It ain’t over ’till it’s over.
And Elon Musk is set for a fight.
For with his hunger for innovation and progress, Musk captivates the world by his sterling success at Tesla, SpaceX, and Starlink.
His latest itch for civilizational advancement is his quest to buy out Twitter.
Musk grabbed up 9% of the shares with his vision to radically transform social media for the better.
In retaliation, Larry Fink—an LGBTQ-loving Jew with a censoring black soul—leveraged his prime position at Vanguard Investment Group to ‘one up’ Musk’s share position with 10% holdings.
Elon Musk could still unseat him.

The SEC and DOJ suddenly mustered up an investigation of Elon’s Tesla Corp for “federal violations of regulatory and discriminatory issues.”
Gary Gensler at SEC—yeah, a Jew—and Merrick Garland at DOJ—a very wicked Yid with a litigating lance, were ferkucked-ing in their pants.
They nailed Musk for “racist” actions toward an employee awarding the plaintiff a whooping $15 million.
Sundry punishments are yet to come for messing with~ Jewish agitprops.
Not to be left out of kikeish hatred of free-speech, the Yids at Goldman Sachs started sucking blood.
Suddenly appointed Twatter’s “advisors” of Musk’s generous bid of $54 per share versus the current rate at $45…
…Sachs and the Jewish institutional prime investors at Vanguard, Blackrock, Morgan Stanley, Elliot Management—an incestuous relationship—planted the ‘poison pill.’
Anyone buying 15% of Twitter is restricted from purchasing additional shares, holdings limited to one year, and constrained from dictating policy without other shareholders’ approval.

Nothing scares the Jews more than a person with “Plan A” and a “Plan B” who’s “pathologically” infatuated with the truth.
With that infatuation, Musk could:
1) Claim “fiduciary negligence” of shareholder interests due to his high bid as he implied in a recent tweet.
2) Join forces with other shareholders who support him like Egon Durban of Silver Lake Partners thus uniting and expanding his influence.
3) Employ his deal-making savvy since Twitter allows bargaining with 15% owners in its ‘poison pill.’
But since it’s not all about dollars, the prime shareholders, Musk and the Jewish Finance Groups, have different kinds of investment.
Musk, to save civilization through free speech; the Jews, to mold civilization through propaganda.
I grew up in Judaism and some things are worth more to Jews than making money:
Cultural subversion and censorship.
Cultural subversion weakens nations and gives Jews control of society’s social apparatus.
Censorship protects the perpetual victim status of Jews.
If people know the truth, they’ll no longer see Jews as victims which would infringe on their ‘illegal-to-question’ power.

If Elon Musk does make Twitter’s algorithm public, as he vows to do, disapproval of Jews would flood the internet.
It’s because people are on to them, but are self-gagging themselves.
The minute social media allows the pointing out of Jewish crimes, their victimhood falters and criticism will be justified.
Once the playing field is leveled, through Elon Musk’s quest for free speech, the power of the Jew is breached. [Clip]

Elon Musk made what many believe is a cryptic tweet yesterday when he tweeted out an Elvis Presley hit song title, “Love Me Tender.”
As Bloomberg explained, it was a likely wink-and-nod reference to a potential tender offer to Twitter shareholders for control of the company, if his bid is rejected.
The tweet by Musk has been liked nearly 350k times and it caused the word “tender” to trend on the social media platform.

Twitter user “Daniel” shared a screenshot of the Wikipedia definition of “Tender offer” in a tweet and wondered, “Elon Musk just tweeted ‘Love Me Tender’. Could this be his Plan B?”
In an interview on Thursday at TED2022 in Vancouver, Musk said that he has a ”plan b” if Twitter doesn’t take his buyout offer: “I don’t like to lose.”

As hours of coverage and an avalanche of op-eds are unleashed to explain to the masses why they should grab their pitchforks as Elon Musk offers to buy a social media platform at a significant premium for shareholders, this brief MSNBC clip from 2017 perfectly summarizes where the real panic lies.
None other than MSNBC’s ‘Morning Joe’ Mika Brzezinski said the following words in her out-loud voice…
“The dangerous edges here are that he is trying to undermine the media, trying to make up his own facts, and it could be that while unemployment and the economy worsen, he could have undermined the messaging so much that he can actually control exactly what people think…”

He was on their radar for the many anti-Zelensky/NATO statements he was sending out from Kharkov – where he’d been stuck since right after the war started.

I think that platforms such as Telegram, hosted in a sovereign country like Russia, offer a better prospect of spreading the truth.

Even if he doesn’t get Twitter, Elon has driven a musk-et ball between the eyes of the corporate Jewish obsession with media control, by putting their fight for total media control on center stage.
In my lengthy and futile search for a good jewish journalist, I once asked Bob Reguly if Seymour M. Hersh was a legit Jewish journalist. He was famous at the time for a book he wrote about the Kennedys. Bob himself was 20 feet from Bobby Kennedy when he got shot.
When Bob was the Washington correspondent for the Toronto Star, he had an office next to Hersh and got to know him. At the time Bob also knew Zionist journalist I.P. Stone very well, maybe better than anyone else. Bob had not really thought about Palestine when he knew I.P. Stone, but then he went to Palestine and changed directions 180 degrees.
The PLO kidnapped Bob and put him up against a wall to shoot him. He talked his way out of it and in that way made contact with Palestinians who gave him their side of the story. Bob became very sympathetic to their cause.
Bob wrote such articles for the Toronto Star but the Bob’s wife Ada told me jewish advertisers at the Toronto Star threatened to drop their ads if the paper published Bob’s stories from the Middle East. So Bob left the Star at the urging of Peter Worthington at the Toronto Sun but ended up at another jewish owned paper, in this case owned by jew boy Fast Eddy Goodman and so once again Bob’s hands were tied.
Bob knew the rotten apples too. For example he alleged that Eric Margolis who often appears on CNN was both a Mossad agent and a weapons trafficker.
At the time Margolis was a Toronto Sun columnist and I often saw him around the news room. He wrote many glowing columns about the German Army which I thought was odd for a jew but then the Mossad wages war by deception so I asked Bob about him.
Others like Gordon Duff have called Seymour Hersh the Mossad’s greatest asset although Duff does not always get it right and tends to editorialize with over-sensational headlines.
Anyhow Bob thought Hersh was legit and his reason for this was that although Hersh was the New York Times very best reporter, they never gave him a job, never put him on staff.
They kept him on as a freelancer and Bob said this was a sign they were afraid of what he might write and that by keeping him as a freelancer they could keet him on a tight leash meaning Hersh had no legal recourse as a freelancer when they decided to not use some of his stories.
So while its obvious jews are rabidly obsessed with media control because its the only way they can keep the truth about themselves hidden and the myths they have created on front stage, the possibility exists that there may be the odd legit jewish journalist.
Having said that I don’t know of any operating at the moment. Jewish journalism means smears, unsubstantial reports, pro-Israel propaganda, Jew as victim, Nazi, Hitlers as bad guys etc, and Jewish organized crime figures like Zalensky as heros etc.

