meet you, is not automatically incompatible to Orthodoxy. Frankly, I find your expressions such as: “he digged his own grave” quite ugly to say the least, given the probability that he is going to become officially a Saint of the Church, and as such will be recognized by all our Orthodox brethren new and old calendar alike.
His now famous statement about all of this is that “The new calendar was created by the Pope – a heretic – and the old by a pagan idol worshiper.” He thereby made it clear that the issue is not one of dogma nor faith.
In addition to this, there are a great deal of different practitioners of the either the old or new calendar, and you may find sincere Orthodox Christians in both sides.
In particular, the Greek mainland (i.e. not of Mount Athos) old calendar Orthodox, are also riddled with people who display clearly un-Orthodox behavior, which clearly shows a lack of Grace. And a lack of Grace is a sign of the absence of the Holy Spirit.
There is no point going into details about this as this is clearly not the place to discuss this. But, I have ample proof of this.
But I wanted to point out, that we have had many and numerous Saints in the “ecumenist” as you call it new calendar Church Greece, not the least of which was Saint Nektarios. You would not say that he is wrong somehow and not a “real” saint because of him following the new calendar, would you?
We also have contemporary Orthodox people who are clearly doing the right thing, again, not the least of whom are Bishop Seraphim of Piraeus, Bishop Augustine etc. etc. And what of Elder Porfyrios?
So clearly, what calendar you live by, does absolutely NOT affect ones spiritual progress if one is sincere and proper in all other things.

What is it the Apocalypse is talking about though? Everyone look around you and see. What you are seeing happening in the world today is what the Apocalypse said was going to happen.
You need to look at what has happened, particulary in the 20th century, and try to fit it into the Apocaypse starting, I believe, with the 10th chapter. It is all there.

I do believe that Jews infiltrated the Catholic Church and destroyed it from within. I tried to take on the local Archdiocese after learning that their accountants and team in charge of spending and chartible donations were all Jews.
There was a shakeup in the local structure; but since then, who is who is now highly secretive.
The issue I took on was that there was a significant number of contributions from the local Archdiocese funds to Jewish causes, one of which is the United Way (which BTW, despite the lies, is almost 100% Jewish and Jewish causes).
It is not my intent to bash Christians, but rather to expose how badly Jews have damaged Christianity, turning it on it’s head with issues like abortion and immorality and most recently with associating Christianity with the neo-con pro-Jewish Tea Party movement.

Jesus said His Church could not be prevailed against by anything including the gates of hell. The Roman Catholic Church is the Church. No matter how bad things look, Jesus said the Church cannot be destroyed.
The main destroyers of the Catholic Church are those we call “liberals” and those liberals are primarily those people of the Jewish Revolutionary Spirit. This is one more Jewish revolution and really all of them have failed in the final analysis.
The revolutions indeed cause many deaths, including deaths of many souls, and chaos and disorder of every despicable kind, but faith in Jesus Christ has lived on and become stronger with every Jewish revolution.
If this thing we call Christ’s church, the body of Christ, can be destroyed, then it is no use for Christianity at all.

When money is kept in short supply and all of it is “loaned out” at interest, an imbalance is created. Where does the money come from with which to pay the interest?
In order to keep the money supply from shrinking over time as interest and principal payments are made, more money must be created and more loans made.
If the money supply is not expanded at a rate equal to the interest rate, some borrowers must of necessity default on their loans; the result is bankruptcies, foreclosures, unemployment, and depression.

The Church of God is not defined by worldly organizations, but by a heavenly one, for the Holy Spirit who knows all things is at work in the world and He goes where He wills.

Careful there about the whole Catholicism bit and that it’s anti-Church and what not.
I look to Rome because the Vatican still remains intact and is autonomous. I see hundreds and thousands, if not millions, until today, who look to Rome as an iconic city with cultural and religious significance.
Now, are there problems with the Catholic Church? Yes. But to simply cast it aside as a no-good sect that is an anti-Church is not right. If, of course, this is what you are doing.
I beg to differ. Certainly, if you are going to look at how Christianity broke into the different sects, then you most certainly keep a few things in mind.
The Anglican Church broke with the Roman Catholic Church mainly due to the introduction of divorce. Am I right? And, divorce, a good thing is it? No! Not by any standard! And, marriage for life?! Hard!
And how about this whole Mormon sect? Do I believe they aren’t Christians or are anti-Christians? No! But many do!
So, you see Lydia, even if you choose to believe what you do, do not try to create a rift among you and others by labeling Catholics this and Catholics that after such and such date.
You may get the impression that I’m a Catholic. Well, I am. But, not the type you describe comes out of Rome.
And, if you are going to talk about Orthodoxy, per say, then Russian and Greek Orthodox (as well as several others) are probably as Orthodox as it gets. Unless of course, you have Protestants and the rest of the sects.
Do you see where I’m going with this? I can’t possibly label this sect better than that sect – this is nonsense since you already have a self-defeating argument. I can no more say Catholicism is a truer and purer form of Christianity than any other sect.
Does work that way! But, I can say without a shadow of a doubt, that most Catholics have a real sense of Jesus and many are quite pious.
And, no, I’m not arguing with you. Again, I just prefer we as Christians do not start labeling and accusing each other of not being Christians (anti-Church or what not) because we belong to a certain sect.

