It’s all over the news.
Justice Ginsburg trashed Donald Trump calling him a faker and other nasty names.

And perhaps most surprisingly it’s the justice who started the fight, Ruth Bader Ginsburg telling CNN about Trump, ‘He’s a faker, he really has an ego.’ Not an off-hand comment, she slammed Trump in three separate interviews. In another saying, ‘I can’t imagine what the country would be with Donald Trump as our president,’ even joking, she’d have to move to New Zealand.”]
Good idea! But why wish her on New Zealand? They’re very environmentally-conscious there, you know.
And besides, she wouldn’t be happy. They have no enshrined Constitution for her to crap on.
For like most Jews, Ginsburg’s a political animal.
And given the chance to legislate from the bench, no Jew—especially judicial activist Ginsburg—is gonna pass that up with the notion of political-neutrality.
Now some say Ginsburg crossed the line while others say she lost her mind.

But questioning her moral capacity nails it better since Ginsburg’s a champion of killing babies while in their mothers’ wombs.

It’s abortion that hurts women, not inaccessibility. You don’t wage war on your own flesh and blood with impunity.
It’s Orwellian doublespeak.
The word “abortion” means an induced termination of life. It’s negative, since murder’s a sin.
The doublespeak term, “reproductive freedom,” means a woman is free to kill. It’s positive, since freedom is a cherished thing.
“War is Peace,” “Slavery is Freedom,” wrote Orwell, when describing doublespeak in his book, 1984.
Today, “Murder Is Freedom,” truly describes so-called reproductive rights.
And no thanks to Ginsburg, the word marriage has a whole new meaning.

What Turkish coup has ever started out with leaving the head of state on vacation at a seaside resort for an hour or two?…or not taking control of communications?
This recent attempt had the putschists taking over the little watched national public channel, while leaving CNN-Turk wide open for Erdogan to do his dramatic cell-phone call in.
In any putsch, you grab the head of state and all chief players, (just ask Nudelman vis a vis Yanukovitch in Ukraine) and take control of as many lines of communication as possible, as well as modes of transportation that would allow their escape.
Bridges across the Bosporus were only partially blocked not allowing traffic from the Asian side, not blocking traffic from the European side.
Turkey has a very important and well-manned army division, the Turkish 1st Army Division, on the European side, which is where Erdogan flew directly to, to Istanbul, where he made his cell-phone call to CNN-Turk.
In any case Erdogan contacts that general at some point, probably while Ergdogan was still at the seaside resort, and finds a general who assures Erdogan that his safety will be completely secured.
CNN-Turk then live-broadcast what Ergdogan had to say, that he was still the president, bla bla bla, calling for law and order, ordering civilians out to confront the conscript personnel in the tanks and on the streets who in turn have no idea why they were even out there. They, the “anti-coup forces” were ordered out to respond to a terrorist situation to be completely baffled by confrontations from Erdogan supporters.
And then, virtually every mosque in Turkey cooperates in broadcasting over their muzzein loudspeakers directions from Erdogan and orders for people to go home, and so forth.
This was all conveniently timed to within a few days of when the Army does its annual selections of candidates for military promotions, which is independent of the government. Pretty stupid of the putschists to doubly shoot themselves in the foot when they could have quietly added to their numbers.
The Army is dedicated to preserving Kemalist secularism, something that Erdogan, a dedicated Sunni Muslim, is not in agreement with at all with his love and admiration of the Muslim Brotherhood, political Islam, and was very happy that the Muslim Brother Morsi had been elected president.
Well, we know Morsi had arrogated a number of dictatorial powers to himself, and was in process of fully realizing the political Islamization of Egypt through the Muslim Brotherhood, who were destroying churches as well as artistic and archaeological artifacts of Egyptian culture and history.
Does that sound like a coup masterminded and directed by Gulen living in exile in Pennsylvania to you? No to me, not at all.