Twitter Faces the “Nightmare” of Being Forced into Free Speech

Below is my column in the Hill on the bid of Elon Musk to buy Twitter and its implications for free speech. The increasingly alarmist arguments of the left have continued to mount.
On MSNBC, Democratic strategist Danielle Moodie declared “I’m going to be honest, Elon Musk is a danger to Twitter and to freedom of speech.” In other words, more free speech is the death of free speech. She is not alone in such Orwellian takes on the Musk bid for Twitter.

Twitter’s board of directors gathered this week to sign what sounds like a suicide pact. It unanimously voted to swallow a “poison pill” to tank the value of the social media giant’s shares rather than allow billionaire Elon Musk to buy the company.
The move is one way to fend off hostile takeovers, but what is different in this case is the added source of the hostility: Twitter and many liberals are apoplectic over Musk’s call for free speech protections on the site.
Company boards have a fiduciary duty to do what is best for shareholders, which usually is measured in share values. Twitter has long done the opposite.
It has virtually written off many conservatives — and a large portion of its prospective market — with years of arbitrary censorship of dissenting views on everything from gender identity to global warming, election fraud and the pandemic.
Most recently, Twitter suspended a group, Libs of Tik Tok, for “hateful conduct.” The conduct? Reposting what liberals have said about themselves.
The company seemingly has written off free speech too. Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal was asked how Twitter would balance its efforts to combat misinformation with wanting to “protect free speech as a core value” and to respect the First Amendment.
He responded dismissively that the company is “not to be bound by the First Amendment” and will regulate content as “reflective of things that we believe lead to a healthier public conversation.”
Agrawal said the company would “focus less on thinking about free speech” because “speech is easy on the internet. Most people can speak. Where our role is particularly emphasized is who can be heard.”
Not surprisingly, selling censorship is not a big hit with most consumers, particularly from a communications or social media company. The actions of Twitter’s management have led to roller-coastering share values.
While Twitter once reached a high of about $73 a share, it is currently around $45. (Musk was offering $54.20 a share, representing a 54 percent premium over the share price the day before he invested in the company.)
Notably, Musk will not trigger the poison pill if he stays below 15 percent ownership of the company. He could push his present stake up to 14.9 percent and then negotiate with other shareholders to take greater control.
Another problem is that Twitter long sought a private buyer under former CEO Jack Dorsey. If Musk increases his bid closer to $60, the board could face liability in putting its interests ahead of the company’s shareholders.
Putting aside the magical share number, Musk is right that the company’s potential has been constrained by its woke management. For social media companies, free speech is not only ethically but economically beneficial — because the censorship model only works if you have an effective monopoly in which customers have no other choice.
That is how Henry Ford could tell customers, back when he controlled car-making, that they could have any color of Model T “as long as it’s black.”
Of course, the Model T’s color was not a critical part of the product. On the other hand, Twitter is a communications company selling censorship — and opposing free speech as a social media company is a little like Ford opposing cars.
The public could be moving beyond Twitter’s Model T philosophy, however, with many people looking for access to an open, free forum for discussions.
Censorship — or “content modification,” as used in polite company — is not value maximizing for Twitter, but it is status enhancing for executives such as Agrawal.
It does not matter that consumers of his product want less censorship; the company has become captive to its executives’ agendas.
Twitter is not alone in pursuing such self-defeating values. Many in the mainstream media and many on the left have become some of the loudest advocates for corporate censorship.
The Washington Post’s Max Boot, for example, declared, “For democracy to survive, we need more content moderation, not less.”
MSNBC’s Katy Tur warned that reintroducing free speech values on Twitter could produce “massive, life- and globe-altering consequences for just letting people run wild on the thing.”
Columnist and former Clinton Labor Secretary Robert Reich went full Orwellian in explaining why freedom is tyranny.
Reich dismissed calls for free speech and warned that censorship is “necessary to protect American democracy.”
He then delivered a line that would make Big Brother blush: “That’s Musk’s dream. And Trump’s. And Putin’s. And the dream of every dictator, strongman, demagogue and modern-day robber baron on Earth. For the rest of us, it would be a brave new nightmare.”
The problem comes when you sell fear for too long and at too high a price. Recently, Rep. Madeleine Dean (D-Pa.) agreed with MSNBC analyst John Heilemann that Democrats have to “scare the crap out of [voters] and get them to come out.”
That line is not selling any better for the media than it is for social media, however. Trust in the media is at a record low, with only 7 percent expressing great trust in what is being reported. The United States ranks last in media trust among 46 nations.
Just as the public does not want social media companies to control their views, it does not want the media to shape its news.
In one recent poll, “76.3% of respondents from all political affiliations said that ‘the primary focus of the mainstream media’s coverage of current events is to advance their own opinions or political agendas.’”
Thus, an outbreak of free speech could have dire consequences for many in the political-corporate-media triumvirate. For them, the greatest danger is that Musk could be right and Twitter would become a more popular, more profitable company selling a free speech product.
Poison pill maneuvers are often used to force a potential buyer to negotiate with the board. However, Twitter’s directors (who include Agrawal and Dorsey) have previously limited their product to advance their own political preferences.

Earlier this week, Fox Business Senior Correspondent Charlie Gasparino broke the news of Biden’s alphabet agencies’ turning their sights on Musk in an appearance on ‘Cavuto: Coast to Coast.’ The longtime legal expert explained that as of right now, it is unclear what Musk has done that warrants the federal probes, but the Twitter takeover likely has a lot to do with it.
Gasparino pointed out that Musk has “stirred up a regulatory hornet’s nest” and the SEC is scrutinizing every little detail of his recent stock trades, looking to nab him on some small technicality.