I think I can also take a stab at this at well and a lot of it is the shielding.
Muslims don’t have to hear — as Whites in America do — that they are to blame for the Holohoax™ and that Nazis were White; and Whites want to enslave every Negro they say, and that the Whites want to build gas ovens and put a gas pipes in to Jew’s mouths……etc.
For Whites in America the training begins in Grade School and is carried to the University level.

March 6 marks the anniversary of the fall of the Alamo back in 1836. For more than 13 days, 186 brave and determined patriots withstood Santa Anna’s seasoned army of over 4,000 troops.
To a man, the defenders of that mission fort knew they would never leave those ramparts alive. They had several opportunities to leave and live.
Yet, they chose to fight and die. How foolish they must look to this generation of spoiled Americans.
It is difficult to recall that stouthearted men such as Davy Crockett (a nationally known frontiersman and former congressman), Will Travis (only 23 years old with a little baby at home), and Jim Bowie (a wealthy landowner with properties on both sides of the Rio Grande) really existed.
These were real men with real dreams and real desires. Real blood flowed through their veins. They loved their families and enjoyed life as much as any of us do. There was something different about them, however. They possessed a commitment to liberty that transcended personal safety and comfort.
Liberty is an easy word to say, but it is a hard word to live up to. Freedom has little to do with financial gain or personal pleasure.
Accompanying Freedom is her constant and unattractive companion, Responsibility. Neither is she an only child. Patriotism and Morality are her sisters. They are inseparable: destroy one and all will die.
Early in the siege, Travis wrote these words to the people of Texas:

The brave men at the Alamo labored under the belief that America (and Texas) really was “the land of the free and the home of the brave.” They believed God was on their side and that the freedom of future generations depended on their courage and resolve.
They further believed their posterity would remember their sacrifice as an act of love and devotion. It all looks pale now.
By today’s standards, the gallant men of the Alamo appear rather foolish. After all, they had no chance of winning–none.
However, the call for pragmatism and practicality was never sounded. Instead, they answered the clarion call, “Victory or death!”
Please try to remember the heroes of the Alamo as you watch our gutless political and religious leaders surrender to globalism, corporatism, and political correctness.
Try to recall the time in this country when ordinary men and women had the courage of their convictions and were willing to sacrifice their lives for freedom and independence.
One thing is certain: those courageous champions at the Alamo did not die for a political party or for some “lesser of two evils” mantra.
They fought and died for a principle, and that principle was liberty and independence. So did the men at Lexington and Concord. That is our heritage.
Today, however, our national leaders are in the process of turning America over to the very forces that the Alamo defenders gave their lives resisting. On second thought, do they look foolish, or do we?

Regarding my last post, I’m in no way going to judge anyone ( even-though I know I can be very opinionated at times).
Also it is hard for people to surpass and forgive certain things…. not sure if it’s because due to them not being religious, or having that aspect of knowing that they’ve lost something or someone. For example, it is very hard for Irish Catholics to get along with British for what they did to them (however this does not apply to all Irish people).
Then you have similar problems between the Turks and Greeks etc… Also I don’t think people should hate you just because of your last name. You pretty much had nothing to do with the situation. I pretty much support you and thanks for supporting me in the past.
Regarding the Balkans problem it is a complex one and it goes far beyond WWII.

