I hope you’re on with Smith again, he’s actually a quite a savve guy and a real noticer, took all of your truth bombs about Jews with no flinching or dissembling.
I heard the other day that upwards of 70% of Hamas fighters in Gaza are orphans (presumably meaning the umbrella Gaza Resistance of 16 or 17 different factions led by Al Qassam).
In other words, these are fighters who are descendants of the Nakhba survivors several generations ago who were herded into the Gaza refugee camps, who have lost everything, starting in childhood when their own parents, siblings, and extended family were murdered by the Jews.
Your average Al Qassam fighter, orphaned, very religious, living in poverty, war, and oppression, seeing and feeling the blood of loved ones and compatriots on their hands, has nothing else left to lose except to stand.
And so, forged in hardship and suffering, Palestine will withstand Israhell and ultimately triumph as the Jewish state continues to disintegrate.
Resistance and liberation of Palestine is everything. Avenging the slaughter and massacre of one’s family and friends is the one thing left to live for long enough to receive the honor of a military martyr’s death on the Palestinian fields of blood.
Now their ranks are constantly being filled by surviving youth and older men who, again have lost everything to the vicious Jew, and there are hundreds of new child orphans who will grow up to remember his people’s endless Nakba and carry on the work of the Resistance as long as the Jewish state stands.
Reading this from the Cradle puts me in mind of the ancient Greek philosopher Euripides’ saying “Those whom the gods wish to destroy, they first deprive of their senses”.
The Latin proverb is the one which has come down to us through various iterations through cultures and centuries: Quos deus vult perdere, prius dementat, “Those whom God wishes to destroy, he first makes mad”.
In Sophocles’ play Ajax, the giant-warrior illustrates the truth of the belief when, because of his pride, he decides to murder all the Greek leaders. Athena thereupon makes him mad so that he slaughters sheep and cattle in the belief that he is wreaking vengeance, whereupon he falls on his sword.
The Axis of Resistance is Sophocles’ sword that the mentally deranged, hubristic, evil-natured Jewish state will ultimately fall on, and Gaza is the sword point.

A growing number of Israeli soldiers are quietly refusing orders to return to battle in Gaza

After a year of committing genocide in Gaza, more and more Israeli soldiers are quietly refusing orders to return to the strip to fight, saying they are depressed, worn out, psychologically damaged, and unmotivated, according to a report by Ha-Makom magazine published on 20 October.
The ultra-Orthodox-oriented magazine interviewed multiple soldiers and parents of soldiers who refuse to return to Gaza. When a platoon of 30 soldiers of the Nahal Brigade was recently ordered to enter Gaza for the latest of several tours, only six reported for duty.
“I call it refusal and rebellion,” says Inbal, the mother of one of the soldiers in the platoon.
“They return to the same buildings that they cleaned, each time trapping them anew. They have been to Al-Zaytoun neighborhood three times already. They understand that it is futile and pointless.”
Although they had only a fifth of their personnel, the commander still insisted they enter Gaza.
“Because they were a small team, they couldn’t go out on missions. They just stayed there and waited for the time to pass. It was even more unnecessary.”
In addition to battling Hamas fighters, Israeli soldiers have been demolishing residential buildings with explosives, sniping children, shelling hospitals and schools housing displaced people, and destroying Gaza’s water and electrical infrastructure.
One parent of a soldier in Nahal said that according to her son, “The wards are empty. Everyone who is not dead or injured is mentally damaged. There are very few left who returned to fight. And they’re not quite right either.”
After Israel’s ground invasion of Lebanon, in which many soldiers have already been killed and injured, her son told her, “I don’t know what army they’re thinking of entering Lebanon with, but I’m not going back to the battalion.”
According to those interviewed by Ha-Makom, there is no movement among the soldiers to refuse to serve.
Instead, one goes quietly to his commander and says he is unable to fight. He is then removed and placed in a non-combat position elsewhere.
“Things are resolved within the unit. It happens all the time. There is an incessant covert drop from fighting,” one parent explained.
Among mothers, the phenomenon is called “silent refusal” or “gray refusal.”
Soldiers feel demoralized having to return to places in Gaza where they fought months ago and supposedly defeated Hamas.
“When the return to the places we were in, such as Jabalia, Al-Zaytoun, and Shujaiya, began, it broke the soldiers,” a parent named Eidit explains.
“These are the same places where they lost their friends. The area was already clean. It had to be preserved. It frustrated them a lot. What kills them is the conditions and the duration of the fighting, which has no end in sight. You never know when you will get out, and it’s been like this for a year. Not to mention the loss and the difficult sights they see in Gaza.”
Yael, the mother of a fighter in a commando brigade, said that her son told her, “We are like sitting ducks at the range. We don’t understand what we’re doing here. The abductees don’t come back a second and third time, and you see it’s endless, and soldiers get injured and die on the way.”
In March, four fighters of the unit were killed, and dozens more were injured in three different attacks.
After returning from Gaza, the soldier’s unit was converted to a reserve unit and sent right back to fight in the enclave.
“He told his commander that he wanted to remain a fighter in the reserves but that, at the moment, he is unable to because of his parents … He was released but did not receive an order 8,” which is an order to be called up to fight in the reserves.
The commanders shame the soldiers who say they can no longer fight. The commanders say they are abandoning their fellow soldiers and try to convince them to fight, but ultimately take no action against the soldiers.
“Two months before him, two fighters from his team refused and that is what gave him the courage. At the moment, most of them have not been put in prison, and the phenomenon is just kept quiet.”
Ha-Makom added, “After 12 consecutive months of a war that goes nowhere, the soldiers are ‘black.’ In military slang, this means that they are depressed, worn out and unmotivated.”

