In other news, the ACLU has decided that all civil liberties that speak against child mutilation are unconstitutional.
The ACLU filed a lawsuit against Alabama lawmakers who passed legislation prohibiting cutting off penises of 5 year old boys.
George Soros, prominent funder of the ACLU, allegedly gave the green light for the lawsuit.
Although Soros still has his penis, he is said to have remarked that ‘goyisha boys should not.’
A major traffic jam in South Chicago this morning.
CNN, MSNBC, CBS, ABC, Washington Post, New York Times, Fox News, rushed to the scene to film a White man shooting three negro boys.
Learning it was actually a black-on-black shooting, they turned around with hundreds of camera men, production staffs, news anchors, entire crews, and a massive traffic jam ensued.
The new black mayor reportedly was hoping for a White Supremacist expose’ that failed to materialize.
Close advisers say if any White-on-Black shooting should occur, the mayor will inform the media on his ‘White Crime’ Hot Line, thus far, unused.

In labor news, thousands of TSA agents walked off their jobs last night in a nationwide strike.

I like this format. It gives a Jewish news summary.
My opinion is that Jews could do nothing without greed of American business and politicians and a population that is weak and apathetic. America could rid itself of oppression anytime they want. But, America is too selfish to work with each other and too afraid of being called names.
I could put on a shirt that says “Anti-semite” and wear it in public and there is nothing the law could do. And no Jew would challenge me to fight. Some store might tell me to leave. Maybe I’ll try it.
What race is a Jew? White or do they think Jew is a race. Aren’t they criticizing themselves when they insult Whites?
If anyone remembers “The Kentucky Fried Movie,” it closes with, “Moscow in flames, missiles headed for New York. News at eleven…” (Or something thereabouts).

Maybe the funniest thing about this +BN video is that, like a Babylon Bee article, it reads like an actual newscast.

Not being American, thank God and with sincere compassion for American people, American readers will probably think I don’t understand and I can’t understand their country. But I can assure that Americans are the last to understand and have understood anything about America. The most evident proof is that America is leading them, consequently the whole world, towards WWIII.
The most logical thing, which Trump should have done for some time now, if he really wanted to save America from the catastrophe that he predicts/denounce, (because he knows perfectly the script) was to lead a popular more than legitimate revolt and overthrow a very dangerous and completely illegitimate President, which moreover is leading America and the world to an apocalyptic war.
Trump has done none of this because, according with Illuminati plan (that Jewish Illuminati denounce immediately as “plot theory”), he is in complete agreement with Biden, whose role is that of the warmonger or arsonist while that of the “victim President” is of the firefighter or the man of peace to aggregate the most number of American fans who will support him, on the ashes of WWIII, as the savior not only of MAGA (or MIGA), but also of the world, i.e. the Antichrist.
As most Americans are spiritually blind, i.e. spiritually dead, they don’t see and understand practically nothing of how, their leaders, since 1776, have spent and spend TAX PAYER money.
The same thing occurs obviously in almost all the other countries in the world, especially the Usa colonized West, but America, which proudly occupies the first place (at least, until now), has the main (perhaps, the only one) responsibility of the war which will kill millions, most of whom will be totally unprepared and will fall in that antichamber of Hell which is called DESPERATION.

Thanks for the laughs. Your “newscast” was hilarious.
Only you could turn horrible daily news about insane Jews’ involvement and meddling into everything into dark humor comedy gold and still get the serious true messages across, especially when imitating a Jewish newscaster.
Rather sad, though when daily news starts to imitate satire and parody. The absurd, almost unthinkable world of 10, 15 years ago inverting normalcy and reality is not so absurd anymore.
I’ll be sending along an extra $50 this month. I had a modestly successful garage sale last weekend, so sharing the wealth with BNF.

They don’t know a damn thing about Roger Water’s concept concert psychodrama he created over 40 years ago. It’s a very elaborate artistic semi-autobiography of Water’s own life experiences at that point in the late 70s and 80s, the story line using a rock star character named “Pink” suffering a mental and emotional crisis, becoming more internally walled off from the world, tyrannical and dictatorial, “fascistic” toward the band and audience as the pressures of the entertainment world burdened him more and more.
“Pink” was a composite character inspired by Roger Water’s own life experiences during and after WWII in England as a lonely single child in a fatherless home (his father was killed during the Italian Campaign at the disastrous, badly commanded, wasteful Battle of Anzio), raised by his loving but smothering widowed mother, living with the strict discipline of English boys’ school he attended, and that of another rocker in the band Pink Floyd who was becoming more and more withdrawn from the world, including the rest of the band.
Waters’ artistic creation was triggered by an incident when Waters’ spit in a fan’s face for no particular reason, and he realized that he’d become very angry and hostile to his own audience, extremely demanding of himself and his band and managers with whom he was increasing at odds, becoming more brittle and bitter by the day. The Wall is the creative outworking of Water’s months of his own inner exploration and reflections stemming from that incident which he turned first into the concept album, and then the concept film.
When The Wall finally went on the road a couple years later, in the format the rock opera more or less as it is now, Waters generalized the rock opera more and politicized it at times and related the performances to the big political events of the day, most notably, his concert at the Berlin Wall in 1989, just a few months before the Berlin Wall came down, and East & West Germany were reunited.
In Waters’ concerts, he’s playing the character Pink, and Pink is the meme of memes. Pink, the characterization of the inner totalitarian tyrant of no particular “-ism” and of every ideological “-ism,” walled off from the rest of the world, is a mirror that will reflect whatever the audience projects onto him.
That’s where the Jews get themselves into trouble. They see “Nazi” and “fascist” in Waters’ concert character, a personal metaphor and symbol for Waters and his own journey out of a personal hell. Pink just as easily could be the metaphor for “leather-jacketed coke-snorting Jews in the Soviet Secret Police torturing, raping and killing Gentiles.”

Waters’ trademark use of inflatable pigs during his sets is inspired by Pink Floyd’s 1977 album “Animals,” which itself is loosely based on the George Orwell novel “Animal Farm,” in which pigs are in charge.
“Pigs (Three Different Ones)” is a song from Pink Floyd’s 1977 album Animals. In the album’s three parts, “Dogs,” “Pigs,” and “Sheep”, pigs represent the people whom Roger Waters considers to be at the top of the social ladder, the ones with wealth and power. They also manipulate the rest of society and encourage them to be viciously competitive and cut-throat, so the pigs can remain powerful.

Protesters who waved Israeli flags at a Roger Waters concert in London were kicked out of the venue in two separate incidents, while those waving Palestinian flags were reportedly not bothered by security at the performance Wednesday.
Footage showed Yochy Davis, the daughter of a Holocaust survivor, and three other activists approaching an area close to the stage with flags while the Pink Floyd frontman donned a leather outfit and red armband — meant to resemble a Nazi or Waffen-SS uniform — at the O2 Arena.

“We feel that obviously [Waters] dresses like a Nazi. We heard he [dressed in an SS-style costume] in Berlin or in Frankfurt and we heard he did it the day before,” Davis said. She claimed that guards who took her away held onto her “very tightly” and were “hurting her.”

