Continued Medicare coverage would have to be negotiated between a future Republic of Texas and the US Gov’t for people already on Medicare, as well as negotiations about remitting Medicare employment taxes back to Texas paid by former US citizens and permanent residents.
An independent Texas would be able to set up and expand its own state medical insurance with the amount of former federal tax monies which would now remain inside Texas.
Negotiations would certainly include grandfathering Medicare for Texas citizens already receiving as beneficiaries, while Texas would gear up their own comparable system.
As for Social Security, since that is based on employee-employer tax contributions, it belongs to the person. There are numerous retired US citizens permanently living abroad who collect Social Security income.
One does not need to be a US citizen to draw Social Security retirement if they’ve paid into the Social Security system.
Permanent residents are ordinarily eligible for Social Security benefits if they have accrued 40 credits (equivalent to ten years of work or 40 quarters). Social Security benefits include retirement payments, disability benefits, and survivors’ benefits (for the survivors of deceased workers).
Therefore, if the Republic of Texas accomplished secession from the United States, it would simply be a matter of setting up a similar legal and financial structures addressing Social Security payments to former US citizens living in a now independent Texas citizens.
If Texas secedes, as an independent state, they can also apply to the UN to become a member nation if the people approve it.

EXCLUSIVE: Memo details DHS strategy to cancel cooperation deals with states

The Biden Homeland Security Department has concluded that eight agreements signed by the Trump administration giving states and localities a stake in federal immigration enforcement are “void, not binding and unenforceable,” and is moving to cancel them as quickly as possible, according to a memo seen by The Washington Times.
The Jan. 29 document from Joseph B. Maher, acting general counsel at the department, said the cancellations could also be used in a lawsuit to help revive President Biden’s deportation pause.
“Signing and sending letters to the countersigning jurisdictions prior to the deadline for DHS’s brief … will allow DHS to refer to those letters in its briefing should DOJ wish to rely on them in connection with its defense strategy,” Mr. Maher wrote.
David Pekoske, who was acting secretary at the time of the memo, approved Mr. Maher’s strategy on Tuesday, according to the document.
The agreements with the jurisdictions have become a major headache for the new Biden team. Texas cited its agreement as part of its lawsuit to stop Mr. Biden’s 100-day deportation pause, announced on Inauguration Day.
A federal judge in Texas issued a temporary restraining order blocking the Biden pause, though it cited reasons other than the agreement.
Still, Mr. Maher argued the Biden team’s position could be “bolstered” if it could erase the agreements. It would also put the other jurisdictions on notice that Homeland Security won’t honor their agreements, the lawyer said.
Then-acting Deputy Secretary Ken Cuccinelli signed the deals in the final week of the Trump administration.
The eight agreements the Biden team said it’s aware of are with Alabama, Arizona, Indiana, Louisiana, Montana, South Carolina, West Virginia and the sheriff of Rockingham County in North Carolina.
A letter revoking the Arizona agreement went out this week. The Times has also seen a signed letter from Homeland Security revoking the Indiana agreement, though it’s not clear whether that one has been sent.
The agreement with Texas gave the state 180 days’ notice before Homeland Security would make any decision that “could reduce immigration enforcement, increase the number of removable or inadmissible aliens in the United States, or increase immigration benefits or eligibility for benefits for removable or inadmissible aliens.”
Texas could use the 180 days to consult and offer comments.
Mr. Cuccinelli told The Times the agreements were intended to act as a force multiplier, cementing cooperation between Homeland Security and jurisdictions eager to share in the department’s missions.
He compared it to former President Donald Trump’s move to give states and localities a formal say in whether refugees get resettled in their jurisdictions — something he said the law always envisioned, but that the previous president made explicit. President Biden revoked that policy this week.
Mr. Cuccinelli said trying to cancel the new 180-day notice deals made no sense if the goal is to enforce the laws better.
“Why would anybody not want to be cooperating with states and localities?” he said. “The current administration appears to want to be inefficient and unsuccessful at immigration law enforcement. That’s a goal on their part.”