Israel’s military has attacked UNIFIL troops deployed on the Lebanon-Israel border a dozen times, including possibly with white phosphorous, the Financial Times (FT) reported on 22 October.
According to a confidential report prepared by a country contributing troops to the UN mission, Israeli forces forcibly entered a clearly marked UN base and are suspected of using the incendiary chemical white phosphorus, injuring 15 UN soldiers.
Israeli forces began targeting UN troops shortly after launching ground operations across the border into Lebanon on 1 October.
UNIFIL has called the attacks “deliberate” and a “flagrant violation of international law.”
UN troops, which come from 50 separate countries, have rejected Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s demand that they evacuate their border posts to clear the way for current Israeli military operations in southern Lebanon.
Israel hopes to establish a so-called security zone and push Hezbollah fighters some 30km away from the border to positions behind the Litani River.
The confidential report viewed by FT includes photographs documenting the extent of the damage done to bunkers that shelter UN troops, perimeter walls, and observation towers at several bases.
On Sunday, an Israeli bulldozer deliberately demolished an observation tower and perimeter fence of a UN position in Marwahin.
On October 10, two UN troops were injured when an Israeli Merkava tank opened fire and struck an observation tower at the UNIFIL headquarters in Naqoura on the Lebanese coast.
On the same day, Israeli forces fired at a UN bunker sheltering Italian troops in Labbouneh.
The report says the Israeli military first surveilled the area with drones and destroyed the bunker’s cameras before attacking.
Israeli forces also fired several munitions which landed near a base and emitted ‘smoke of suspected white phosphorus’ into it.
The FT notes that Israel has used white phosphorus in Lebanon throughout the past year. Its use is unlawful in populated areas under international law, but it is frequently used as a military tool to obscure or as a weapon to smoke out opposing forces.
UN troops were deployed to the Lebanon-Israel border following Israel’s first invasion of Lebanon in 1978. Israel also invaded its northern neighbor in 1982 and 2006.
Israeli troops occupied large areas of southern Lebanon between 1982 and 2000 before armed resistance by Hezbollah forced them to withdraw.