I appreciate the effort you all take to help me grow in my understanding of the Orthodox view of the End Times.
In no way do I wish to make you sick of hearing my pet theories, such as they really are, but I have few responsible people to consult with my quandary and since I have grown to trust your intentions and purity of mind, perhaps you will allow me to belabor you a little further.
One source of information which was recommended to me by the late, great William Cooper, is the book, “Scarlet and the Beast: A History of the War Between English and French Freemasonry,” (1994) by John Daniel.
Although Cooper did not endorse the conclusions drawn by the author (and neither do I because he simply refuses to recognize the Talmudic Jewish tradition for what it is), he did indicate that the factual research into Masonry was most accurate.
To synopsize the thesis of the book: the left/right communist/capitalist divide is an exoteric manifestation of the occult war between the English Grand Lodge Sionists (the Whore) with all its wealth and privilege which is both idolatrous and pantheistic, and those of the French Grand Orient Knights Templar (the Beast) which is atheistic and humanistic.
Both are antisemitic and anti-Christian, but only one will eventually triumph in the struggle for position as leader of the New World Order.
The basic thesis seems quite sound, and is amply evidenced from diverse and reliable sources.
What is even more important is how it ties in with prophesy.
Over and over, the author demonstrates that Mystery Babylon is in fact the ancient mysteries passed down through generations of aristocratic and royal practitioners, the bloodlines of which have grown fabulously wealthy with the aid of elemental spirits and through the domination and mind control of its initiates, with all their inherited wealth and power.
Nimrod could be considered the founder of this god-king cult, and Jezebel one of its adherents.
Calling themselves Sionists, after Mt. Sion (Mt. Hermon), the chief high place of the priests of Baal, they ride upon the earthly kingdoms as sorcerer priests, changing loyalties as a whore changes bedclothes, always preserving advantage through gold and through corruption of all they touch.
In time, they created various orders of warrior-monks to do their bidding and to secure for them the city of Jerusalem so that they might establish their king upon the throne of the whole world there.
This is where it gets interesting, because their creation, the Knights Templar, would eventually learn of the eastern mysteries from the Hashishim (Assassins), Sufis and Gnostics, during their centuries long sojourn in the Near East, and would synthesize their own worldview which did away with the necessity for the corrupt Jezebel royalty running everything at their own pleasure.
Instead they would develop a doctrine which put the mystery initiation into Lucifer and the growth of personal occult power as the sole qualifier for leadership, rejecting the religious belief in the divine right of kings.
This rebellion would put them in perpetual conflict with the Sionists over who would be at the controls of the world system they had together labored to create.
That brings us to the Revelations. In the context of the Christian faith, both the Whore and the Beast are Jewish and both Zionist, according to the modern meanings of the words.
The Whore favors the right wing approach, the Beast the left wing. However, both are deeply antisemitic and anti-Christian.
A White supremacist bias is actually found throughout. Although the Beast’s left wing approach is superficially multi-cultural and ethnically tolerant, it really rests on atheist social-Darwinian underpinnings, meaning: ‘ni****s suck,’ since they are ‘less evolved.’
What Revelations apparently tells us is that the destruction of Babylon is the fall of the world capitalist merchant system, and that it is utter and final.
That is why it is laughable to me to hear it postulated that New York or the City of London, and the current world financial system will institute the “mark of the Beast.”
Quite to the contrary, it is the final annihilation of the present systems of trade and exchange that will leave no alternative but to take the mark.
Capitalism and markets as we know them will cease to exist, and will be replaced with an all new communist (ahem, ‘communitarian’) system of distribution. This will inevitably lead to famine, due to the well known flaws with this type of economic model.
If there is to be a nuclear war which leads to a revival of Orthodox Christianity, it will not end the Babylonian system completely. Hence, it will not involve the utter destruction of the world’s financial centers, because if it does, then we are going directly into the reign of the Anti-Christ, and from thence directly to Christ’s Second Coming (taking Scripture at face value).
I don’t know what will happen, but I think I make it clear why one thing has to follow logically from the next.
In the context of my comments about the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, here is an excerpt from wikipedia:

What I suspect is that the SMOM is involved in the formulation of the Beast empire, by fusing rabid Catholicism with pragmatic humanism.
As a prelude to this, we have the twisted communist-friendly Orthodoxy of the MP and Constantinople and the equally bizarre and socialistic Roman Catholicism of the post-Vatican II Rome. Add to that the actual socialist state run Anglican Church.
What do they all have in common? The fusion of religion and politics, homosexuality as a pre-occupation, as well as permissive attitudes towards Zionism, and a strong focus on S + M type obedience from its members. None of that points to any of them as a source for True Orthodox revival.
I strongly suspect that the rejection and destruction of New Age pantheism and Jew Babylon will take place at the hands of a nominally Catholic, although basically humanist, world movement.
This makes it easier to understand how the Antichrist deceives the multitudes into thinking they have Christ. After all, they have the Pope, the EP, and the MP all telling them that they have the tradition and the blessing.
At the center of this will possibly be a cadre of Knights of Malta, who are careful to avoid the appearance of being a bunch of Masons, being strictly Catholic and devoted to the most conservative religious principles. Of course I think they are a bunch of hermetic homos, really.
This is why I worry a bit about the notion that half the world will become Orthodox. That just doesn’t fit with the type of persecution the AntiChrist clearly unleashes against the catacomb Church of the last days.
The numbers don’t work; if half the world is Orthodox, they will kick so much ass that the AntiChrist won’t actually be able to rule the world. See the problem?
I consider it equally possible that these non-canonical prophesies are bait from Satan to deceive the Church into pride and graceless conformism under the leadership of the False Prophet.
Even though the Gospel will be preached to the whole world, who will really give a crap? Most people are interested in sinning and filling their bellies, and will not pay attention. It was true yesterday among the people of Israel who actually saw fire come down from the sky, and today among lukewarm Curse-chins with their great inheritance, why not tomorrow as well?
For this reason, I would approach with great caution any notion that world-wide revival is going to involve statistically significant populations, particularly the notion that Russia is going to be some great light to the world. It is vanity, and a trap for the pride, in my humble opinion.