Upon leaving the arena floor, most of the security guards that then escorted her were “great, very sympathetic” after she explained she was the daughter of a Holocaust survivor and her offense at the performance.
People at the concert told Israel’s Channel 12 news some concertgoers unfurled Palestinian flags at the same time and were not bothered by security.
In a separate incident during the performance, Israeli filmmaker Emilio Schenker also unfurled a flag close to the stage. Footage showed security approaching Schenker and taking the flag, and then escorting him from the venue.
Protesters holding Israeli flags have also been demonstrating outside venues that hosted Waters, including the O2 arena.
A spokesperson for the venue told the Jewish Chronicle it permitted protests outside of the arena but forbade demonstrations inside the venue “on the basis that it would disrupt the performance and affect the safety and enjoyment of our guests.”

Last week, Waters dropped the fascist act, which has long been a feature of the former Pink Floyd bassist’s shows, from a show in Birmingham. The change followed a controversy around the costume’s appearance in shows in Germany, where displaying Nazi imagery is illegal.
Following complaints, police in Germany said they were investigating whether Waters had broken the law.
“The elements of my performance that have been questioned are quite clearly a statement in opposition to fascism, injustice, and bigotry in all its forms,” Waters wrote in a statement about the uproar. “The depiction of an unhinged fascist demagogue has been a feature of my shows since Pink Floyd’s The Wall in 1980.”
Michael Gove, a UK government secretary of state, said in a statement that Waters was “falling short” of meeting an expectation that people with a significant public profile “behave responsibly and not abuse their platform.”
UK Labour leader Keir Starmer said the opposition party “stands with the Jewish community and fully condemns Roger Waters.”
“Many people will think of Roger Waters as famous for being a member of one of the most important bands in history, but he is now more synonymous with spreading deeply troubling antisemitism, and that is why I believe this show should not be allowed to go ahead,” Starmer said.
The US State Department said Tuesday that Waters has “a long track record of using antisemitic tropes” and a concert he gave late last month in Germany “contained imagery that is deeply offensive to Jewish people and minimized the Holocaust.”
In 2013, Waters in an interview said about the United States: “The Jewish lobby is extraordinarily powerful here and particularly in the industry that I work in, the music industry and in rock n’ roll.”
Waters is a well-known pro-Palestinian activist who has been accused of holding anti-Jewish views. He has floated an inflatable pig emblazoned with the Star of David at his concerts, and has berated performers who included the Jewish state in their tours. Waters himself played at the Jewish-Arab cooperative village Neve Shalom in 2006.
Last year, the Polish city of Krakow canceled gigs by Waters because of his sympathetic stance toward Russia in its war against Ukraine.

Kath, I saw Waters in concert four years ago. Close to the stage! Good show. Very! He has a good stage presence too.
He’s *definitely* an anti-establishment guy. Whatever the establishment may be. The flying pig had no political statements though. Still, his views are known. Hopefully he doesn’t recant. The story of the old Italian man who located the spot where his father was killed makes for moving reading.

Over 5,000 Churches Bolt Methodist Church Over LGBT Debate

More than 5,000 congregations have left the United Methodist Church (UMC) over its pro-LGBT stance.
The second-largest Protestant denomination in the U.S. has had a massive “disaffiliation” movement, with churches leaving in droves in recent weeks.
According to UM News, the official news service of the UMC, 5,458 churches have disaffiliated this year alone.
The controversy comes after liberal leaders in the UMC disregarded a 2019 vote upholding the church’s ban on ordaining LGBT clergy and officiating at or hosting same-sex weddings.

WEF Calls for AI to Rewrite Bible, Create ‘Religions That Are Actually Correct’

A top official with the World Economic Forum (WEF) has called for religious scripture to be “rewritten” by artificial intelligence (AI) to create a globalized “new Bible.”
Yuval Noah Harari, the senior advisor to the WEF and its chairman Klaus Schwab, argues that using AI to replace scriptures will create unified “religions that are actually correct.”
Harari, an influential author and professor, made the call while giving a talk on the “future of humanity.”
According to Harari, the power of AI can be harnessed and used to reshape spirituality into the WEF’s globalist vision of “equity” and inclusivism.
Speaking with journalist Pedro Pinto in Lisbon, Portugal, Harari told the elitist audience:
“It’s the first technology ever that can create new ideas.
“You know, the printing press, radio, television, they broadcast, they spread the ideas created by the human brain, by the human mind.
“They cannot create a new idea.
“You know, [Johannes] Gutenberg printed the Bible in the middle of the 15th century; the printing press printed as many copies of the Bible as Gutenberg instructed it, but it did not create a single new page.
“It had no ideas of its own about the Bible: Is it good? Is it bad? How to interpret this? How to interpret that?”
Harari then revealed that he and his allies at the WEF have a solution to the supposed problems he’d just highlighted.
“AI can create new ideas; [it] can even write a new Bible,” he declared.
“Throughout history, religions dreamt about having a book written by a superhuman intelligence, by a non-human entity,” he added.
“In a few years, there might be religions that are actually correct … just think about a religion whose holy book is written by an AI.
“That could be a reality in a few years.”

‘Parents’ rights’ groups labeled extremist: SPLC lists a key Florida group as anti-government

The Southern Poverty Law Center is for the first time labeling Florida-headquartered Moms for Liberty and 11 other right-wing “parents’ rights” groups as extremist groups in its annual report, released Tuesday.
Moms for Liberty and the other organizations are being designated as “anti-government extremist groups,” based on longstanding criteria, explained the law center’s Intelligence Project Director Susan Corke.
Corke said the grassroots conservative groups are part of a new front in the battle against inclusivity in schools, though they are drawing from ideas rooted in age-old white supremacy.
“(The movement) is primarily aimed at not wanting to include our hard history, topics of racism, and a very strong push against teaching anything having to do with LGBTQ topics in schools,” Corke said. ”We saw this as a very deliberate strategy to go to the local level.”
The new designations are detailed in the law center’s annual 2022 Year in Hate and Extremism report.