Yes, secession can take years in political process. There are still state constitutional and legislative steps that must be followed, even if every Texan wanted to secede today.
Here’s a nutshell of the procedures needed to get to the point where the people of Texas finally vote for state independence.
Representative Kyle Biedermann (R- Fredericksburg) filed proposed House Bill 1359, also known as the Texas Independence Referendum Act (TIRA) on January 26, 2021, which would allow the citizens of Texas to vote on whether the Texas Legislature should create a joint interim committee to develop a plan for achieving Texas independence.
This is not a resolution to allow for immediate independence.
So, it just depends on how quickly if and when how the Texas Independence Referendum Act is passed by the Texas legislature to get the bill on the ballot to set up the joint committee for secession plan development.
According to Ballotpedia:
Texas is one of the 24 states where citizens do not have the power to initiate statewide initiatives or referendums, it comes from the legislature.
The Texas State Legislature can refer statewide ballot measures, in the form of constitutional amendments, to the ballot in odd-numbered years and even-numbered years.
However, as the legislature convenes regular sessions in odd-numbered years but not even-numbered years, most amendments have been referred to ballots in odd-numbered years.
Texas is one of 16 states that requires a two-thirds vote in each legislative chamber during one legislative session to refer a constitutional amendment to the ballot.
That amounts to a minimum of 100 votes in the Texas House of Representatives and 21 votes in the Texas Senate, assuming no vacancies.
The 2021 legislative session began on January 12, 2021, and will adjourn on May 31, 2021.
If the Texas State Legislature passes the resolution to put it on the ballot, it would go to election in November, 2021.

Therefore, the very first hurdle is to legislatively pass the TIRA bill with a 2/3 majority this year between January 12 and May 31. If I’m reading Ballotpedia’s info correctly, since the Texas State Legislature only meets in odd-numbered years, if TIRA is not passed this year, then it can’t be acted on again until 2023.
Should the bill pass the legislature and be put on the November ballot, then TIRA would require a simple majority (51%) of the people’s vote to approve the interim planning committee.
After that, should the people vote to establish the interim committee in November 2021, it has until December 31, 2022 to make its final report to the Legislature and the people of Texas.
The Legislature would then have to pass another bill by a 2/3 vote to put the actual independence vote on the state-wide ballot. In the best case scenario, if it all moved without a hitch on schedule, it would still be November, 2023 that the people of Texas could vote on independence, which is two years, 10 months from now, unless the Legislature called a special election earlier in the year 2023.
And, the measure may not pass at any point the first time through, either for any stage of the process.
In the 2020 March Primary Election there were 16,211,198 registered voters, which means it would take 8,267,711 votes based on those numbers to pass an independence act.

A Cornell Law School professor has launched a new website about critical race theory curriculum in the US — in hopes of educating “concerned” parents about how the controversial movement impacts education.
Criticalrace.org, created by William Jacobson, features a state-by-state list of more than 200 colleges and universities promoting critical race theory — which he describes as “a radical ideology that focuses on race as the key to understanding society, and objectifies people based on race.”
“The website is a resource for parents and students who no longer can assume they will be left alone,” Jacobson told Fox News. “The entire ideology of CRT and ‘anti-racist’ training is that ‘silence is violence.’”
He added, “As we head into college application and selection season, we need to get parents, in particular, to focus on CRT that will be forced on their kids.”
Launched last weekend, the website was a six-month project by Legal Insurrection, the conservative blog run by Jacobson.
It contains information about various schools — including Cornell in Ithaca, where Jacobson teaches — as well as links to critical race training activity there.
“This summer, Cornell University announced a series of actions to respond to advocates of critical race theory,” the website reads. “A for-credit, university-wide graduation requirement covering ‘systemic racism, colonialism, bias and inequity’ is under development.
Additionally, the university announced the creation of an ‘anti-racism’ research center, as well as possible reform of its police department.”
Jacobson told Fox News that people need to know that higher education “is the source of the problem.”
“It provides the ideological mothers’ milk for activists and trains the people who then go onto jobs in government and primary/secondary education and the ‘journalists’ who push this coverage,” he said.
Critics, including Discovery Institute researcher Chris Rufo, believe critical race theory perpetuates racism by encouraging segregation, Fox News reported.
Proponents say the intellectual movement helps people better understand race and its relevance to all social interactions.

Karlan’s remarks about Barron Trump prompted a response from the Trump family and various Republicans.
“A minor child deserves privacy and should be kept out of politics,” First Lady Melania Trump tweeted. “Pamela Karlan, you should be ashamed of your very angry and obviously biased public pandering, and using a child to do it.”
Biden tapped Karlan to serve as principal deputy assistant attorney general in the civil rights division, Politico reported.
She will resign her position on the Facebook Oversight Board, which Facebook founder ✡️Mark Zuckerberg formed in order to oversee content moderation decisions on the social media site.
Karlan served as deputy assistant attorney general for voting rights in the civil rights division for one year during the Obama administration, Politico previously reported.