Some theories on here are pretty good. Like the one above (nice post Michael Kelly). But the thing I noticed is the thread of hating Jews. That seems pretty, um blind and sophomoric.
Remember, the majority of the first Christians were Jews as well. Peter, Paul, James, John, Matthew, all the disciples, even Jesus himself. But just because someone claims their religion justifies their cause doesn’t mean they are correct in their understanding of said religion. People have some strange ideas sometimes…
Using the example of the Crusades: Nowhere in Scripture is there any justification of what they did. So you can’t say Christianity is bad and evil because of the Crusades — it’s the people not Christianity that is the problem.
The same goes for this idea that the Jews are so horrible. It’s so horrible the Jews killed Christ! Um, yeah, it was prophesied they would. It wasn’t the ideology of Judaism that killed Christ, it was people.
Someone had to do it, how else were all the prophecies to be fulfilled and how else was Christ to fulfill his destiny? That was the plan from the beginning. He is the Lamb that was slain at the beginning.
So trying to heap all this condemnation on Jews for something they were destined to do seems pretty foolish and very telling of one’s hatred. Christ didn’t hate the Jews and He still doesn’t.the natural branches are going to be grafted back into the tree.

They were representatives of His kingdom and law on this earth and were looked to as the ones that knew Him and His ways and were to impart that knowledge to others.
That’s a high calling, don’t presume to know the truth if you don’t know the one that is the Truth. Scriptures says teachers are held at a higher standard, they will be judged harsher.
Reading and studying Scripture isn’t the answer. It obviously didn’t help the Pharisees. It’s like reading a biography of someone and reading letters, you don’t know someone until you meet them and relate.
God is real and His Spirit is here, get to know Him. The heart of Christianity is this one thing. Love the Lord God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength and love your neighbor as yourself. It’s pretty simple.

It is part of a 3 volume set and the books are extremely hard to find. I had to get mine from Texas A & M University library on an interlibrary loan.

Since money systems is how the revolutionary Jews intend to take over the world. I think as Christians we have an obligation to explore non-usurious economic systems that take into account “the common good.”
It is not socialism, capitalism, and people get to keep all of the fruits of their labor but no one is allowed to become rich beyond a certain point.
The common good is the overarching rule, not wealth accumulation at the expense of the people. Salvatore Fanfani wrote the book that is the basis of this system. I hope to buy the DVDs or CDs of the conference since I will not be able to attend.

Baby Jesus forever stayed an infant and did not grow in to the adult Jesus that suffered and died in crucifixion. The second Jesus still exists to serve politicians, athletes, and Jews. The Third is the one accepted by Christians as being the only Jesus in existence and the other two are previous versions of the current Jesus.

You said that the Apocalypse tells of the destruction of the international financial and commerical system that is currently in charge of this world. And that when it does, everyone will have to take the mark of the beast and that this will usher in the rule of the anti-christ.
I have already noted that the Douay Rheims bible spells Armagedon with one “D”. In the footnote of this bible it says, “Armagedon. That is the hill of robbers.” I have asked Brother Nathaniel to comment on his knowledge of ancient Hebrew to the effects of what was the “hill of robbers.” But with no answer as of yet.
I personally believe that this is referring to a financial battle where the anti-christ, whom I believe now rules, tries to hold the world kingdom that he is trying to bring about and has almost succeeded together. But what is good for one country is not good for another country and that is why there is a battle.
I am sure all of you have heard news commentators on CNN and other stations talk about the financial Armagedon. Well, that is what it is, a financial battle. Somewhere in the bible, I don’t remember where, I have read where Christ will save the nations. And I have read in other places that these underground cities that have been built have been built for the elite to survive the destruciton of the human race.
But I do not believe that God will allow this to take place for the sake of his elect. Chapters 17 and 18 are a description of Babylon. Then chapter 19 describes the marriage of the lamb and how the bride will clothe herself.

Chapter 19:19 speaks about the beast , and the kings of the earth, and their armies gathered together to make war with him that sat upon the horse, and with his army. This is what will spell the destruction of so many. For out of fear, the sheeple will believe what their banker owned governments say and will most likely take up arms against these armies. This they should not do.

In Daniel 7:25, the saints of the Most High (i.e., believers) are said to be handed over into the power of the little horn (i.e., antichrist and the Great Persecution) for “a time, times, and half a time”, a biblical way of expressing the three and one half years of the Great Tribulation.
In Daniel 9:26, “the people of the prince which is to come” (i.e., antichrist as the ruler of revived Rome) will make a treaty during the last “seven” and break it in the middle of the “seven”, that is, during middle of the seven years at the outset of the Great Tribulation.