The 12 new groups brought the total number of active extremist groups included in the 2022 report to 1,225 nationwide. Of those, the law center designates 702 as anti-government groups and 523 as hate groups. That’s almost flat from 2021 when the law center counted 1,221 extremist groups.
The Southern Poverty Law Center is one of the most widely recognized research organizations tracking hate and extremism in the United States. Being added to its watchlist means almost certain notoriety.
Over the years, the center has brought new focus to self-described militias, anti-immigrant groups and outright hate groups. The law center has also sued hate groups and individual extremists in the civil courts, often with great success.
But the law center has also been criticized for designating as extremist some groups that argue they simply take a political position and has defended itself in lawsuits, including from immigration policy groups it has designated as anti-immigrant hate groups.
(The organization also is fighting a lawsuit from Gavin McInnes, who founded the Proud Boys and who has argued the center’s hate group designation harmed his career.)
Moms for Liberty did not respond to a request for comment Tuesday.
The report also has other findings, including that the so-called “militia movement” declined significantly last year, that antisemitism continues to be a major force animating the extreme far-right and that alternative tech sites aren’t as niche as perhaps might be expected.
Moms for Liberty makes the extremist list
The Florida-headquartered Moms for Liberty has hit the headlines across the country since its founding in 2021.
The law center study concludes the group is part of a broader anti-government movement focused on local politics that sprung up during the Coronavirus pandemic.
Founded by three Florida Republicans, the “social welfare” nonprofit group can engage in political activity without disclosing its financial backers.
The group pitched itself as a potent grassroots movement of outraged parents, many of whom weren’t active in school politics until COVID-19 restrictions forced them to pay attention.
It has sprouted local chapters in at least 40 states, claims more than 100,000 members and has the ear of the Republican establishment: Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has championed their efforts to restrict teaching about race in schools and universities. Critics in Florida slam the group for turning schools into a political battlefield.
That influence solidified the group’s position in national politics. At the end of this month, barely two years after the group came into existence, both DeSantis and former President Donald Trump will speak at Moms for Liberty’s national summit in Philadelphia and may now compete to win the Moms for Liberty vote.
Despite the national profile, these organizations spread conspiracy theories and operate on the myth that educators are engaged in “Marxist indoctrination” of the nation’s children by imbuing them with dangerous ideas about equality and sexuality, the law center said.
While the movement may be reasonably new, it is founded on the same traditional racist, misogynist and homophobic views that brought people out to protest the desegregation of schools in the 1950s and ’60s, the law center argues.
“Over the past two years, reactionary anti-student inclusion groups have been popping up from coast to coast, claiming to battle for parents’ rights.
Just like their predecessors, their rhetoric takes on marked anti-LGBTQ, racist and nationalist themes, excluding from their parental concern large demographic segments of American society,” the report states.
“These groups publicize their fight for alleged parents’ rights while simply attempting to maintain absolute authority on issues they oppose.”
The primary focus of these groups has been twofold: They have fought against curriculums that teach about America’s racist and violent history and have more recently taken aim at any educational efforts to teach children about LGBTQ issues.
To attract attention and seek new followers, groups like Moms for Liberty promote the false claim that left-wing teachers and educators are engaged in a conspiracy to “sexualize” or even “groom” the schoolchildren under their care.
It’s a narrative that has had significant success, the law center notes.
Moms for Liberty alone claims to have “flipped” 17 school boards nationwide to parental-rights supportive majorities, the report states. “Almost immediately following elections, many of these boards began making sweeping changes at school board meetings, such as firing superintendents and making curriculum changes,” the researchers found.
“They have just been really successful in leveraging their relationships with school officials, and extremist groups, to put them kind of in a place where they can make sweeping changes for the majority of people when they’re actually in the minority,” said Maya Henson Carey, a research analyst at the law center.
The law center’s standard criteria for determining if a group is anti-government is spelled out on its website:
“An anti-government group is an organization or collection of individuals that – based on its official statements or principles, the statements of its leaders, or its activities – believes the federal government is tyrannical and traffics in conspiracy theories about an illegitimate government of leftist elites seeking a ‘New World Order.’”
The law center report notes that at Moms for Liberty’s first national conference, former U.S. Department of Education Secretary Betsy DeVos stated “I personally think that the Department of Education should not exist,” a quote that the group then used on its website.
Moms for Liberty joins the ranks of groups including the Oath Keepers, the Three Percenters and the United Constitutional Patriots, a self-styled militia that “patrols” the U.S.-Mexico border.
The 12 “parent’s rights” groups labeled by the SPLC as extremist groups: Moms for Liberty; Moms for America; Army of Parents; Courage is a Habit; Education First Alliance; Education Veritas; No Left Turn in Education; Parents Against CRT (PACT); Parents Defending Education; Parents Rights in Education; Purple for Parents Indiana and Parents Involved in Education.
“Nowhere ever have we been anti-government or anti-inclusive,” Elicia Brand, who identified herself as the founder of Army of Parents, told USA TODAY in a statement.
‘Militia’ movement cratering
Largely because of a law enforcement crackdown following the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection, the so-called “militia movement” of armed extremists saw some of the wind taken out of its sails last year, the law center found.
Probably the country’s most high-profile armed militia leader, Stewart Rhodes, who founded the Oath Keepers, was found guilty of seditious conspiracy in a Washington, D.C., courtroom late last year, along with a co-conspirator.
Last month, Rhodes was sentenced to 18 years in prison – the longest sentence handed down to a Jan. 6 participant.
“The attention brought by the insurrection has done severe damage to the militia movement, driving away members who no longer want to be associated with the day’s violence,” the law center report states. Researchers found the total number of armed militia groups nationwide decreased from 92 in 2021 to 61 in 2022.
But that doesn’t mean the threat from organized armed groups has gone away, the law center warns. Anti-government rhetoric and beliefs run as deep, if not deeper, today as they have for decades. While organized militia groups may be out of vogue for now, their attraction persists for armed, conspiracy-minded Americans, the report concludes.
“As legal cases run their course through the justice system, militia groups have had to go underground to reorganize and recruit,” it states.
The law center report also includes several recommendations for keeping this trend going, including federal and state authorities using existing legislation that outlaws organized militias to hold these groups accountable and keep them from growing.
The alt-tech space isn’t that alternative
For years now, since major tech companies started getting serious about enforcing their terms of service and de-platforming extremists in about 2018, a succession of “alt-tech” sites has grown up to cater to extremists, especially on the far-right.
Websites including social media platforms, crowdfunding sites and video-streaming services have grown to accommodate white supremacists and other extremists. And the law center’s research shows that these sites aren’t quite as “alternative” as one might assume.
Law center researchers analyzed data estimating the number of people visiting 12 of these sites, including the message board 4Chan and the far-right social media site Gab.
“Five of the 12 sites that the SPLC analyzed regularly ranked among the top 10% of domains in the United States, according to data from the network security technology company Cisco,” the report states.
The growth of these sites has allowed far-right personalities and propagandists to thrive despite being banned from most of the major tech platforms, law center researchers concluded. The report states:
“We found that the majority of ‘alt-tech’ sites, whose purveyors emphasize minimal or nonexistent content moderation, have developed and sustained a dedicated user base. This stability allows hard-right extremists to resist some of the repercussions, such as loss of audience or funding streams, that result from deplatforming.”
Other findings
The comprehensive annual law center report includes a number of additional findings, including:
Extremist flyering and propaganda incidents continued to increase in 2022: The law center counted 155 incidents on campuses, 4,739 public propaganda incidents and 169 “banner drops” where groups hung hateful messages on banners in public spaces. Flyering incidents have increased by 291% since 2018, the report found.

Hate at public events: As USA TODAY has reported, the law center found that hate groups have increasingly descended on public events, primarily targeting drag shows and school board meetings to protest against LGBTQ-inclusive programming.
The so-called “Constitutional Sheriffs” movement continues: In 2022, members of the group, who believe that local sheriffs are the highest authority in the country and are not beholden to state or federal law enforcement, began interfering with elections, the law center said.
“Members melded their extremist positions with their law enforcement authority to investigate rogue, conspiratorial allegations of fraud in the 2020 presidential election and brought doubt into the legitimacy of the 2022 midterm elections,” the report states.