A few posts back I mentioned the best way for the Russians to flushout the Jewish financed Nazis holed up in the steel mill was to flood the place as Maripol is beside the sea and there is lots of salt water available.
The bunkers apparentl go down 8 stories, and if the Russians go in lots of people on both sides will get killed and the steel plant will be destroyed with explosives, and the plant seems to be the main source of jobs in Mariupol.
There is a Greek guy posting on VT who says the Russians are actually talking about doing just that although in his opinion they will bomb the place instead of flood it.
I think flooding would be best for everyone. The Azovs cannot seal themsleves off against water because if they do they will run out of oxygen. They have to let the water in and as it floods they have to keep moving, floor by floor, up to the surface.
The Russian don’t have to enter the place and get killed. All they have to do is wait. They can easily capture the Ukrainian army, the Azovs and the foreign mercenaries without any body firing a shot. Then both sides can kiss and make up.
Also all the machinery in the plant can be saved. It will have to be taken apart and have the salt water washed away but that is no big deal.
Then the Mariupol steel mill can almost immediately get back into production with scrap steel the more than 2,000 Ukrainian tanks and thousands of other vehicles the Russians have already destroyed will provide.
The Greek has a good point when he says the only winners in this will be the arms manufacturers because all the surrounding contries are sending
in their weapons which the Russians will destroy, and then they will all have to go into debt to the jewish banks to get the money to re-arm.
The military industrial complex is the only winner.
Another blog also points out the Leon Panetta, who appears regularly on CNN promoting war is a lawyer working for a firm that represents the arms company Raytheon. If true its a clear conflict of interest but CNN does not woory about things like that. They look after Jewish interests. Just ask Wolf Blitzer.

The Israeli Ambassador to Russia, Alex Ben Zvi, was summoned by Russia’s foreign ministry on 18 April to answer questions about “anti-Russia remarks” made by Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid last week.
Following the UN removal of Russia from the human rights council (UNHRC) over its special military operation in Ukraine on 14 April, Israeli Foreign Minister Lapid issued a statement saying: “There is a war in Europe. Again, a large and powerful country invades without any justification for the territory of a smaller and weaker country. Once again, the earth absorbs the blood of the innocent.”
Lapid then doubled down in his condemnation of Russia, stating “the images and testimonies coming from Ukraine are appalling. The Russian forces committed war crimes against a defenseless civilian population. I strongly condemn these war crimes.”
The Russian foreign ministry labeled the accusations made by Lapid as “regrettable.”
Moscow fired back by stating that Israel’s focus on the Ukrainian conflict was made to distract the world from the crisis in Palestine.
“There was a poorly camouflaged attempt to take advantage of the situation in Ukraine to distract the international community’s attention from one of the oldest unsettled conflicts – the Palestinian-Israeli one,” the Russian foreign ministry stated, according to TASS.
Israel is facing a crisis due to what is potentially a new uprising from Palestinians not seen since the Second Intifada.

I see by the internet that America is running out of Javelin and Stinger missiles.
The Pentagon could possibly buy some from Russia at bargain basement rates. The Russians already have lots of Stingers that cost them nothing, and they are accumulating more budget-priced Stingers every day.

All the Palestinians would have to do is get a small framed wooden or plastic lawn chair that radar cannot pick up so as to have a $10 stealth bomber rather than a multi-million $ dollar F-35 like Israel has now.
Then they just use enough black colored, helium filled balloons to lift the required pay load and drift across Israel in the middle of a moonless night.
Drop the bombs on large targets of opportunity such as Tel Aviv and then keep drifting until safe territory is reached. Use a BB gun or sharp pointed stick to descend. Wear a parachute for an emergency or even to descend into tel Aviv if desired.
If they started their approach high enough up, say at 10,000 feet, not even search lights would detect them.

The above mentioned party balloon bomber, unlike the F-35, would make not a single sound and render air raid sirens useless.
The main thing is to use a bevy of small party balloons so adjustments in elevation can be made with a small boy’s Daisy BB gun. The party balloon bomber could also come in just above ground level if need be. The only negative is the pilot would have to go with the direction of the wind.

Investment adviser Gary Black recently tweeted some raw data plus speculation regarding the ongoing potential Twitter takeover drama. In our previous article which you can find embedded later on in this story, we wrote about Elon Musk’s proposal to lower the Twitter board’s pay to $0 should he succeed in his takeover.
Musk’s tweet, that some may question the full seriousness of, was actually a response to Gary Black. Black tweeted how much of Twitter is actually owned by the board members. (It is actually a quote tweet with a tweet from Chris Bakke).
This includes Jack Dorsey as being the largest shareholder on the board, but he is soon leaving said board.
Black then appears to draw speculation that perhaps the Twitter board members are potentially acting more in their own interests than the interests of the shareholders.

Russian Spetznatz special forces troops have hunted down, captured, and then killed perhaps Britain’s most famous Special Air Service soldier.

If it is true that there is a bio-weapon facility going 8 levels deep in Mariupol, there is a good reason it would take so long to evacuate the entire facility.
Anyone familiar with Michael Crichton’s “The Andromeda Strain,” written over 50 years ago, would know that in order to ascend or descend lower levels of a bio-lab, one has to go through rigorous quarantines, some of which can last for more than 48 hours. And that was 50 years ago. Given the pathology of medicine, stricter quarantines are probably needed now.
This is not only possible proof that there is/was a major bio-weapon lab in Mariupol, but the Russians know this as well and this is why they have not attempted to take the lab by force. Everything the Russians have done in Ukraine has been aimed at minimal loss of life. This is no different.