In Revelation 13:5, the unbridled reign of antichrist is said to last for 42 months, that is, for the duration of the Great Tribulation.
If we take literally the time indicated by Holy Scripture regarding the rule of the beast, the activity of the Antichrist will last for about 3 1/2 years. It will end with the Second Coming of Christ, the General Resurrection of the Dead, and the Last Judgment (Daniel 7:25; Rev. 11:2-3, 12:13, 13:5).
The Revelation of St. John mentions the appearance of two witnesses, who will proclaim the truth, perform miracles, and, upon completion of their witness, be killed by the Antichrist. Whether Catholic or anything else, (I myself am obviously Orthodox Christian), I’d like to point out the following to all here.
One must be EXTREMELY careful when attempting to explain and analyze Revelations as given to us in scripture.
The most common result, from doing this, is to reach wrong conclusions.
There is a need for prayer, fasting, humility and graceful discernment in order to understand even a little bit of it.
So I would simply advise all of us to be careful when trying to extract a definitive explanation from Revelations.
That is not to say that everything mentioned here is wrong, but rather, that one should be extremely careful.
Seemingly simply things, such as the mark of the beast, or the various wars mentioned in revelations, give us an indication to what is going to come, but by no means any specifics.
Again, all I am saying is, be careful.

I agree that there seems to be a hidden king over the world today. In Revelation 17:9-11 the angel explains to St. John that the seven horns on the beast are seven kings:
“Five have fallen, one is, and the other has not yet come. And when he comes, he must continue a short time. The beast that was, and is not, is himself also the eighth, and is of the seven, and is going to perdition.”
John Daniel’s interpretation of the first six is: Egypt, Assyria, Babylon, Medo-Persia, Greece, and pagan Rome. The notion being that all of the kings were empires which spanned the known world of the Bible’s authors in their day. He assigns the seventh to Nazi Germany, but I disagree. At no point did it really control the world, but was itself carefully brought into being and then taken out by the occult financial elite.
This seventh king, the last before the kingdom of the Antichrist, rules for a short time and then is superseded by the final Antichrist.
Although your opinion is that the Antichrist’s identity will remain a mystery until all things are revealed at judgment, this is in discord with Scripture which indicates repeatedly in both OT and NT that he will set himself up to be worshiped in the temple, something you will find hard to miss.
I suggest that we may be in the times of the seventh king who rules ‘but a short time’; presently the ‘globlist’ financial empire of the Western Jewish and gentile elite is dominating the entire world, with its vassal the US as its golem, enforcing the rule of its secret king.
Does an occult king for an occult empire seem fitting? Rothschild is rumored to be the secret king, and surely many credible sources point to him as being at the center of the global power structure. Rothschild is then an archetypal king of Babylon, a merchant king and a black magic king.

The Orthodox Church formally broke with (schism) the RC Church in about 1058 A.D. I doubt seriously if the RC Church “stole” the word “catholic” (simply a word that means “universal”) from the Orthodox Church.
No Catholic worships the pope. There have been rather a large number of “anti-popes” in the history of the RC Church and many schisms and heresies.
Each one of us has a personal relationship with our Savior and the teachings of the Church help us to live the Word of God, the Scriptures and Jesus Christ, and the Church guides us with the Holy Spirit to “enter by the narrow gate” as there are so many many wrong paths we are tempted to take in our walk.

Around the time of the Protestant Revolution the Geneva Bible came out and it, for the first time in about 1500 years.
This Bible said the “Israel” of the Old Testament was prophetic and referred to the nation of the Jews. Even Luther and Calvin, who had objections to this Bible, went along with the teaching of the RC Church regarding its teaching that the Church in the New Testament REPLACED the “Israel” of the Old Testament.
This is where all the problems began and when many “Protestants” starting coming up with their many many different interpretations of Scripture. That is the tragic flaw in all of these break-away sects, no teaching and interpretation AUTHORITY from the Holy Spirit.
And Georgios, no way no how, do and have Roman Catholics ever ever “worshiped” the Pope. The Church has had many many anti-popes throughout its history and God has led us through those horrendous times and left the church standing.
If we are in one of those times today, the Lord will again lead us through and the RC Church will stand and the gates of Hell will not prevail against it.

Sorry but that’s just a fantasy. This is it. Once this is over, it’s over. We’ve scraped away the dirt and harvested all the minerals that were easy to get to, turned them in to shoddy communist products and then covered them up with poisons at the landfill.
Once society fails there will be no “10 or 20” years of building to get back where we are. Once this fails, humans will be living in the stone age again. Let’s face it, humans are a parasite, a pestilence on the Earth. Despite me hating the elite, they are correct in the respect that a LOT of humans MUST die.

The reason I don’t trust you is because the Judaeo/Mason elite are making the world so bad that when their Babylonian empire appears to crumble, which is what they want it to do.

Most people, including many Catholics, do not understand the doctrine of infallibility. The doctrine was declared infallible doctrine in the First Vatican Council of 1869-1870. The only other official infallible doctrine of the Assumption of Mary was declared in 1950.
Generally infallibility only operates when the Pope is speaking “ex cathedra” on matters of faith and morals. Every other teaching by the popes, past and present, has never been officially defined as an ex cathedra, infallible, and irreformable teaching.
Of course, the RC Church could go back and analyze various teachings of past popes in order to decide whether one or the other was teaching infallibly on a given issue, but she has never done so, and thus there is no list of infallible papal teachings.
Most of what Catholics believe and practice today has never been stated infallibly. Most of our faith and morals comes from the Ordinary Magisterium, and the Ordinary Magisterium is rarely singled out as infallible dogma.
So no books that popes write, and nothing said by a pope in an interview with a secular journalist written up in some newspaper or magazine, is “infallible” Catholic doctrine or dogma.