SPLC Researcher Who Labeled ‘Moms for Liberty’ a Hate Group Met Biden National Security Officials

The author of a Southern Poverty Law Center report that labels parental rights organizations as extremist hate groups met earlier this year with Biden National Security Council officials, according to White House records.
Susan Corke, the director of the SPLC’s Intelligence Project, this week added Moms for Liberty, Parents Defending Education, and other parent organizations to its “hate map,” alongside neo-Nazis and the Ku Klux Klan.
Corke visited the White House on Jan. 6, 2023, and met with National Security Council counterterrorism director John Picarelli, according to White House visitor logs reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon.
Corke, a former State Department official, was accompanied by researchers from American University who work with the SPLC.
The SPLC’s access to the White House is likely to draw outcry from Republicans who have long questioned the left-wing group’s arbitrary “hate map” designations. The inclusion of parent groups could raise concerns that the organizations could become targets of violence.
A gunman who shot a security guard at the headquarters of the Family Research Council in 2012 said he attacked the pro-family organization after seeing it listed as a hate group by the SPLC.
“The SPLC is a garbage organization now dedicated to harassing groups that advocate for parents. In the future, their pronouncements must be met with scorn,” Sen. J.D. Vance (R., Ohio) said of the SPLC report.
The SPLC, which itself has faced accusations that it harbors a “systemic culture of racism,” classified the pro-parent organizations as “anti-government groups.” Corke asserted that the parents’ groups serve as the “new battlefront vs inclusivity in schools” and “are rooted in age-old white supremacy.”
While it is unclear what Corke discussed in the White House visit, the meeting was held amid growing pressure on the Biden administration to track parents upset by schools’ coronavirus policies and left-wing classroom curricula.
Moms for Liberty and Parents Defending Education have emerged as the leading grassroots groups in the movement against mask mandates at schools and curricula that promote critical race theory and transgender issues.

California Bill Would Redefine ‘Infertility’ To Give Men Access to Pregnancy Treatments

California lawmakers are advancing a bill that would redefine the inability of men to get pregnant as “infertility” and entitle them to insurance-covered fertility treatments.
The legislation, which passed in the Senate late last month and is about to be taken up by the Assembly, would require employer-sponsored insurance plans to cover all nonexperimental fertility treatments, including artificial insemination of pregnancy surrogates. Supporters of the legislation have touted it as an overdue step toward “fertility equality” for LGBT people.
Freshman state senator Caroline Menjivar (D.), who coauthored the bill with Assemblywoman Buffy Wicks (D.), said: “It will ensure that queer couples no longer have to pay more out of pocket to start families than non-queer families. … This bill is critical to achieving full-lived equality for LGBTQ+ people, as well as advancing well-rounded and comprehensive health care for all Californians.”
[The costs to manufacture a surrogate baby for a normal infertile heterosexual couple are astronomical, at least $100,000 with a volunteer surrogate mother, and the costs go way up for paid, commercial surrogacy. Surrogate pregnancies result in at least 3x higher complications for the host mother and for the child, including stillbirth and fragile neonates, than natural conception and childbirth. -Kj]
In liberal California, opposition to the bill, S.B. 729, has been mild and focused on concerns about ballooning insurance premiums [forcing normal, heterosexual people to heavily subsidize the perverts’ whims as well in both insurance premiums and state taxes. No company pays 100% of private medical insurance premiums. -Kj].
But the measure is part of a nascent campaign by LGBT rights advocates that could open a new front in the national culture war over gender.
California already requires health care insurance providers to cover fertility treatments other than in vitro fertilization for policyholders who are medically infertile. The law defines infertility based on a physician’s diagnosis or according to the widely accepted definition of not being able to have a child after a year or more of trying.
The fertility insurance bill would expand the coverage mandate for employers to include IVF and expand the legal definition of infertility to include, “A person’s inability to reproduce either as an individual or with their partner without medical intervention.”
Infertility would no longer be defined only as a disease or medical condition but also as a “status,” such as being in a gay or lesbian relationship or being single.
California business and insurance groups have objected to the bill’s projected price tag for employers, even as they have been careful not to criticize its intent.
According to an analysis by the California Health Benefits Review Program, the coverage mandates would raise annual premiums for employer-sponsored plans by more than $330 million a year.
The California Association of Health Plans said the coverage mandates are the most expensive of 16 that the legislature is considering, which together would add about $1 billion to the premiums.
Conservative policy advocates, meanwhile, have sounded the alarm about what they see as the bill’s broader social costs.
Emma Waters, a research associate at the Heritage Foundation, pointed to concerns about nontraditional families and forms of reproduction, including surrogacy and IVF.
“Under this bill, most insurance plans would be required to provide in vitro fertilization services based on someone’s relationship status or sexual orientation,” Waters said.
“For single men or male same-sex couples, this means they would need to access a surrogate to carry their child. So the bill is outlining what adults have the right to, but nowhere does it address the needs of the child or safety concerns regarding the child either in IVF or in gestational surrogacy.”
California Family Council Capitol director Greg Burt said: “This bill seeks to further erode the father, mother, and child nuclear family and make everyone in society pay for it to further a make-believe cause named ‘fertility equality.’ The reason healthy singles and same-sex couples can’t reproduce has nothing to do with infertility; it has to do with biology.”
The authors of the bill did not respond to requests for comment.
LGBT and fertility nonprofts backing the legislation have been clear about their agenda. They seek to decouple pregnancy from biological sex and traditional conceptions of gender and family. And the groups’ ambitions extend far beyond California, which is known as a testing ground for progressive policies of the future.
One of the bill’s nonprofit sponsors, Men Having Babies, describes its broader goal as “to remove financial barriers to surrogacy parenting for gay men worldwide, a cause which we refer to as Fertility Equality.”
“Central to our fight for more equitable access to parenting options is what we know from our combined experiences: The anguish and yearning that same sex couples and singles feel due to their inability to reproduce without medical intervention is equal to the anguish of heterosexual couples who suffer from ‘medical infertility,'” the group says on its website.

Men Having Babies—along with another S.B. 729 sponsor, LGBT powerhouse Equality California—successfully lobbied to insert key language into the bill.
The groups also claim to have added LGBT-friendly wording into infertility insurance mandates in Maryland, New York, New Jersey, and Illinois. California would be the second state, following Illinois in 2021, to adopt a version of their redefinition of infertility.
“We … are part of coalitions [seeking] to pass similar bills in several additional states,” including New York, New Jersey, and Maine, Men Having Babies’s founder and executive director Ron Poole-Dayan said.
Men Having Babies, Equality California, and other S.B. 729 sponsors are also behind a federal bill by Reps. Adam Schiff (D., Calif.) and Judy Chu (D., Calif.) that would allow LGBT people and others to take tax deductions for medical expenses related to IVF and surrogacy.
The Biden administration, meanwhile, has considered redefining infertility in the Affordable Care Act to require insurers to cover IVF and other fertility treatments for LGBT people.
“This is just one of those spaces where the way that we think about what is necessary medical care, is running to catch up with our understanding of intimate relationships,” Nicole Huberfeld, a professor at the Boston University School of Law and School of Public Health, told Bloomberg Law last year.

