BULLETIN: Biden Admin to Deport Christian Homeschool Family

The Biden Administration has ordered a German homeschool family, who came to America legally, to leave the country. The move comes as the White House has turned a blind eye to millions of illegals invading the southern border.
The Romeike family was forced to flee Germany in 2008 after they were persecuted by the government for homeschooling their children. The Germans levied fines against the family and threatened to take away their children. I documented the plight of the family for years when I was working at Fox News.
Uwe and Hannelore Romeike and their five children eventually settled in eastern Tennessee and were granted indefinite deferred action status. The evangelical Christians were allowed to live, work, and remain safely in the United States without fear of deportation.
In the 10 years they’ve been in the United States, they had two children (who are American citizens) and two of their grown children have married Americans. They also have an American grandchild.
But a few weeks ago during a routine check-in with the American government, the family was ordered to pack their bags and head back to Germany. They were being kicked out of the country.
The Homeschool Legal Defense Association says the Romeikes were given four weeks to apply for German passports so they could be deported.
“The family had no prior warning, and was offered no explanation, other than that there had been a ‘change of orders,’” the HSLDA said. “Deportation to Germany will fracture these families, while exposing the Romeikes to renewed persecution in Germany, where homeschooling is still illegal in almost every case.”

Three of Garland’s grandparents left the Pale of the Settlement in the western Russian Empire as economic migrants (“seeking a better life for their children in America”) long years before WWI in very early 20th century, fleeing “antisemitic pogroms” (popular riots against Jewish exploiters) in what is now Ukraine and Poland, while a fourth grandparent, his maternal grandmother, was born in Illinois in 1905.
Which means, all of his grandparents were quite safely in the US prior to WWI when both of Garland’s parents were born in Iowa (father-1915) and Illinois (mother-1925). Merrick Garland is 70 years old, born November, 1952.
According to his public family lore, two of his Belarusian paternal grandmother’s four sisters came to America with her, and two others were later “killed in the Holocaust™”. That’s it, nothing more specific from Garland that I can find such as being in concentration camps or the where and how they died.
Which essentially means that his two grandaunts were killed during WWII on the blood lands of the Eastern Front — up to at least 10 years before Merrick was even born.
While losing anyone in WWII is sad on all sides, Merrick did not personally know these two particular sisters of his grandmother. I have relatives who died during the Axis Occupation of Greece in WWII due to war, deprivation and starvation, and other relatives who fought and died against Greek communist guerrillas (which included commie partisan Sephardi & Romaniote jews who fought in the resistance against the Axis Powers) in the subsequent 3 1/2-year long Greek Civil War from 1945-1949 that I commemorate, even though I was born well after the war.
And while I’m saddened by the war history and get teary-eyed at the suffering of all my Greek people then at church commemorations, I have no personal emotional attachment to these relatives that I only know by name and kinship. They remained behind when my paternal Greek grandparents and some of their siblings came to America through Ellis Island (another buzz button Garland likes to use as part of his schtick) in 1900-1902 escaping the strife, lawlessness, and warfare of the Balkans, to work and to send money back home to help the rest of the family.
My grandfather, as part of the continuing struggle for Greek Independence since 1821, fought as a teen in a 30-day war against the Ottomans about 1893, as I recall. He was taken as POW and held and tortured for 18 months in Turkish prisons before he and his compatriots were released in a negotiated settlement among the Great Powers.

Anti-Defamation League (ADL) again sides with human rights abusers over free speech on campus
The ADL wants to see the continuation of Israeli abuse of Palestinian human rights – and the repression of free speech on American campuses – rather than cause discomfort among Jewish students.

In a particularly shocking headline, the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) – the self-styled “world’s leading anti-hate organization” – has begun another school year loudly and clearly announcing its primary enemy.
It’s not neo-Nazis or KKK members. The arch nemesis of this well-funded organization (total assets in 2021 over $238 million) is college students who advocate for the human rights of a marginalized group halfway around the world.
The headline:
Anti-Israel Incidents on College Campuses Often Marked by Vilification of Zionists and Support for Terror, ADL Finds
For years, the ADL has been tracking antisemitic incidents on college campuses, at times differentiating between antisemitic and so-called “anti-Israel” occurrences. The organization’s latest report homes in on the latter, going so far as to declare, “There is a growing, radical movement on many campuses in which opposition to Israel and Zionism is required to be fully accepted, effectively marginalizing campus Jewish communities.”
The ADL is particularly concerned that Zionism (“an international movement originally for the establishment of a Jewish national or religious community in Palestine and later for the support of modern Israel”) is viewed by some groups on campus as insupportable. Jewish students’ public support for Israel has at times caused them to feel ostracized.
The ADL indicated that in the 2022-2023 school year, there were 326 “protests and actions” against Israel and 303 other “anti-Israel events.”
ADL’s CEO, Jonathan Greenblatt, has acknowledged that when Israeli aggression against Palestinians (what Greenblatt refers to as “tension in the Middle East”) intensifies, so does opposition to supporters of Israel here at home. He objects to the way Jews and Jewish organizations can find themselves the recipients of this hostility.
“Anti-Israel events” on campus included speakers and panels, conferences, webinars and other activities – many of which promoted BDS, the boycott, divest, and sanction movement for Palestinian rights – or informed students that Israel has been declared by multiple human rights organizations to be practicing apartheid.
Israel, the catalyst
Often these events come in response to specific actions that Israel has taken against the largely unarmed Palestinian population.
Greenblatt has acknowledged the connection, noting for example a “roughly 50% uptick” in incidents during and immediately following Israel’s attack on Gaza in 2021. What happened in that attack, that caused such a flare-up (more details on the attack here)?