Belgian broadcaster VRT has apologized for using a Holocaust movie to ridicule locals complaining about food shortages – reportedly caused by the conflict in Ukraine – after Jewish groups complained. The Flemish-language network had used a concentration camp scene from ‘Schindler’s List’ to satirize media reports about a popular cookie being out of stock.
“Humor and satire should be allowed in our programming but it must never be the intention to hurt the feelings of others or laugh at their suffering,” VRT said in a statement on Monday evening. “We recognize that this did happen here, we wish to express our heartfelt apologies.”
It also promised to remove the video from its YouTube channel. The segment reportedly aired on April 7 as part of an evening show called ‘The Ideal World.’ It shows a scene from Steven Spielberg’s 1993 Holocaust drama, in which a Jewish concentration camp prisoner was dubbed to complain how someone being taken to the gas chambers took “the last family pack of Cent Wafers.”
Cent Wafers, the traditional Belgian cookies filled with chocolate cream, have reportedly been in short supply in recent weeks. Some of the Belgian media has attributed the shortage to the conflict in Ukraine, a major wheat exporter to the EU – along with Russia, which Brussels has embargoed. Pressure Mounts on Twitter’s Board as Elon Musk Hints at Potential Tender Offer

Ownership contest for Twitter has devolved into a chess game after the company’s board last week adopted a poison pill to thwart an unwelcome takeover attempt by the world’s richest man, Elon Musk.
Many people around the world, including the company’s stockholders, are now eagerly awaiting the billionaire’s next move.
Musk on Tuesday posted a mysterious message on Twitter that had a blank space for a word followed by the phrase “is the Night.” The message was thought to be a veiled reference to F. Scott Fitzgerald’s novel “Tender Is the Night.”
Tesla and SpaceX CEO had earlier posted a tweet that read “Love Me Tender,” which was surrounded by musical notes.

The messages fueled speculation that Musk may launch a tender offer to acquire the firm, meaning he would approach Twitter shareholders directly and offer to buy their shares for a certain price within a specific time frame.
Musk made a bid on April 14 to take the social media company private for $54.20 per share, or around $43 billion in cash. The firm’s board of directors the next day unanimously adopted a “poison pill” defense to prevent a hostile takeover.
It’s uncertain whether Musk will be able to secure enough shareholder support to persuade the board to remove its poison pill and opposition to the offer.
This week, numerous media outlets reported that Apollo Global Management is considering financing Musk or another bidder for a Twitter buyout. New York Post also reported that Musk could team up with other large shareholders, such as private equity firm Silver Lake Partners, which already owns a significant stake in the social media company.
Silver Lake declined to comment, and Apollo did not respond to The Epoch Times’ request for comment.
Musk should be targeting big shareholders, according to a senior executive at an investment management firm who requested anonymity.
“What is more likely is probably Musk doing a proxy contest and try to meet with the big shareholders to convince them of his plan and get them to his side either by taking his tender offer or kick out the existing board,” he said.
“Jack Dorsey already seems to be angry at the board,” he noted.
Over the weekend, Twitter co-founder Dorsey sent a critical tweet, claiming that Twitter’s board has continuously been the company’s “dysfunction.”
Dorsey stepped down as CEO of the social media platform in November last year and Parag Agrawal took over. Dorsey still owns 2.4 percent of Twitter, while the rest of the company’s top officers and directors own only 0.3 percent.
‘Chess Game’
The board of Twitter has employed the poison pill, also known as a shareholder rights plan, as a defense strategy to make Musk’s takeover more expensive and difficult.
If Musk reaches 15 percent ownership, the poison pill will be triggered. This will allow other stockholders to purchase additional shares at a discounted price, thus diluting Musk’s ownership stake.
On April 4, Musk announced that he owned 73.5 million Twitter shares, or 9.2 percent of the firm. Musk later reduced his holdings to 73.1 million shares, or 9.1 percent of the company, according to an SEC filing. Other large shareholders of Twitter are The Vanguard Group (10.3 percent), Morgan Stanley (8.4 percent), and BlackRock (6.5 percent).
“What we’re witnessing is a bit of a chess game in public,” says Dale Saran, an attorney, who helped fitness company CrossFit avoid corporate takeover as company’s general counsel in 2012.
Musk’s public prominence and ability to influence shareholders, Saran said, should be putting a lot of pressure on Twitter and its legal counsel.
Before submitting his bid on April 14, Musk sent a voicemail to the board, according to the SEC filing, stating that he’s “not playing the back-and-forth game.”
“It’s a high price and your shareholders will love it,” Musk said, adding that if the deal falls through, he will reconsider his position as a shareholder.
Some have speculated that the billionaire businessman lacks sufficient cash for the acquisition, and thus he is not a serious bidder.
But, if Musk has other investors, Saran said, who are willing to get on board with his stated goals, then it could make it harder for the board to claim that he was not a serious bidder.
“It would remove one piece of what would be their defense, if this winds up in a lawsuit.”
Time to Get off Twitter?
Twitter’s board is under pressure since the stock’s upside potential is currently limited. Goldman Sachs, for example, has a “sell” rating on the stock with a price target of $30 per share. Ironically, the bank is advising Twitter’s board on Musk’s offer.
It’s unlikely that the board will find any buyer willing to pay much higher than Musk’s offer price, according to some market commentators.
Barron’s senior writer Bill Alpert says under its present management and business model, Twitter stock is unlikely to revisit last year’s $80 peak.
The company’s stock is currently trading at $46. Shares were up nearly 20 percent since April 4 when Twitter confirmed that Musk had acquired a significant stake in the company.
“Unless you’re like Musk and want to own Twitter for idealistic reasons, you should let him have it. He won’t ruin it, so you can do so with a clear conscience,” Alpert wrote in a recent article.
Steve Forbes, chairman and CEO of Forbes Media, says if Musk withdraws his bid, Twitter’s stock “would collapse.”
“The stock has stuck since it went public eight years ago, and has not been a good performer,” he told Fox Business on April 15.
“So, people are counting on [Musk],” he added. “What gives the stock value is the prospect that he’s going to give it value by making needed changes, starting with free speech.”
On Tuesday, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis also weighed in on Musk’s Twitter buyout saga, saying that his state would look into holding Twitter’s board accountable for breaching its fiduciary duty by adopting a poison pill.
DeSantis said, during a press conference, that the state and its pension fund own some Twitter shares and the fund was likely harmed.
In a 2011 paper, Lucian Bebchuk, a Harvard Law professor said “the empirical evidence indicates that when directors use their power to block offers, it often proves detrimental to shareholder interests.”
According to Bebchuk and his colleagues’ findings, boards that reject premium bids fail to generate optimal long-term returns for their shareholders.

Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu: Mr President,
The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the people’s militia of the Donetsk People’s Republic have liberated Mariupol. The remaining nationalists are hiding in the industrial area of the Azovstal steel plant.
Mariupol is a major industrial centre and the main transport hub on the Sea of Azov. In 2014, the Kiev regime declared the city the temporary capital of the Donetsk Region, and during the subsequent eight years it has been turned into a powerful stronghold and the base of far-right Ukrainian nationalists. In fact, it was the capital of the Azov Battalion.
A large amount of heavy weaponry and military hardware have been deployed in the city, including tanks, the Smerch and Uragan multiple rocket launcher systems, heavy artillery systems and the Tochka-U missile complexes. Tochka-U has a range of 120 kilometres, while the distance from Mariupol to Russia’s city of Taganrog is 94 kilometres and approximately the same to Rostov, the capital of the Southern Federal District.
The city has been stocked with missiles, munitions, fuel and lubricants, and food provisions for lengthy hostilities. The main infrastructure facilities, including the seaport and the waterway, have been mined and blocked with floating cranes. The majority of vessels there belong to foreign states.
As for armoured vehicles, there were 179 tanks and armoured fighting vehicles there, 170 various guns and mortars, including multiple rocket launchers which I have already mentioned, the Smerch and Uragan systems.
When the city was surrounded on March 11, there were more than 8,100 troops of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and nationalist units in the city, as well as foreign mercenaries, who formed a large group. During the operation to liberate the city, over 4,000 of them have been neutralised, 1,478 have surrendered, and the remaining group of over 2,000 has been blocked in the industrial area of the Azovstal plant.
In their resistance efforts, the nationalists used almost all residential buildings as fortified emplacements. Armoured vehicles and artillery were placed on ground floors, and snipers took up positions on upper floors.
There were separate units armed with ATGMs as well. The residents were brought to the middle floors and basements and used as human shields. It was done in almost every block of flats.
When retreating, the Ukrainian army and the nationalist battalions in Mariupol and other Ukrainian cities were using civilians as a cover. We are aware of four instances when, in order to cover their retreat, they made people leave the basements.
The latest incident was literally four days ago, when we were liberating the port area and they made almost everyone leave high-rise buildings so that they could flee leaving behind ruins, including completely destroyed socially important and cultural sites.
While liberating Mariupol, the Russian army and the people’s militia units from the DPR took every precaution to save civilian lives. Mr President, as you instructed, humanitarian corridors have been created daily since March 21 to evacuate civilians and foreign nationals.
Servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and militants from nationalist battalions were encouraged to lay down their arms. Of course, they were guaranteed life, safety and medical help.
We remained in daily communication with Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine [Irina] Vereshchuk with regard to planned humanitarian acts, which included corridors and transport, both ambulances and buses. Occasionally, up to 100 such buses and 25 to 30 ambulances were made available per day.
Foreign diplomatic missions got in touch with us in various ways because their nationals were there. By the way, we have been able to free and evacuate many of them from Mariupol as part of these humanitarian initiatives.
We provided official notifications to the Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, the relevant OSCE structures, the International Committee of the Red Cross and other international organisations stating the time and place of these initiatives.
In some instances, we even insisted on their presence to make sure that all the humanitarian rules are complied with to the extent it was possible, considering the constant and never-ending fire coming from the nationalist battalions and the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
Despite the resistance of the fighters and all others, we were able to evacuate 142,711 civilians from Mariupol after you issued instructions to this effect. We freed all hostages at the seaport, including sea crews.
Those who took them hostage damaged their communications systems so that they could not get in touch with anyone. The port was mined, and the waterway blocked. I hope that these ships will now be able to leave this port.
As of today, the Russian Army and the Donetsk People’s Republic’s people’s militia control all of Mariupol, reliably blocking Azovstal territory with what remains of the nationalist forces and foreign mercenaries.
Over the past two days, again as per your instructions, we declared a ceasefire between 2 pm and 4 pm, stopped all military action and opened humanitarian corridors to enable civilians who may be at Azovstal to leave.
We prepared about 90 buses for them, and 25 ambulances. Of course, considering all the distortions we face, we installed Russian Aerospace Forces cameras and received the stream almost in real time here at the command centre. No one left Azovstal.
However, other civilians, over 100 of them, were able to leave. This was a major effort for us over the past few days, and we carried it out together with all the relevant international organisations.
The city is now calm, which allows us to begin efforts to restore order, enable people to return to their homes and bring peaceful life back to the city. As for those hiding at Azovstal, we have reliably sealed its perimeter, and need three or four days to complete this effort at Azovstal.
This concludes my report.

In this context, we need to make sure that we fulfil all the social commitments to our service personnel, especially the wounded and the families of our fallen comrades.
However, I believe that this would not be enough. We have to do more and come up with additional support measures, and in some case to consider ways of perpetuating the memory of those of our comrades who displayed heroism and sacrificed their lives so that our people in Donbass live in peace and to enable Russia, our country, to live in peace. These people deserved this by what they did and the way they honoured their oath.
I am asking you to work on this matter within the Defence Ministry, while I will issue the corresponding instructions to the Presidential Executive Office. I will talk to my colleagues in the regions, and they will work with the municipalities across Russia.
Assuming control over Mariupol, a major city in the south of the country, is obviously a success. Congratulations.