Target stores in at least five states were evacuated this weekend after receiving bomb threats. Though no explosives were discovered, the incidents tie into the backlash over the retail chain’s Pride Month merchandise.
The threats Saturday in parts of Oklahoma, New York, New Hampshire, Vermont and Louisiana mirror those made in recent weeks in Ohio, Utah and Pennsylvania. In most instances, unknown individuals emailed the threats to local news outlets. The FBI and the regional Joint Terrorism Task Force have been assisting with the investigation in some jurisdictions.
Law enforcement investigated the threats and determined the stores are safe, Target said in a statement. All stores are “currently open and operating regular hours.”

Starbucks Workers United claimed on Tuesday that the coffee drink giant is banning all Pride decorations in its stores across the nation during Pride Month and, in fact, started doing so two weeks ago.
Leftist media outlets such as The New Republic are outraged and are charging that Starbucks caved to far-right anti-LGBTQ fury.
The purported move comes after boycotts of Target and Bud Light over ad campaigns and merchandise that promote a transgender-friendly ideology. Other retail outlets are also feeling the heat as are performers such as Garth Brooks who is standing firm on serving Bud-Light in his new Nashville bar, calling those who don’t agree a**holes and telling them they can go somewhere else.
“BREAKING: In the middle of Pride Month, Starbucks BANS Pride decorations in stores across the United States,” the Starbucks workers’ union tweeted.
So far, there is no word from Starbucks confirming the banning of Pride decorations in its stores. But the union is standing firm on its claim.
According to the Daily Beast, “Starbucks has instructed workers in at least twenty-one states to remove Pride flags and decorations from stores, in a move that has enraged workers, according to the union Starbucks Workers United (SBWU). Baristas at stores have reported being told to remove Pride paraphernalia, Casey Moore, a spokesperson for SBWU told The Daily Beast.”

A Catholic “Pride Mass” at Duquesne University was canceled at the urging of the Pittsburgh diocese after being bombarded with messages from anti-LGBTQ+ protestors.
Planned by the organization Catholics for Change in our Church, the mass was meant to be promoted as a service held in solidarity with LGBTQ+ Catholics.
But according to local news outlet WESA, all hell broke loose when a flyer referring to the event as a “Pride Mass” was obtained and published by the far-right Daily Signal. The flyer was reportedly put out by a parish member without approval from the organizers.

Staffing Failures Called Out After Middle Schoolers Deface Pride Signs

A middle school is facing community uproar and questions about its diversity staffing after a number of students tore down Pride Month signs and menaced faculty members and other students.
The situation began on June 2 at the Marshall Simonds Middle School in Burlington, Massachusetts, a community roughly 15 miles northwest of Boston. The school had designated the Friday as a Pride Month spirit day, sponsored by the LGBTQ+ student group, the Spectrum Club.
As part of the festivities, the halls were decorated with a number of signs and banners made by the club, with messages like “Happy Pride Month” and “Why it’s not ok to say ‘That’s so gay.'” Students and faculty were also encouraged to wear rainbow clothing for the occasion.
The trouble began when a subset of students at the school began to lash out against the event, tearing down some of the signs and banners, or defacing them with “inappropriate” stickers, according to Boston.com.
These students also allegedly menaced other students and staff with glares and chants that included things like, “U.S.A. are my pronouns.” Some taking part in the protest also wore red, white, and blue clothing and face paint, suggesting a level of coordination.

Anti-Military Recruitment: Understanding CRT

For those of you committed to tearing down the US military’s recruitment of impressionable young Southern boys, it is critical that you weaponize the US military’s embrace of Critical Race Theory (CRT) as the new prevailing ideology of the US Department of Defense.
CRT is a Marxist philosophical belief that Western society in general – and the Constitutional American Republic specifically – is inherently flawed (at a minimum) and possibly evil (more likely) because it is predicated on European racial concepts.
Consequently, the system needs to be dismantled and replaced with other racial inputs – namely African – which are more likely to embrace beliefs that are consistent with collective ownership and less austere ideas of individualism (e.g., property rights, private gun ownership, etc.).
The only way to achieve this ideal new system is to replace White leaders with racial minorities. This requires the elevation and promotion of African, Asian, Hispanic, and other groups to the exclusion of Whites until such time that equity is achieved and governmental concepts based upon White racial concepts – like the American Constitution – are replaced.
Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Miley, is a major proponent of this idea and has said so under oath in Congressional testimony. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin has openly declared that CRT must be taught to all leaders in the US military – from junior Non-Commissioned Officers to Commissioned Officers of all ranks.
The challenge is obvious: due to the explicitly anti-Western goals of CRT, qualified White candidates will be denied promotions as the US DOD seeks equity and works to change the US Constitution as it is currently known and understood.
This means White recruits have a very limited ceiling in terms of promotion. More importantly, it also means that White enlisted personnel will suffer from systemic racism, as they become victims of an ideology that views them as the root of an evil philosophy – Western individualism.
The threat now becomes apparent. White recruits will be targeted when they are within a system as powerless junior enlistees.
NCOs and Commissioned Officers trained to not only promote non-White racial categories, but also trained to hate White people, will undoubtedly look for ways to exert vengeance upon sitting ducks within the E1-E3 ranks.
Such vengeance will lead to unjust Dishonorable Discharges that will ruin the lives of young White men.
Do what you can to stop them from making the mistake of entering a system that will cause them to lose their rights forever by means of a Dishonorable Discharge as a means to achieve a new CRT driven ideological view.
Explain this to veterans who are often a reinforcing source of enlisted recruitment. Steer young Southern boys away from the trap that is military enlistment. There are better options.

Prized Russian Airliner Delivering COVID Supplies Seized By Canada to be Handed to Ukraine: Why An-124s Matter to Moscow

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced on June 10 that his government would seize a Russian owned An-124 heavyweight cargo aircraft, and that Ottawa would move towards forfeiting the aircraft to Ukraine.
The statement was made as Trudeau, whose government has been a leading supporter of the Ukrainian War effort since 2014, made a surprise visit to Kiev.
Owned by the Russian air carrier Volga-Dnepr Airlines, the An-124 aircraft in question had been chartered by the Canadian government and landed in Toronto on February 27, 2022, carrying rapid tests for Covid-19 from China.
Kept at Toronto Pearson Airport ever since, the aircraft registered as RA-82078 is not expected to be delivered to Ukraine until after the conclusion of current hostilities.

A Fox News chyron has the agenda-driven media in a tizzy for labeling President Joe Biden as a “wannabe dictator” — odd how there are rarely ever any protestations from the media about CNN and MSNBC chyrons.
The offending message reportedly appeared at the end of the 8 p.m. hour, with the indictment of former President Donald Trump in Miami earlier in the day for his handling of classified documents being the story of the day.

There was a young man I had in class for several years in the rural Texas school district where I worked. This young Christian and very well behaved boy had lived for the day that he could join the US military. It was accepted by everyone that he was headed off to the army right after graduation.
His father was a policeman in town and attended a big Baptist church full of George Bush loving “patriots.” I had to be very careful about how I spoke with him about not joining.
I gave him information rather than opinions. I think maybe it was Major General Smedley Butler’s little booklet titled War Is A Racket that really got his attention. Obama’s move to fag-bag the armed forces also helped to change his mind.
He graduated and I had no reason to think that everything I tried to do failed once again.
Early the following summer after graduation I ran into him and his mother. “Hey Elder, I’m not going! I backed out,” he said.
He had made his commitment and done everything but get on the bus when he finally told the recruiters. They threw the full intimidation force of Uncle Schmuel at him and he said it was very intense. His mother told me they called her up and pulled the same thing.
They both thanked me for helping him break free.
He soon married, became an EMT/firefighter, and started a family.