NPR EXEC AND JOURNALIST ALLEGE JEWISH CONTROL

National Public Radio executive Ron Schiller nodded in agreement when an apparently Muslim speaker said, “ Jews do kind of control the media or, I mean, certainly the Zionists and the people who have the interests in swaying media coverage toward a favorable direction of Israel.” (This would be what we call The Israel Lobby, powerful both in Washington and in the halls of media, to blame for incredibly biased reporting.)
Another NPR exec said “that’s good” when NPR was praised as “National Palestine Radio.” Schiller then said Zionist influence doesn’t exist at NPR, but “it’s there in those who own newspapers obviously.”
Obviously he is right. This is a proven fact, easily available to anyone who does a little research. This Wikipedia list is only partial, but it gives a brief, unbiased glimpse into Jewish media influence, click here for list .
Schiller had to know he was breaking cardinal rules. Proud Jewish Americans do boast about the Jewish origins of Hollywood and big media.

The “apparent Muslims” speaking to Schiller were undercover, pretending to be part of the Muslim Brotherhood for a muckraking job by James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas. They have now exposed the “anti-Semitism” of these NPR executives.
The Zionist Organization of America—the oldest Israel advocacy group in America—is calling for American Jews to demand the government cut federal funding of NPR.
ZOA head Morton Klein called for fellow Jews to stop giving money to NPR.
Yesterday ADL broke its silence and demanded an apology from the departing NPR exec. Immediately after the controversy, NPR head Vivian Schiller (no relation to Ron) resigned under pressure to do so. But falling on her sword may not have been enough.
Colorado Republican Doug Lamborn is heading “full speed ahead” to follow the ZOA’s advice and push for defunding of NPR. I’m all for defunding the $400 million yearly that NPR should never have gotten from taxpayers, especially since Ron Schiller also said scathing things about red-state Americans and NPR has consistently shown its bias for the left.
But Zionist loyalties are not a good motivation. This is yet another example of publicly flogging anyone who falls off the high wire of publicly acceptable speech about Jews and Israel.
Schiller isn’t alone in daring to break the rules. Wayne Madsen is a freelance DC-based investigative journalist (www.waynemadsenreport.com).
He specializes in intelligence and international affairs and has written for The Village Voice, Counterpunch, The Progressive and American Conservative and has authored five books.
To further decorate his resume, Madsen has been criticized by CBS, Salon and Atlantic Monthly as a conspiracy theorist.
Considering the one-sided, bigoted view of mainstream media, this should be considered a compliment.
Right-of-center news sites now have published an exclusive interview with Madsen by Kourosh Ziabari of Foreign Policy Journal. (It was published in the lesser known of the two Foreign Policy Journals, http://www.foreignpolicyjournal.com .) After many statements about international affairs, Madsen said bluntly:

Fashion designer John Galliano is standing trial and facing a potential six months in prison—after already being fired from his prestigious position with Dior—for drunken statements about Jews.
If he had made boozy, over-medicated statements about Communists, white people or Christians, the story wouldn’t even have made headlines. Galliano’s insults included “filthy whore” and “f—ing Asian bastard,” but slamming prostitutes or Asians won’t send you to jail. Offending Jews can. Rather bravely, Jewish lawyer Stephane Zerbib is defending Galliano, despite numerous threatening messages from his outraged co-religionists.
The Jewish Telegraph Agency offers this concise summary of the Galliano and Charlie Sheen events. JTA notes that both incidents “didn’t quite follow the script” of a public figure stepping out of line about the Jews, being condemned by ADL, apologizing and being absolved.
Galliano got in even hotter water, getting fired and facing trial. But Sheen demanded an apology from ADL and then claimed he’s Jewish himself.
A lawyer wrote to Sheen’s counsel on behalf of ADL, refusing to retract Foxman’s statements. At this point, Sheen has gone far off the rails—actually waving a machete from the rooftop of his apartment.
It can be argued that the League has come out in a bad light, stooping to the paranoia of criticizing a man who is clearly chemically deranged and not winning anyone’s respect.
If speaking the truth (Schiller, Madsen) or drunken lunatic insults (Galliano, Sheen) are the height of current “anti-Semitism” in America, then does ADL’s Foxman really earn his $500,000+ salary?