The Blaze: South Dakota Republican introduces bill to reject Biden’s executive orders

A new bill introduced in South Dakota’s Republican-controlled House of Representatives aims to give the state’s attorney general the power to reject any executive order issued by President Joe Biden deemed to be unconstitutional.
What are the details?
The legislation, HB 1194, introduced by newly elected Republican state Rep. Aaron Aylward, comes as Biden has issued a flurry of executive orders and actions during his first weeks in office, despite previously arguing that only “dictators” rule by executive orders.
With the new bill, Aylward hopes to rein in the president’s executive power by authorizing the state to review certain executive orders that “restrict a person’s rights.”
“The Executive Board of the Legislative Research Council may review any executive order issued by the President of the United States, if the order has not been affirmed by a vote of the Congress of the United States and signed into law, as prescribed by the Constitution of the United States,” the bill’s text reads.
“Upon review, the Executive Board may recommend to the attorney general and the Governor that the order be further examined by the attorney general to determine the constitutionality of the order and to determine whether the state should seek an exemption from the application of the order or seek to have the order declared to be an unconstitutional exercise of legislative authority by the President,” it continues.
Under the legislation, the state’s attorney general would be able to exempt South Dakota from the any executive order “that restricts a person’s rights” or is determined “to be unconstitutional” as long as the order relates to the following:
1. A pandemic or other public health emergency
2. The regulation of natural resources
3. The regulation of the agricultural industry
4. The regulation of land use
5. The regulation of the financial sector through the imposition of environmental, social, or governance standards, or
6. The regulation of the constitutional right to keep and bear arms

In an interview with local news outlet KELO-TV, Aylward insisted that the legislation is not just a response to recent action from Biden, but is intended to push back against the steady expansion of executive power in the U.S. in general.
“This isn’t just a President Biden issue but rather an overall executive overreach issue that we’ve been experiencing for a long time,” he said. “The U.S. Congress has abdicated their duty for a long time in different areas. This bill is simply setting up a process to nullify acts that would be unconstitutional. When looking at the U.S. Constitution, the President only has the powers that are laid out in Article II.”
The new state lawmaker argued that, if signed into law, the bill would go a long way toward restoring federalism in the country and for South Dakota specifically.
“If this were to pass, it would give South Dakota much of its power back,” he said. “Per the supremacy clause of the U.S. Constitution, the powers of the federal government need to line up with what is laid out in the document.”

I think they are doomed. The internet has taken away their credibility and they are panicking. Shutting down freedom of speech is all jew-owned media is trying to do these days. They have lost the plot. I don’t think they can get it back at this late date.

My last post didn’t pass muster because I challenged the word Jew itself.
I believe that present day Jews are not connected to Abraham. And they cannot prove they are. Present day Jews are Khazars. They are also White people by default.
Maybe this post won’t go through because it is beyond thoughtcrime even for this site.
It is not sufficient to just say I resist the Jew. Or that the Jew is doing this or that.
I want solutions to the problem. Real solutions that anyone can do on their own.
I have a couple thoughts:
1. Get off Jew run social media
2. Boycott everything Jew
3. Take your money out of the stock market and bank, put it in a gentile run credit union
4. Stop watching Jewish news

In 70 AD Jews were wiped out by Rome. Present day Jews do not look at all Middle Eastern. They came mainly from North Germany and Russia but before that they were Khazar. It is written in two history books that I have written before cancel culture.

And how did St Paul preach to the synagogues in all of his missionary journeys and the ensuing persecution of Jews in the Roman world against Christians up to and far after St Paul’s martyrdom?
FACT IS: Most Jews at the time of Christ were NOT living in Palestine but in Rome, Alexandria, Edessa, and along the Euphrates.

Another possibility is nullification.
Only Congress can make a federal law, and any federal law that doesn’t follow from Congress’s enumerated powers isn’t constitutional.
That said, morally speaking there may be a case that an unconstitutional federal law could override a state one – if the state law is unjust (e.g. federal vs. state minimum wage) or otherwise deficient.
The last I checked the Constitution was a product of men, and not – like The Ten Commandments – given by God Himself.