Russia moves to ban sex changes
Amendments to two laws are making their way through the State Duma

The Russian parliament on Wednesday advanced the proposal to outlaw almost all sex reassignment surgery, as well as gender changes on official documents. Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin cited US statistics as an argument to proceed quickly and “ban all this fornication.”
Amendments to two laws were endorsed by over 400 of the 450 deputies in the first reading and are now headed to the regions and government ministries for consultation. Volodin told reporters he hopes to have the final version adopted before the end of the current legislative session, in the spring of 2024.
One of the amendments would ban medical workers from “medical interventions aimed at changing the sex of a person, including the formation of a person’s primary and (or) secondary sexual characteristics of the other sex.”
Another would block administrative requests for changing the sex on official documents without proof of – soon to be outlawed – surgery. The proposed amendments would allow some surgical procedures, however, in order to remedy “congenital anomalies” in children.
In a floor speech, Volodin said that under existing laws, a Russian could go to a clinic, pay 30-60,000 rubles [$355-$710] for a sex change, get the documents confirming their new name, and then “enter a marriage and – God forbid! – adopt a child.”
“The worst part is the abuse of children,” Volodin told the lawmakers. “In the US, where these new pseudo-values are promoted, the proportion of transgender people among teenagers is already three times higher than among adults.
“This is the result of propaganda. The number of children receiving hormone therapy has more than doubled in five years. Pumping up children with hormones begins at the age of eight.
“In just five years, between 2017 and 2021, more than 2,000 gender reassignment surgeries were performed on children aged 13 to 17.”
He urged The Ministry of Health not to invent amendments based on concerns for the well-being of people. The correct way to take care of people is to “ban this fornication,” Volodin argued.
The ministry has responded to the proposal with a “very emotional” letter, Deputy Chairman Pyotr Tolstoy told the chamber. He paraphrased the ministry’s argument as saying that the bill would cause “ethical, medical and social problems” to individuals whose documentation will no longer “match the reality that has developed in their heads,” and who may commit suicide as a result.
Deputy Health Minister Oleg Salagay said that transsexuals would continue receiving normal medical care if the amendments passed, noting that a total of 996 people submitted requests to change their sex on their passports in 2022, but “far fewer” had undergone surgical procedures.
Last November, Volodin spearheaded the adoption of a ban on all “LGBTQ, pedophilia and sex-change propaganda” in all advertising, books, movies and media.
He argued that the move would “protect our children, the future of the country, from the darkness spread by the US and European states.”

The service was held in the open air near the church in honor of the icon of the Mother of God “Unexpected Joy” on the territory of the correctional institution. The temple is designed for 100 people, there were much more people wishing to take part in the liturgy, so it was decided to worship in the open air.
After the service, Bishop Elijah was presented with a picture of the Nizhny Novgorod Michael the Archangel Cathedral, painted by the convicts.
The vicar of the Diocese of Nizhny Novgorod addressed the audience: “Today we have collectively lifted up prayers to our Lord Jesus Christ, to the Mother of God for our people, our Fatherland, for each of us and for our families.
“You find yourself in a difficult life situation, but the Lord is always with us. And I urge you to trust in the mercy and love of God, to walk, despite mistakes and falls, along the path of spiritual perfection, not to allow the spirit of anger and despair into your heart.

The correctional institution of PKU IK No. 11 of the Main Directorate of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in the Nizhny Novgorod Region is a strict regime correctional colony for convicts, former employees of courts and law enforcement agencies.
There is an Orthodox community in the colony. Since 1995, a prayer room has been operating here, and in 2008, the Archbishop (now Metropolitan) of Nizhny Novgorod and Arzamas George consecrated the church in honor of the icon of the Mother of God “Unexpected Joy” in the colony.

How did Family Watch International become involved in Uganda?
Family Watch became involved in Africa in 2002 when we promoted a family-centered, abstinence-based HIV/AIDS-prevention program called “Stay Alive” for children ages 9-12. Uganda was one of the countries implementing the program.
Please note that the “Stay Alive” program did not address homosexuality or any LGBTQI issues. We also previously supported a “Families for Orphans” project in Uganda.
Our work in Uganda over the last several years has been focused on protecting Uganda’s children from harmful comprehensive sexuality education (CSE) which sexualizes even the youngest children.
>What was the role of Family Watch International in the April 2023 inter-parliamentary conference in Uganda?
Family Watch’s purpose for participating in the inter-parliamentary conference held in Uganda was two-fold.
First, it was primarily to brief African parliamentarians on the harms of comprehensive sexuality education (CSE), which is negatively impacting African children.
We have an entire website dedicated to exposing the harms of CSE (StopCSE.org). For example, sexually graphic comprehensive CSE programs pushed by donor countries and UN agencies in Africa:
Require children as young as age 10, for example, to learn about “sexual patterns” including “bestiality,” “necrophilia” (sexual pleasure from corpses), “urophilia,” (sexual pleasure from urine), “coprophilia” (sexual pleasure from filth such as faeces, dirt or soiled underwear). Teach children about anal sex and oral sex. (See “The World Starts with Me” CSE program funded by the Netherlands government in Uganda and in several other African countries.)

CSE advocates deceptively claim and convince governments that CSE is the answer to all the ills in the world—teen pregnancy, STIs, HIV, human rights violations, gender inequality, gender-based violence, even global warming.
Yet governments and parents are rarely shown the full curriculum, which sexualizes even the youngest of children and promotes sexual rights and sexual pleasure at the expense of sexual health.
How many African parents would want their 10-year-old children to be taught about sex with animals, sex with corpses, and sexual arousal from feces and urine? What possible purpose could these kinds of instructional materials have?
Many policymakers are deceived by the false claims and propaganda used by CSE advocates, and when they are shown actual curriculum materials being taught to children, they are livid that they were deceived.
The second reason for our participation in the Uganda inter-parliamentary conference was to raise awareness on the harms of the pending ACP-EU Partnership Agreement and the Eastern Southern Africa Commitment on CSE.
Through these and other initiatives, Western governments and UN agencies are pushing highly controversial, graphic sexuality education and “sexual and reproductive health services” for children without parental consent.
While the conference was convened by the Ugandan parliament, the African Bar Association, and the Foundation for African Cultural Heritage, Family Watch Africa contributed to the development of the program, and we provided three speakers.
Our Family Watch Africa team was not in charge of, nor did they have control over the speakers or messages that were presented beyond our three staff members who spoke. We were invited by the Uganda parliament to participate, and they chaired and ran the conference and thus controlled the messaging.

The offending picture took place at the Tony Awards this past Sunday. Mulvaney, in a Christian Siriano gown [sporting a cheap blonde dye job or wig] almost walked into a person in a Tony the Tiger costume.