Mariupol is in the jurisdiction of the People’s Republic of Donetsk, and 8 years ago, the people of Mariupol overwhelmingly voted in a referendum declaring independence.
The Kiev Regime sent their Ukronatsi goons on “anti-terrorist operations” against the peaceful separatist civilians, particularly in Mariupol, eventually winning a decisive victory against the Donbass people’s militias.
Defense Minister Shoigu reported to Russian Commander-in-Chief, “The Total Liberation of Mariupol by the Allied Forces has been achieved”.
Today, the People’s Militia of Donestk have scored a magnificent victory, greatly assisted by the RFAF. They’ve decisively liberated the city from Kiev Regime/Azov Regiment’s city-state occupation and sadistic feudal reign of terror, and which the the Kiev regime had titled as the new administrative capital of the Ukrainian Donestk Oblast (Region).
It doesn’t matter that Azovstal factory site, which is well outside the city environs proper, is not yet in the total possession of the DNR and fully cleansed of the Azovists and Ukronatsis bunkered down in the underground tunnels and bomb shelters, the territory is under Republican and Russian military control.
The approximate area of the Azov Iron & Steel Works is almost 11 square km. It is comprised of 41 separate large workshops and 80 large subsidiary buildings on the surface, most of which has been battle damaged. It is nearly an entire separate town, and this is even before considering its massive underground substructure.
It was an important factory, many people used to work there, and probably will again when and if the factory is rebuilt. But it’s not a political or civic administration site.
After 2014 and the first Donbass war in Mariupol, Rinat Akhmetov, the owner of Avozstal, made improvements to the bomb shelters, generators, food and water stores, communications, etc to permit the family members of some 4000 employees to retreat to for shelter should another hot war break out in Mariupol.
Azov Battalion also had their plans for the factory’s underground shelters, and who knows what preparations they made.
Back in very early March, the factory’s furnaces and smelters were completely shut down and the factory was closed, and I believe that’s when Azov and Ukronatsis started moving in preparing for a siege, but the details are scant.
Defense Minister Shoigu said today that there are more than two Thousand ‘militants’ blocked on the territory of Azovstal.
In any case, I’m certain that the Republican and Russian forces will keep their word and continue offering POW status to each and every fighter coming out from Azovstal in surrender, which is the only way out at this point. Any effort by Azov Regiment to break out will destroy them. If there were provisions for 4,000 employees and their families already set up, it could be some time before Azov surrenders, when they get hungry and thirsty enough.
There’s no glory in starving to death especially out of the Ukrainian Productions limelight, so many will probably choose surrender, that is those who survive the more rabid fanatics shooting surrendering fighters in the back.
The cancellation of the frontal infantry assault on Azovstal underground is not at all the cancellation of air, missile and artillery strikes needed for containment.
With no external forces to easily fight, (or civilians to torment for sport), it’s possible that the psychopaths will start turning on each other in their underground existence.
Those who surrender will be prosecuted after for the crimes they committed, and imprisoned if found guilty by the DNR, but their safety has been guaranteed by both the DNR and the Kremlin.

In the last year I have gotten one of my brothers who maintains an evangelical, conservative mindset to watch some of BN’s videos. Good news: They helped open his eyes which were wide shut! He tunes in to them all now.

I now think money could be saved by dispensing with a $10 dollar lawn chairs. A better solution would be a harness made of cotton and a cotton parachute because they would not show up on radar. The best and most flexible parachute would be the kind that acts like a wing.
They could be used to home in on specific targets such as F-35 bases. The higher the balloons went before the parachutes were released the longer the glide path.
Lawnchair Larry got to 16,500 feet which is 4,000 feet higher than Muhammar Khadafy’s anti-aircraft missile could reach. The problem with going much higher is that you begin to run out of oxygen and Israel probably has anti-aircraft missiles that can reach that high.
I don’t know what the Iron Dome homes in on, but if it’s heat, no worries. The party balloon bombers have no heat and would work. Radar would be a problem.
Depending on whether the idea was to drop ordnance or commandos what is needed is some way of making the ordnance such that it isn’t picked up on radar.
I don’t know anything about bombs but it would seem plastic explosives might not show up on radar and could be made into shaped charges, the shape of which would be designed to deflect radar pick up.
And depending on the task at had the plastic charge would not have to be large. For example if the Palestinians dropped unseen into an Israeli air base, blowing the tails off the F-35s would be sufficient. No one would get hurt and the aircraft would be disabled and unreparable. No more phosphorus bombs dropped on women and children by IDF fighter aircraft.
A commando raid, sending in say 1,000 Palestinian commandos to capture the Dimona nuclear plant would be more challenging. The commandos would have to be armed and metal AK-47s and ammo might show up on the radar.
However I see by the internet that many weapons are now being made largely of plastic so there may be light at the end of the tunnel. I believe Glock made one such weapon.
Whether parachute training is necessary or not, I cannot say. Rudolph Hess parachuted into Britain to try to make peace with England and he did so without any parachute training.
I suspect it would take training to learn how to fly winged parachutes properly and the Palestinians have no place to train. However, once Odessa falls there will be all kinds of vast estates formerly owned by Jewish organized crime gangsters that could be used as Palestinian training grounds.
Then its just a matter of finding moonless nights and you can do that using the same solar-lunar tables that sport fishermen use. Finally the wind direction has to be mapped out.
If that were done properly it should be no problem at all to drop 10,000 Palestinian commandos, completely undetected, on roof tops all over Tel Aviv, Haifa or various military bases at 2 a.m. in the morning.

Frankly it might make more sense to land on and detonate all of Israel’s banks rather than fight the IDF or attack military targets. The only people who would squirm if this was done would be American members of Congress.

And that really doesn’t sit well with a majority of the population.”
“The cost of free speech, the cost to society, is allowing the lunatic fringe to have a voice,” O’Leary said. “And that’s always been the case, back to when they were writing newspapers by hand. You gotta get over that, Andrew.”
The investor wasn’t done yet, he closed the segment by boosting Musk’s bid for the company and calling for Twitter board members to be “fired.”
“It’s horrific what this company has done to their shareholders. I weep like a baby for them. I wouldn’t touch this stock,” he said. “However, if Elon Musk gave me a piece of the deal … I’d back him because of executional performance on everything he touches.”

Here is how the ISW dealt with the claim:
The Kremlin declared victory in the battle of Mariupol. Russian forces will attempt to starve out remaining Ukrainian defenders in the Azovstal Steel Plant rather than clear it through likely costly assaults.
I am struck by the phrase, “Russian forces will attempt to starve out remaining Ukrainian defenders.” Precious. The Ukrainian force that tried to prevent the takeover of the city of Mariupol numbered at least 8,000 men at the outset. About 1500 of that number have surrendered to the Russian force.
There are reportedly only 2500 Ukrainian soldiers holed up in the steel plant. For those of you who are math challenged, that means at least 4000 Ukrainian soldiers killed in action.
Putin’s decision to not send his forces into the steel plant to root out the surviving remnants of the Ukrainian force is sound. The Russians will secure the perimeter and continue to bomb the facility.
While it is true that the missiles and rockets that will pepper the plant will not kill the Ukrainians who are hiding in the cavernous tunnels and underground bunkers beneath the plant, they do not have have limitless supplies of food, ammunition and medicine.
This is not a 21st Century version of the Nazi siege of Lenningrad (now St. Petersburg), which lasted for 872 days and caused the death of up to 1.5 million inhabitants of the city.
The people huddled in Lenningrad faced starvation but managed to hang on thanks to Russian resupply over the frozen lake during the winter months.
The Ukrainians have no source of resupply. There is no secret route for smuggling in the necessary resources needed to sustain 2500 soldiers. This is a simple math problem–they will run out of food and medical supplies.
Ammunition is largely useless. If a soldier is going to use it he must go above ground and try to get a shot off at the Russian forces who control the perimeter. Russia only has to park one or two drones over the facility 24-7 and identify targets if they appear outside one of the plant facilities.
Here is the key point. There is nothing that small force can do to disrupt the return to normal civilian life in the remainder of Mariupol and Russian relief efforts to that community are flooding the zone.
The ISW offers its key “Take Aways” for the situation as of 3pm on 21 April 2022:

I have seen this problem addressed before. I remember at the Toronto Sun the quality of journalism was so poor that the paper created its own awards program for its staff.
These in-house awards, with no competition from other newspapers, enabled them to tell advertisers they had “award winning” journalists and ask for more money.
I think CNN should adopt the Toronto Sun template and create their own journalism awards to bamboozle their advertisers with.
I looked over their staff to judge their strengths and weaknesses so as to come up with a legitimate new CNN awards program. They use a great many young women with very long hair, so that seemed a good place to start.
Therefore, I suggest that they create the “Rapunzel” awards.
Every award programs needs a statue that competitors vie for in hopes of getting a raise. Hollywood has its Oscars. CNN should have its “Rapunzel “award.
Since it would be an in-house award I’d suggest a gold spray painted pot metal (to save money) statue of Wolf Blitzer.
The Rapunzel award should be of Wolf in a Hussein Bolt type pose except that instead of having his left hand raised to the heavens, it should be lowered down showing Wolf pulling his pud.
Such a pose would be in keeping with jewish values, with Disney World values that CNN adores, with LGBT values, with sex change values and with CNN’s Richard Quest on a New York park bench values. Such an award would show something that the NYPD says CNN staff already have demonstrated expertise in.
The Rapunzel award would be restricted to young female members of the crew and they would be judged in the following categories.
1 ) Chastity – 10 points – for young female reporters who could demonstrate their lives were not governed by instant gratification urgings. Those reporters wearing baseball caps on the air that said “I a not a three drink score” would garner the most points.
Admittedly this would not be very convincing to the viewing audience but at 3 drinks a reporter it would be too expensive to conduct a conclusive test so we would have to take their word on this one.
2 ) Time spent with a makeup artists and hairdressers – 10 points – Those reporters who could prove they had spent at least 6 hours a day in makeup or having their hair done would score highest. Mindless gossip under the hair dryer would add bonus points.
3 ) Colorful scarf – 10 Points – Those young women able to prove that they wore a stylish new scarf every day on camera would score highest. A stylish new dress every day would also help to boost the score as would sparkling jewelry. Since its CNN, glass beads and plastic diamonds would be allowed.
4 ) Hair – 10 points – Those young women who could demonstrate that their hair was really their own and not a wig would get one point for every inch the hair that grew down below their butt. Brianna Keiler and Ms Suarez would not be allowed to compete in this category.
5 ) Colorful Names- 10 – points – CNN has long cashed in on funny names such as Quest and Chatterly (Allegedly she has a thing about game keepers). The leader at this stage of the competition seems to be Aleni Jackass.
6 ) High heels – 10 points – Awarded to those reporters who could demonstrate the ability to dance in war rubble, maintaining balance, days after a battle was long over, and without tripping.
7 ) Smear jobs – 10 – points – The female reporter best able to smear public leaders, GOP politicians and figures who do not support the savage jewish war machine.
8 ) Unsubtantiated Allegations – 10 points – Awarded to the female journalist with the best track record at compiling one unsubstantiated report after another. Despite their short butchy hairdoos Christianne Anampour and Becky Anderson may well take this category.

Russia Suspends Gas Deliveries To Poland, Bulgaria

Russia’s state gas major Gazprom has suspended the deliveries of natural gas to Poland and Bulgaria, according to Polish and Bulgarian sources.
Russia’s Vedomosti reported that a source from Polish state energy company PGNiG had confirmed the suspension of deliveries.
Gazprom later confirmed the decision after a Reuters report said the flow of gas to Poland had only been suspended briefly and later restored. The same report had quoted the Bulgarian gas transport operator as saying the flow of gas had not been interrupted.
“Gazprom has completely suspended gas supplies to Bulgargaz (Bulgaria) and PGNiG (Poland) due to absence of payments in roubles,” the gas major said in a statement as quoted by Reuters.

Poland & Bulgaria have been billed, as stipulated in the gas contracts, for natural gas already delivered through to their respective gas companies. And it has been shut off for non-payment.
I would have a similar problem. If I don’t pay my utility company for the metered natural gas delivered to me that I already used and am billed for on a monthly basis, my gas would get shut off, too, until I paid up.
Poland & Bulgaria were given ample warning ahead of time.
Russia announced back in March after being smacked with financial sanctions which would freeze dollar and euro gas payment income in European and American banks, that only rubles for the next month’s deliveries (April) would be accepted from “unfriendly countries” — those EU states which meekly followed behind the US imposing new sanctions on Russia without a bleat in protest.
Secondly, conveniently not mentioned now is that Gazprombank, which is so far not internationally sanctioned, set up special financial mechanism to facilitate payments by opening a special deposit account for euros & dollars, which Gazprombank would then convert to rubles purchased through the exchange.
This simple, elegant banking mechanism fix satisfied both ends — the books for the European countries squawking about strict interpretation of contracts claiming payment in rubles was a breach of contract would show payment in euros, and at the same time on the Russian end, would show payment in rubles facilitated through Gazprombank.
Hungary had no problem with it. Either they are going through the special mechanism, or they are buying rubles on the foreign currency exchange and paying that way, or, being a “friendly country” not joining the sanctions regime, have some kind of national currency set up — a forint/ruble mechanism.
Poland’s contract with Gazprom expires at the end of 2022, and they had no intention of renewing it anyway, having decided years ago that they would construct enough very expensive LNG transfer port facilities to fulfill their grandiose aspirations of becoming the LNG distributor for the rest of Europe.
In the meantime, the Europe-Yamal pipeline still crosses Poland for delivery service other countries, and Poland would still get the transit fees from the pipeline.
Apparently from the stern warning given, Poland, like the chronic natural gas chiseler Ukraine, may have problem with siphoning natural gas from the Europe-Yamal pipeline which is contracted for delivery to other countries.
The only ones making this noisily “political” is Poland, to cover up the fact that they are not going to pay for natural gas already delivered.