In Russian Federation president Dmitri Medvedev’s recent visit to the Vatican, which included an audience with Pope Benedict XVI, is being trumpeted in some quarters as further evidence of a dramatic breakthrough in relations between the Holy See and Russia, and between the Catholic Church and the Russian Orthodox Church. While I wish that were the case, several recent experiences prompt a certain skepticism.
In what were called “elections” in December 2010, Belarusian president Alexander Lukashenko was returned to office. Virtually all international observers regarded the “elections” as fraudulent and condemned Lukashenko’s post-election arrest and jailing of candidates who had dared oppose him.
Yet shortly after the results were announced, Patriarch Kirill I, the leader of Russian Orthodoxy, sent a congratulatory message to Lukashenko, whom he praised for having “honestly served the whole country and its citizens;” “the results of the elections,” he wrote, “show the large amount of trust that the nation has for you.”
Coddling autocrats is not, unfortunately, unknown in Christian history. What is new, however, is the Moscow patriarchate’s repeated claims that Russian Orthodoxy is the sole repository of the religious identity of the peoples of ancient “Rus’” (Russians, Belarusians, and Ukrainians) and their principal cultural guarantor today. That close identification of ethnicity and Russian Orthodoxy raises serious theological questions, even as it crudely simplifies a complex history involving multiple cultural and religious currents.
More disturbing still were remarks made in Washington in February by Metropolitan Hilarion, the Moscow patriarchate’s “external affairs” officer — Russian Orthodoxy’s chief ecumenist. Hilarion is an impressive personality in many ways: he is entirely at home in English, he displays a nice sense of humor, and his curriculum vitae includes a large number of publications and musical compositions.
Yet when I asked him whether the L’viv Sobor (Council) of 1946 — which forcibly reincorporated the Greek Catholic Church of Ukraine into Russian Orthodoxy, turning the Greek Catholics into the world’s largest illegal religious body — was a “theologically legitimate ecclesial act,” Hilarion unhesitatingly responded “Yes.”
I then noted that serious historians describe the L’viv Sobor as an act of the Stalinist state, carried out by the NKVD (predecessor to the KGB); Hilarion responded that the “modalities” of history are always complicated. In any event, he continued, it was always legitimate for straying members of the Russian Orthodox flock (as he regarded the Ukrainian Greek Catholics) to return to their true home (i.e., Russian Orthodoxy).
Throughout the meeting, Hilarion smoothly but unmistakably tried to drive a wedge between Pope Benedict XVI and Pope John Paul II (whom two patriarchs of Moscow, both KGB-connected, refused to invite to Russia). He also suggested that Benedict’s calls for a “new evangelization” in Europe, including a recovery of classic Christian morality, could be addressed by joint Catholic-Russian Orthodoxy initiatives.
Yet, in what seemed a strange lack of reciprocity, Hilarion also spoke as if the entirety of the former “Soviet space” is the exclusive ecclesial turf of the Russian Orthodox patriarchate of Moscow.
Some clarifications are thus in order.
The Catholic-Russian Orthodox dialogue clearly needs theological recalibration. If Russian Orthodoxy’s leadership truly believes that a 1946 ecclesiastical coup conducted by the Stalinist secret police is a “theologically legitimate ecclesial act,” then there are basic questions of the nature of the Church and its relationship to state power that have to be thrashed out between Rome and Moscow.
Serious theological issues are also at stake in the Moscow patriarchate’s insistence on a virtual one-to-one correspondence between ethnicity and ecclesiology, a position Rome (which does not believe that genes determine anyone’s ecclesial home) cannot share.
Second, the relationship between the Russian Orthodox leadership and the efforts of the Medvedev/Putin government to reconstitute the old Stalinist empire, de facto if not de iure, has to be clarified.
Patriarch Kirill’s praise of the dictator Lukashenko, like his forays into Ukrainian politics, suggest the unhappy possibility that the Russian Orthodox leadership is functioning as an arm of Russian state power, as it did from 1943 until 1991. If that is not the case, it would be helpful if Patriarch Kirill and Metropolitan Hilarion would make that clear, in word and in deed.”