United States’ only Muslim-majority town, Hamtramck, Michigan, BANS Pride flags on public property
“The city does not want to open the door for radical or racist groups to ask for their flags to be flown,” Hassan stated.
On Tuesday, Hamtramck, Michigan’s city council, unanimously voted to ban Pride flags from being displayed on public property. Located just outside Detroit, Hamtramck is the only Muslim-majority town in the United States.
The ruling was celebrated with cheers and applause inside City Hall, where dozens of concerned residents, Muslim and Christian, had shown up to express their thoughts on the matter.
According to the Detroit Free Press, the resolution was introduced by Councilman and Mayor Pro Tem Mohammed Hassan, and applies not only to Pride flags, but also those promoting any “religious, ethnic, racial, political, or sexual orientation group.”
“Only, the American flag, and the nations’ flags that represent the international character of our City shall be flown,” Hassan stated, adding that it was imperative to “maintain and confirm the neutrality of the city of Hamtramck towards its residents.”

Hamtramck, whose population jumped 27% from 2010 to 2020, has the highest percentage of immigrants among cities in Michigan and is the only city in the U.S. with an all-Muslim city council and mayor. About half of the city is either of Yemeni or Bangladeshi descent.

Space Force general admits access to gender surgery a bigger priority than accepting better qualified candidates

“Transformational cultural change requires leadership from the top, and we do not have time to wait. Since January of this year, more than 400 anti-LGBT+ laws have been introduced at the state level,” she began.
“That number is rising and demonstrates a trend that could be dangerous to our service members, their families, and the readiness of the force as a whole,” she continued.
The so-called “anti-LGBT+” laws typically simply bar children from pursuing puberty blockers, transgender surgery, and other non-reversible procedures. It’s not clear what this has to do with the military and its readiness.
It’s also not clear whether it’s appropriate for a top federal government agent to criticize state laws that she appears to personally dislike.
“When I look at potential candidates, say for squadron command, I strive to match the right person to the right job. I consider their job performance and relevant experience first. However, I also look at their personal circumstances, and their family is also an important factor,” Burt added.
“If a good match for a job does not feel safe being themselves and performing at their highest potential at a given location, or if their family could be denied critical healthcare due to the laws in that state, I am compelled to consider a different candidate and perhaps less qualified,” she concluded.

Duquesne University cancels ‘Pride Mass’ after Bishop Zubik’s disapproval

A “Pride Mass” that was planned for the feast of Corpus Christi at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh was abruptly cancelled after the diocese’s bishop, David Zubik, expressed his disapproval in a letter dated May 31.
The event had been promoted by Catholics for Change in Our Church (CCOC) in partnership with various groups, including LGBTQ ministries from St. Mary Magdalene and St. Joseph the Worker churches. The Mass, open to LGBTQ Catholics, their families, and supporters, was set to take place in Duquesne’s Holy Spirit Chapel.
Bishop Zubik, in his letter addressed to priests, deacons, and seminarians of the diocese, clarified that neither he nor Duquesne University’s President Ken Gormley was aware of the Mass until they started receiving calls.
Zubik stressed that he had not endorsed the event and that independent sponsors had organized it without the pastors’ authorization, leading to confusion and anger among some.
Reacting to the backlash, Zubik stated that while the Church is committed to welcoming people grappling with sensitive issues in their lives, it cannot endorse behavior that contradicts God’s law.
Despite the bishop distancing himself from the event, he criticized the vehement responses to the Pride Mass as “threatening” and unaligned with Christian charity.

The bishop’s response criticizing legitimate Catholic protestors standing their ground and defending the faith is problematic and waffling, about “vehement responses” to the blasphemous Pride Mass as “threatening and “unaligned with Christian charity.”

The fact is things have gotten to the point that being a “nice” Christian doesn’t accomplish anything.

Louisiana farmer faces business losses after defending traditional Catholic values

Ross McKnight, a Louisiana-based Catholic father of five and owner of Backwater Foie Gras, has reportedly lost a significant portion of his customer base following a social media post in which he defended traditional Catholic values and criticized the celebration of “pride month”.
In an Instagram post on June 3, McKnight referred to the month as an “attempted coup of the month of June” and advocated for measures to uphold Catholic values.
He suggested activities such as enthroning the Sacred Heart of Jesus in homes, wearing the Sacred Heart symbol, and praying the Rosary for the conversion of souls.
In response to his post, several of McKnight’s biggest customers, making up two-thirds of his restaurant business, decided to cancel their orders.
McKnight communicated this news in a follow-up Instagram post, stating, “While we’ve never required our customers to pass a litmus test before serving them, it seems our values, which come from lives lived as Louisiana Catholics, are considered unacceptable by some.” He did not express regret over his initial post.
Despite the significant financial setback, McKnight and his family chose to see the losses in a positive light, viewing their financial hardship as participation in the triumph of their faith.
“We count it a privilege to have lost much,” he wrote. “It is an honor to participate, through the suffering of our family, in the triumph of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary.”
McKnight added that they had begun to see their business restored, thanks in part to the support from fellow Catholics.
Harrison Weinhold, a friend and supporter of the McKnights, informed The Federalist that the cancellations resulted in a loss of between $6,000 and $10,000 in monthly revenue.
Given the small scale of the McKnight’s operation, these losses could potentially threaten the family’s livelihood. Weinhold criticized the canceling restaurant owners in a Twitter thread, accusing them of being outsiders who disrupted the local community and culture.
Despite the financial and social pressures, McKnight maintained his stand on his religious beliefs.
In an interview with The Federalist, he expressed his resolve to uphold his values despite the implications, stating, “If we don’t stand here, on the last assault of the family, then there’s no more ground left behind us.”
He added that they have to fight because if this battle is lost, there would be nothing left behind.

Dads’ ‘Toxic Masculinity’ Protects Kids From Pedophiles

In an Instagram post on Thursday, Green Beret combat veteran and dad of three Nick Freitas shared with his followers a 2017 WRTV Indianapolis interview with Jack Reynolds, a pedophile who targeted children in the 1980s and spent 12 years in prison for it.

In the interview, Reynolds was asked what “characteristics” he “looked for in children before molesting them.” Reynolds responded by saying it was a child’s family that mattered more than the actual child. “If I thought the father was a threat, I would not approach the child,” he said.
Freitas said this revelation means a few things for dads: “One, you better be a threat,” and “two, you better be present enough in your child’s life to where they know you’re a threat.”
“And I would say it tells us one more thing that’s very interesting,” Freitas continued. “There’s a lot of people right now that seem hellbent to have sexual conversations with our children without our knowledge.
“Those are the same people telling us that the very things that make you a threat are manifestations of toxic masculinity. So maybe we shouldn’t listen to those people.”