>An estimated 2,400 Palestinian homes and 5 Israeli homes were destroyed
>120,000 Gazans were displaced due to the attack; an estimated 50 Israelis were displaced
Israel, which boasts one of the world’s top militaries, reportedly dropped 80 tons of explosives in one 40-minute campaign; resistance fighters in Gaza had little more available to them than homemade rockets
The ADL apparently believes that either this attack was above reproach, or at least that there should be no social cost for people who support such attacks. At no point does Jonathan Greenblatt criticize Israel’s actions or try to distance American Jews from Israel.
Israel’s human rights abuses against Palestinians are ongoing, and will likely spark protests and conferences throughout the 2023-2024 school year.
The Anti-Defamation League would like to see such events halted so that Israel-supporting students (especially if they are Jewish) can feel comfortable on campus.
That is, students who wish to defend the rights of Palestinians should remain silent in the face of actions like these (a few recent headlines):

It is entirely possible that yet another globally-recognized human rights organization will release a report labelling Israel an apartheid state (although it would be hard to beat the prestige and meticulousness of the Amnesty International report), or that the charge of genocide and/or ethnic cleansing could be made again by prominent group. The ADL would prefer that such information not be displayed prominently or discussed publicly.
The bottom line is that the ADL would rather see Israeli abuse of Palestinian human rights – and the repression of free speech on American campuses – than allow those Jewish students who support such abuses to feel snubbed for doing so.
Historic warnings, modern alliances
Jewish thinkers have been warning against this phenomenon since before Israel was born. They have insisted that an oppressive “Jewish state” would spell trouble for American Jews – and the best remedy would be for American Jews to distance themselves from Israel, and/or to pressure Israel to provide a measure of justice to the Palestinian people.
Instead of following this advice, however, American Jewish groups (unlike many Jewish individuals) have chosen to do the opposite— to work against Palestinian justice and statehood.
At the same time, leading American Jewish organizations insist that Jewish identity is inherently linked to Zionism and Israel. Jews who support Palestinian rights are branded “self-hating Jews.” To complete the circle, Israeli leaders declare themselves the leaders of the world’s Jewish population.
Now the Anti-Defamation has made it a top priority to bring an end to advocacy for Palestinian rights.

BREAKING: Dianne Feinstein Dead at 90. What Happens Next?

Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., has died at 90.
Hospitalization for shingles and other health problems led to her prolonged absence from the Senate in early 2023 and an inconsistent voting record when she returned in May. California’s longest-serving senator announced that she planned to retire at the end of her term in 2024.
The 17th Amendment sets out the rules for how Feinstein will be replaced in the Senate:
“When vacancies happen in the representation of any state in the Senate, the executive authority of such State shall issue writs of election to fill such vacancies: Provided, That the legislature of any State may empower the executive thereof to make temporary appointments until the people fill the vacancies by election as the legislature may direct.”
That means Gov. Gavin Newsom will have the opportunity to select Feinstein’s replacement until the next election.
Newsom said in 2021 that he would nominate a black woman to fill Feinstein’s seat.
However, he more recently said that he would merely be nominating an “interim” candidate and wouldn’t get involved in the Democratic primary.
Some Democrats have voiced unhappiness with Newsom’s position.
Rep. Barbara Lee, a Democrat considered a leading candidate to replace Feinstein, blasted Newsom on X, formerly know as Twitter.
“I am troubled by the Governor’s remarks,” she wrote in early September. “The idea that a black woman should be appointed only as a caretaker to simply check a box is insulting to countless black women across this country who have carried the Democratic Party to victory election after election.”
The last Republican senator in California, John Seymour, was appointed by Gov. Pete Wilson in 1991. Wilson was also a Republican.
Claifornia’s other senator, Sen. Alex Padilla, a Democrat, was also appointed by Newsom when Kamala Harris became vice president and vacated her seat in 2021.

An arrest on gun possession charges in Queens, New York, in November 2021 has led the Federal Bureau of Investigation to a pedophilic, Satanist extortion cult that has victimized dozens if not hundreds of minors, according to law enforcement documents, court records and sources with knowledge of the investigation.
On 12 September 2023, the FBI issued a public warning about 764, noting the group is “deliberately targeting minor victims on publicly available messaging platforms to extort them into recording or livestreaming acts of self-harm and producing child sexual abuse material”. The advisory is the first formal mention of 764 by any American law enforcement agency.
The group appears to target children between the ages of eight and 17, the advisory notes, and particularly focuses on young people of color, youth identifying as LGBTQ+ or youth who struggle with mental health issues.
Researchers familiar with 764 indicate the group’s members cultivate ties with minors through a wide range of platforms: either in wildly popular games like Roblox or gaming communications platforms like Discord and Twitch, as well as curated playlists on the streaming service SoundCloud.
The group’s main form of communication is on Telegram, which has long been the platform of choice for many far-right extremists.
Members “use threats, blackmail and manipulation” to get youth to record videos showing acts of self-harm, animal cruelty, sexual acts and even suicide, the authorities warn.
The footage is then circulated among members to extort victims further and exert control over them. In the group’s channels, members share violent “gore” videos depicting torture, lethal violence and other such acts, in an effort to desensitize viewers to acts of ultra violence.
The key motivators for the group, according to authorities, is “to gain notoriety and rise in status within their group”.
Documents and sources familiar with 764 indicate the group is an offshoot of the Order of Nine Angles (O9A), a violent, subversive amalgam of esoteric Hitler worship, Satanism and Wiccan tenets that American authorities recognize as a terrorist ideology and that has been connected with murders and attempted terrorist attacks in countries including the US, Britain, Germany, Canada and Russia.