A little observation:
O’Keefe is wearing a cross with what looks like a Hakenkreuz.
It’s not, although it is a Levantine iteration of the Greek tetragammadion, aka Indian “swastika” (the universal English translation), in the Syrian-Lebanese context, represents the Whirlwind.
The tetragammadion found everywhere in antiquity, used universally in the Ancient Church in religious decor and symbolizing ‘eternal life.’ It had been used in Europe long before the NSDAP, with German Christian roots tracing back to the Baltic crusades, where the Teutonic and Livonian leagues used them in their symbology, as Catholic Christian symbols.
O’Keefe is wearing the symbol of the anti-colonial Syrian Social Nationalist Party founded by a Lebanese Greek Orthodox in 1932 with roots in 19th century Greater-Syrian nationalism, affiliated with the Axis of Resistance. The armed wing of the SSNP is Eagles of the Whirlwind.
The SSNP tetragammadion is a fusion of the Greek Christian Cross and the Islamic Crescent, becoming the party’s emblem of the Whirlwind (Zawba’a).
I would guess that he was made a member, full, affiliate, or honorary if he’s wearing the party’s emblem and necklace.
The SSNP emblem evolved independently of the NSDAP’s Hakenkreuz, which is actually found in German heraldry and religious art and decoration of some Medieval German Catholic churches and monasteries which Herr Hitler would have been familiar with in his childhood from attending the local church.

Around 6,000 to 8,000 men strong, the Eagles of the Whirlwind participated in many battles and operations throughout the Syrian Civil War fighting alongside the Syrian government and its allies. They were disbanded in Syria in 2019, still active in Lebanon. SSNP is allied with Hezbollah.
After the civil war in Syria turned into a full-scale war, the Eagles began taking recruits and their fighters were primarily deployed in the governorates of Homs and Damascus and were said to be the most formidable military force other than the Syrian Army in Suweida.
SSNP is a Syrian nationalist party operating in Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, and Palestine, that promotes ‘Greater Syria’ based on common antiquity and historical ethnicities.
It advocates the establishment of a Greater Syrian nation state spanning the Fertile Crescent, including present-day Syria, Lebanon, Iraq, Kuwait, Jordan, Palestine, Israel, Cyprus, Sinai, Hatay Province, and Cilicia, based on geographical boundaries and the common Assyrian history of the people within the boundaries share.
It has also been active in the Syrian and Lebanese diaspora, for example in South America, and as of 2020 is the second-largest political party in the pro-Assad National Progressive Front (with 3 seats in the People’s Assembly, in comparison with the 167 seats for the Syrian Ba’ath Party).
Founded in Beirut in 1932 by the Lebanese intellectual Antoun Saadeh from a Lebanese Greek Orthodox family as an anticolonial political organization hostile to French colonial rule, the party played a significant role in Lebanese politics.
It launched coups d’état attempts in 1949 and 1961, following which it was repressed in the country.
SSNP was active in the fight against the Israeli military during the 1982 Lebanon War and subsequent Israeli occupation of southern Lebanon until 2000, while simultaneously supporting the Syrian occupation of Lebanon due to its beliefs in Syrian irredentism.
In Lebanon, the Eagles, composed of Christians and Muslims, have been active since the Lebanese Civil War by integrating the Lebanese National Resistance Front with the support of the Syrian Armed Forces, who fought the Lebanese Forces and allied Maronite militias of Israel.
They recently participated in the 2023–2024 border clashes against the Israeli army alongside Hezbollah, with which they have a history of armed cooperation since the 1990s against the Israeli army.

It’s not surprising that the IDF troops are balking at going back into the fray in Gaza; and soon the same will be true in Lebanon.
They’re not a courageous people. Not at all. They’re much better at pager attacks… sniping women and children from the safety of secure positions… bombing residential districts from 10,000 feet… than they are at facing armed combatants mano a mano.
I can’t recall exactly what the IDF casualty rate in Lebanon in 2006 was, but it was tiny. Less than 5% when they hightailed it back to Israel.
Casualty rates don’t reflect *deaths* either. Only those who didn’t sound off at the next muster. Those men killed, wounded or missing. The number of deaths in modern warfare are generally about 10-20% of casualties. So, Hezbollah chased Israel out of Lebanon in 2006 with less than ten IDF soldiers killed per one thousand engaged.
Pickett’s division suffered 50% casualties at Gettysburg. German and Soviet units routinely suffered 30% casualties during the Big One. And SS units often took 50% casualties.
The IDF retreats when they take 0.05 casualties and 0.005-0.010 KIA.
No wonder Israel’s (unofficial) national anthem is Onward Christian Soldiers.
Muslim women are braver than they are.

I agree with your list.
I was beginning to think there weren’t any good jews, hadn’t heard of any for decades, but some are now coming out of the woodwork.
However, they are still so scarce that if any of them pass away they ought to be stuffed and put into a museum.