The Americans have a saying that every new president needs his own “splendid little war.” They understand perfectly that a war of that kind will enrich the incoming political and military establishment and also solve many social and financial problem in the country, not least unemployment, and help reduce foreign debt.
The political establishment has found it easy to arrange matters behind the back of the indecisive and ailing 46th US president, Joe Biden (about whose mental acuity many, both in the US and internationally, are now seriously concerned), and continue the work of previous administrations in drawing Russia deeper into the Ukrainian crisis.
As a result, Washington clearly has no interest in finding a peaceful solution to the conflict, and in provoking its escalation into outright war the White House has found itself forced to put together an anti-Russian coalition and supply more and more consignments of arms to the Ukrainian government.
On March 2, 2022 Dmytro Kuleba, Ukrainian Foreign Minister, claimed that Ukraine had “mobilized an international anti-war coalition, which already has at least 86 states and 15 international organizations” and that “19 countries are giving weapons to Ukraine.”
And in a briefing on March 8 Pentagon Press secretary John Kirby confirmed that Ukraine was receiving weapons form 15 countries, including the USA.

In other words, the war in Ukraine will, for a long time to come, boost the wealth of members of the United States’ political and military elite, including Pentagon officials, as they offload old stock, attract new orders from other countries, and embroil Washington in the “remote conflict” of their own creation.
As for the European governments, US puppets who are supplying more and more of their own arms to Ukraine at Washington’s behest, they will, in the end, start to realize that this policy is harming them.
By providing military assistance they are merely serving to draw out Russia’s military operation and tighten the financial noose around their own necks – which is one of the USA’s main goals. For, as a result of Washington’s rush to pressurize them into supplying Kiev with “sponsored military support,” in the end the European nations’ own arms reserves will run low, and they will be forced to restock by ordering new armaments from the USA.
It should therefore come as no surprise that the US government is standing on the sidelines and watching on with glee – it knows that when Europe and Nato need to replenish their arsenals, it will be the US military industrial complex that gets the contracts. And, in their joy the heads of the armament industry are drinking themselves into oblivion.

EU Decry “Unjustified” Gazprom Gas Block

Mariupol is now under the Donestk People’s Republic administration.
One estimate of the destruction according to the DPR was that 60% of the commercial and industrial buildings were destroyed, and 33% of residential buildings were completely destroyed.
Kherson (Cherson) is now fully under a civil-military administration. In early March, the Kremlin announced that it had taken the city of Cherson. Being only a stone’ throw away from Crimea, the idea of formally calling it the Crimean administrative district was being floated about, but I don’t know the results of that.
Moscow now claims to control the entire region (oblast) although the Kiev claims that there are still partisan operations going on.
The deputy head of the region’s administration Kirill Stremouzov said that the liberated Cherson region will “pass into the ruble zone” from May 1st.
According to the information, there should initially be a four-month transitional phase during which both the ruble and the Ukrainian currency hryvnia will circulate in the region. The hryvnia will be phased out.
The Russian military, during the special operation to demilitarize Ukraine, took control of the entire Kherson Region in the south of the country and part of the Zaporozhye Region. Military-civilian administrations were formed in the regions, broadcasting of Russian TV channels and radio, as well as the restoration of trade ties with Crimea, began.
“The issue of returning the Kherson Region back to [Natsi] Ukraine is out of the question. This is impossible. The Kherson Region will develop economically.”

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has created a new dystopian-sounding board, called the “Disinformation Governance Board” to “fight disinformation.”
The board will be headed by Nina Jankowicz, a former advisor to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry, who recently criticized online free speech supporters.
“I shudder to think about if free speech absolutists were taking over more platforms, what that would look like for the marginalized communities, which are already shouldering disproportionate amounts of this abuse,” Jankowicz tweeted about the story of Elon Musk’s Twitter acquisition.
DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas announced the formation of the board to the House Appropriations DHS Subcommittee on Wednesday, saying: “Our Undersecretary for Policy, Rob Silvers is co-chair with our Principal Deputy General Counsel, Jennifer Gaskell, in leading a just recently constituted misinformation disinformation governance board.
“So we’re bringing – the goal is to bring the resources of the department together to address this threat.”
Mayorkas said that the new board would fall under the Biden’s Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships and it would have no authority to crack down on disinformation directly and will instead funnel funds to various causes it thinks are impacted by disinformation.
Jankowicz has been fighting what she calls “misinformation” for a while. She was a disinformation fellow at the Wilson Center.
She also led Belarus and Russia programs at the National Democratic Institute and advised the Foreign Ministry for Ukraine as a member of the Fulbright Public Policy Fellowship.
Jankowicz announced her new role on Twitter, writing: “Cat’s out of the bag: here’s what I’ve been up to the past two months, and why I’ve been a bit quiet on here.
“Honored to be serving the Biden Administration @DHSgov and helping shape our counter disinformation efforts.”
In a tweet accusing President Trump of spreading conspiracy theories and disinformation, she said “free speech vs censorship framing is a false dichotomy.”
She also complained about Twitter’s decision in early 2020 to stop censoring claims of election fraud.
“Considering the long-term damage these lies do to our democracy, I’m dismayed about this decision,” she wrote at the time.
“I say this about foreign disinformation and it applies to domestic disinfo too:
“Elections aren’t an end point. They’re an inflection point. Policies need to reflect that.”

One trick I use to learn if someone is jewish or not is to type, “rabbi ‘x'” into a search window. I did that with Nina Jankowicz and nothing particular came up (though a rabbi Minkowicz did).
However, typing in “Jankowitz” got some hits.
But her family seems to have come from Poland, she looks rather jewish, and jewry probably wouldn’t trust as important a job title as “Minister of Truth” to someone who wasn’t jewish – or at least 100% on board with their schemes.