The “rapture” as it stands is actually a biblical idea. It’s just the placement (in time) of the rapture that gets everybody confused.
The rapture is spoken of by St. Paul in I Thessalonians, Chapter 4, verses 13-17, and what he describes there is Christ coming back, and at the point in time when He comes back, the dead in Christ are raised and the remaining Christians that are on the earth during that time are “raptured” (caught up) into the air, literally up in to the air, and they’re up their with Christ.
So there is no problem with the idea of a rapture. The problem is where are you going to put it in your scheme of theological chronology.
I can tell you approximately what the Roman Catholic church’s take on this matter is and I think, but am not positive, that is just about identical to the interpretation of the Orthodox church.
Well, what the Church has done is say ‘ Well, the rapture is just simply the time at the end, the last day that the Bible talks about, when Christ comes back on the clouds of glory and this world comes to an end and eternity begins.’
Obviously if there are people on earth alive that are Christians, he’s going to get them out of the earth before you destroy it and so they’re raised with Christ in the air. The dead are raised at the same time. And then we go in to eternity. A new heaven and a new earth starts.
The last day is the judgment day. The general judgment will take place for all the living and the dead. They are in the air for that momentary period and then they go to their respective places – heaven or hell. At the general judgment on the last day, purgatory ends.
The rapture as a concept is legitimate. We don’t have to get all upset about the word “rapture” (bible says caught up or harpazzo) It is a rapture, a transfer of the Christians into the air for that momentary period of time.
The problem with the Protestants is that they want to say that the rapture is not at the end of time. They say the rapture is the beginning of the millennium.
They say that the gentile period, the Church period (or Church dispensation) is over with, so Christ comes back in a secret way and takes all of these gentile Christians out of the world and that’s called the rapture for them. And then this gives the time for the Jews to come in to control and reign with Christ on the earth for a thousand years.
Have they converted?
Well, there are a 144 thousand of them that they say have converted, and then these are going to be the evangelists to convert the rest of the Jews for that millennium. And the gentiles that are left that haven’t been raptured because they weren’t Christians, are going to be the servants of these Jews and they are going to be converted by these Jews during the millennium period and we’re going to have a great time for this thousand year millennium.
Christ is going to reign from Jerusalem, literally reign from Jerusalem. This is the chiliasm that Pius XII had said was not correct and that was not going to be imbibed by the Catholic Church. The millennium for the Catholic Church was the time that Christ came the first time, died on the cross and established His church.
That’s the millennium, and that transpires up until His second coming which is the LAST DAY which is when the rapture occurs.
The only way that the Jews can control the world and be placed as God’s leaders is if the church is out of the way.

It is my understanding that the Elder Paisios DID say that there will be a great coming to Christ, indeed, but it won’t be AFTER the coming of Antichrist and his 7 year rule, but after a period of great trial and suffering from his servants work in preparing the man of iniquity’s way.
In other words, the revival will happen at sometime BEFORE the coming of the person of Antichrist, because the end of the Antichrist’s rule is synchronous with the 2nd coming of Christ. We are now living in a time of separating the sheep from the goats. Things are becoming more and more polarized. Just as the Antichrist is gaining more and more followers, so too is Christ’s (one and only) Church.
And this “great coming to Christ” is a part of this process of separating, of polarization. But after this global coming to Christ matures sufficiently the Antichrist will come, at first (for 3.5 years) being kind and gaining the allegiance of worldly Christians, and then (for 3.5 years) being a tyrant and forcing the Church into the wilderness. (The fact that the Church will go into the wilderness with the arrival of Antichrist precludes (afterward) a “great coming to Christ”.
The reading you have given the Elder’s words is one I also (initially) gave them. However, it seems to me that it is not in line with the general teaching of the Holy Fathers and therefore cannot be the Elder’s teaching either. I asked spiritually children of the Elder about this and they agreed that, although it appears this way in the (Souroti monastery) text, it is not this way.
But, I can definitely understand why you read his words this way, for I did too, at first.

In Daniel 7:25, the saints of the Most High (i.e., believers) are said to be handed over into the power of the little horn (i.e., Antichrist and the Great Persecution) for “a time, times, and half a time,” a biblical way of expressing the three and one half years of the Great Tribulation.
In Daniel 9:26, “the people of the prince which is to come” (i.e., Antichrist as the ruler of revived Rome) will make a treaty during the last “seven” and break it in the middle of the “seven,” that is, during middle of the seven years at the outset of the Great Tribulation.
In Daniel 12:7, the angel speaking with Daniel declares that it will be “a time, times, and half a time” before the persecutions stop and everything comes to an end, that is, the Great Tribulation will last three and one half years.
In Revelation 11:2, the Gentiles (i.e., the army of Antichrist) will afflict Jerusalem for 42 months, that is, during the entire three and a half year period of the Great Tribulation (albeit under varying circumstances).
In Revelation 12:6, the woman Israel is said to be protected for 1,260 days, that is, during the whole 42 months of the Great Tribulation (expressed in standard 30 day months).
In Revelation 12:14, the woman Israel is said to be protected for a time, times, and half a time, that is, during this same period of the Great Tribulation’s three and a half years.
In Revelation 13:5, the unbridled reign of Antichrist is said to last for 42 months, that is, for the duration of the Great Tribulation.
If we take literally the time indicated by Holy Scripture regarding the rule of the beast, the activity of the Antichrist will last for about 3 1/2 years. It will end with the Second Coming of Christ, the General Resurrection of the Dead, and the Last Judgment (Daniel 7:25; Rev. 11:2-3, 12:13, 13:5).
The passages are clear the Antichrist will rule 3.5 years (not 7) he will indeed confirm a covenant with many for 7 years, he will break the peace treaty stop the sacrifices etc. Many people seem to be confused with this interpretation. You need to be clear on this, you are trivializing the entire struggle.

Yes Wally, technically you are right but the sixth point is hidden as it is a union of two triangles: Solomon’ Seal is a triangle (back of a dollar) pointed up you invert the triangle down, towards hell, it makes the Hexagram, really a devil pentagram is this too, the 6th side is hidden, like all Satan’s acts.