Freitas is spot on. The same people who are sexualizing American children by promoting outlandish “pride” celebrations in public schools, drag queen story hours, LGBT “kids” books with pornographic content, and mutilative “transition” surgeries for minors, are also the people vilifying the masculine virtues by which strong men protect children from predators.
While purporting to be about “inclusivity,” the transgender cult enables sexually deviant men who enjoy parading in front of children in suggestive women’s clothing. Simultaneously, the movement’s war on natural masculinity and femininity seeks to neutralize good men from standing in the way.
The stakes have never been higher, but the war on masculine virtue has never been more brutal. Recall 24-year-old Marine veteran Daniel Penny, who put his life on the line last month to protect New York subway riders from Jordan Neely, a disturbed homeless man who was reportedly shouting “I’ll hurt anyone on this train.”
For stepping in and protecting fellow train riders, Penny has been maligned by the left and the corporate media as a racist murderer, and he has been charged by Soros-installed New York City prosecutors with second-degree manslaughter.
What happens when men are so fearful of ending up like Penny that they suppress their masculinity and cower to criminals instead of stopping them? The answer is people get hurt. Just watch this altercation on a different New York City train, where every man stands by and does nothing as a woman is punched in the face:
The idea that suppressing masculinity will somehow make the world safer is one of the greatest lies the left has ever told. Bad actors don’t respect weak, woke men; they take advantage of them.
What happened to Daniel Penny is a perfect example of how our culture demonizes masculinity, thereby encouraging men to repress things like physical strength, leadership, assertiveness, and courage. But the only way to deter harassers like Neely and sexual predators like Reynolds is for men to embrace their masculinity.
That can be hard in 2023. Masculine men are labeled toxic and they risk the fate that Penny is facing. But these are sacrifices and risks men have to make because their loved ones, particularly their children, depend on it.

BREAKING: California Bill Would Charge Any Parent Who Doesn’t Affirm Transgenderism With ‘Child Abuse’

A recently amended California bill would add “affirming” the sexual transition of a child to the state’s standard for parental responsibility and child welfare—making any parent who doesn’t affirm transgenderism for their child guilty of abuse under California state law.
AB 957 passed California’s State Assembly on May 3, but a co-sponsor amended it after hours in California’s State Senate on June 6.
Assembly Member Lori Wilson, D-Suisun City, wrote the bill and introduced it on Feb. 14. State Sen. Scott Wiener, D-San Francisco, co-sponsored it. Wilson’s child identifies as transgender.
Originally, AB 957 required courts to consider whether a child’s parents were “gender-affirming” in custody cases. Wiener’s amendment completely rewrites California’s standard of childcare.
AB 957 post-amendment “would include a parent’s affirmation of the child’s gender identity as part of the health, safety, and welfare of the child,” altering the definition and application of the entire California Family Code.
California courts would be given complete authority under Section 3011 of California’s Family Code to remove a child from his or her parents’ home if parents disapprove of LGBTQ+ ideology.
By changing the definition of what constitutes the “health, safety, and welfare of [a] child,” schools, churches, hospitals, and other organizations interacting with children would be required to affirm “gender transitions” in minors by default—or risk charges of child abuse.
AB 957 could also expand which organizations provide “evidence” of gender “nonaffirmation” to California’s courts.
Because of the addition of “gender affirmation” to the qualifications of California’s standards for “health, safety, and welfare,” California’s courts would now be able to accept reports of gender “abuse” from progressive activist organizations—as long as they claim to provide “services to victims of sexual assault or domestic violence.”
In essence, a boy could report his parents to his local school’s Gay-Straight Alliance club or other LGBTQ+ organization, who could then report the boy’s parents for child abuse.
Incredibly, the bill provides no definition whatsoever of what would qualify as “nonaffirming” to a child’s gender.
As Susannah Luthi of The Washington Free Beacon points out, “The bill makes no distinctions regarding the age of a child, how long a child has identified as transgender, or affirmation of social transition versus medical sex-change treatments.”
It remains unclear what law or precedent California courts would be able to cite in determining whether a parent was affirming—much less to define a standard that applies to all situations.
AB 957 isn’t Wiener’s first foray into legislating transgenderism for children. Last year, Wiener authored bill SB 107, making California the first state to establish itself as a sanctuary for minors’ transgender treatments and surgeries. Gov. Gavin Newsom, a Democrat, signed the bill into law in September.
In March, Advocates for Faith and Freedom sued Newsom’s administration in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California Western Division.
Parental rights advocates and experts lambasted Wiener’s amendment that would upend the California Family Code.
Jay Richards, the Director of the Richard and Helen DeVos Center for Life, Religion, and Family at The Heritage Foundation, calls AB 957 a “grotesque violation.” (The Daily Signal is Heritage’s multimedia news organization.)
While more and more European countries pound the brakes on ghoulish gender medicine for kids, California has decided to mandate it.
They not only want to make sure that any child with discordant feelings toward his or her sexed body gets fast tracked to cross-sex hormones and sterilizing surgery, state Democrats want to go after parents who might otherwise hesitate.
This is a grotesque violation of both children’s and parent’s rights. Decent Californians on the Left, Right, and center should be outraged.
Nicole Pearson, founder of the Facts Law Truth Justice law firm and civil rights advocacy group, condemned AB 957’s unconstitutionality in an interview with The Daily Signal:
This bill makes law that failure to affirm your child’s identity is child abuse. This will be a final, legal determination without any evidence in support, or a hearing with notice or the opportunity to be heard.
Assemblywoman Wilson and Senator Scott Wiener are not doctors. They can’t make this determination for every single child aged 0 to 17 in the state and, yet, that is exactly what they’re trying to do here.
If a parent or guardian is unwilling or simply not ready to affirm their 7-year-old’s new identity—as they transition from Spongebob to Batman to Dora the Explorer—they can be found guilty of child abuse under AB-957 if it passes into law.
This is a horrifying bill for children, and for parents and guardians not just in California, but across the country. Gavin Newsom is gunning for president in 2028. If he signs this bill into law, here, it will be headed to every state if he wins.
AB 957 has a scheduled hearing in the State Senate on June 13 at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time.

Biden Announces Program to Address LGBTQ+ Book Bans

Book bans that target the LGBTQI+ community are at the center of a set of initiatives announced by President Biden on June 8.
The Biden administration announced a new initiative to fight “ongoing efforts that disproportionately strip books about LGBTQI+ communities, communities of color, and other communities off library and classroom shelves.”
The President announced plans to appoint a new coordinator to address book bans implemented at state and local levels. The appointment will come from the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights.
The new book ban coordinator will provide new training programs for schools nationwide “on how book bans that target specific communities and create a hostile school environment may violate federal civil rights laws,” according to the press release.
The book ban program is one of several announced in a June 8 press release that lays out the Biden-Harris administration’s “actions to protect LGBTQI+ communities.”
However, some important details on the nature of the referenced book bans are consistently missing from the press release. It is true parents are questioning the wisdom of including certain sexually explicit materials in classrooms and school libraries.
However, the vast majority of those requests refer to books that include inappropriate sexual content for minor children.
In some cases, teachers put these sexually explicit materials on reading lists for children in the name of inclusivity.
The press release also fails to mention that several Dr. Seuss books were pulled from publication during this same administration “because they contain racist and insensitive imagery.” No one in the Biden administration said a word about the removal of those well-loved childhood books when it was announced in March 2021.
In addition to addressing book bans, Biden will also launch several programs that allegedly protect the safety and rights of the LGBTQI+ community.
Among these programs will be a new LGBTQI+ Community Safety Partnership with the Assistant Attorney General of the Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department serving as a liaison with the LGBTQI+ community.
An HHS program features a Behavioral Health Care Advisory on Transgender and Gender Diverse Youth. This program will strengthen mental health resources by releasing federal funding for LGBTQI+ youth who are homeless or in foster care. The program stresses Gender-Affirming Care for Youth.