Really? Just because Engdahl says so? Where’s the proof? A tiny piece of ‘circumstantial evidence’ that would be thrown out of a small town court.
How about I just say the US government planned the gunning down of the Baton Rouge police and all of a sudden everyone says, “That’s it! The government did it!” (No, I don’t tout conspiracy theories like that but STICK to the FACTS and draw sensible conclusions based on those facts.)
Gulen is a pious Muslim, but he is against political Islam, and pro-democracy in a similar fashion as al-Assad and al-Sisi, something which Erdogan hates…and the CIA for that matter as seen in its attempts to topple al-Assad in Syria.
A number of Turkish citizens went out to oppose the attempted coup not because they have any love for Erdogan but because they believe in their democracy, and didn’t want a repeat of all the hardships, strife, and suffering as happened after all the earlier military coups.

Have you read the Qu’ran? I’m in the process of reading it and so far I’m coming away with a different impression than I was led to believe. First of all, it specifies that “infidels” are those outside of Abrahamic religions (outside of Judaism, Christianity and Islam).
It also speaks of the brotherhood of all Abrahamic beliefs and their frustration with Jews for locking themselves in as the only children of God; and their frustration with the Jews for denying Christians.
It also specifies that the only acceptable violence is defensive violence; offensive violence is forbidden. Of course I’m not finished with the reading yet so there very well may be violence later in the book.
I’m just saying that as of yet I’ve not run acrossed it like I did with the Torah (Old Testament). Most Christians bypass this argument by saying that the OT represents the failures of the Hebrew people but they refuse to admit cases such as where Yahweh himself, according to Moses, commanded his people to slay all of the Midianites (man, woman, girl and boy).
Moses then commanded his people to “save for yourselves” every virgin girl (32,000) from the Midianites but slay every man, boy and woman who has slept with a man. God then allegedly commands Moses to go through with dividing the plunders (including the virgin girls he apparently commanded to be killed earlier). The Old Testament is a violence-fest; it is frankly very hard to believe that the God that the New Testament represents is Yahweh from the Torah.
It is curious that so many of the rules of the Old Testament are simply ignored by modern Christians and they claim “Jesus did away with it” but provide no real evidence where this was ever said.
And even IF that were the case then what happened to the countless proclamation that God and his laws do not change. You can’t have it both ways.
Personally if Christians would abandon the Old Testament as canon I wouldn’t really have any problem with the religion; I think Christ was the one major bright spot of an otherwise ruthless and bloody Jewish history.

Yes, I have read the Koran. I continue to subscribe to the revelation of the Triune God (Trinity in Unity, Unity in Trinity) given to The Church as recorded in the Bible, both Old and New Testaments, the accepted Canon.
As regards your disdain for the Old Testament due to it’s “violence” and edicts requiring the deaths of idol worshippers, you are espousing a 2nd Century heresy of the Gnostics who said that the God of the Old Testament is different from the God of the New Testament.
You have to understand the historical, cultural, and geographical scenario of the Old Testament and the aim of God to PRESERVE a people and nation FROM WHICH the promised “seed of Eve,” the Messiah, would come. You cannot impose our culture of today into the Old Testament to measure “right and wrong.”
The Midianites, Hittites, Canannites, etc were idolatrous people who sacrificed their sons and daughters to fertility deities.
Because the Israelitish people were prone to depart from God’s laws, God had to lay down very strict measures to maintain some semblance of piety of the Israelite people. If He did not, then there would have been no nation of people for the Messiah Jesus to spring from and come to. The surrounding nations were wholly idolatrous with heinous rites. God had to lay down very harsh measures to preserve the Israelites.
That said, we are now under the New Covenant as instituted by the Lord Jesus Christ at His “Last Supper” and established by His holy Apostles. For the Lord Jesus did say to them before His death and resurrection: “I have many things yet to teach you but you cannot bear them now. But I will send the Holy Spirit Who will lead you into all truth.”
Thus, St Peter, St Paul, St John, St James, St Jude, were taught by the same Holy Spirit that Christ promised and built the New Covenant Church, complete with partaking of the “cup” of Divine Life, and the rest of the Sacraments that instill the Divine life of the Triune God in the inner man.
And through the spread of the Gospel, there are no longer edicts to “kill” the people of other nations but to bring them into the kingdom-to-come of the Holy Orthodox Church, where the Holy Spirit dwells, sanctifies, and perfects.

Today many sons are running sucessful businesses started by fathers with no capital/assets.
I was told (back then) an elderly man/woman who wished to go back home (ailing parent etc) or young wishing to start a business could borrow money at next to no interest.
Coupled with hard work, Asian businesses dominate totally the major citys of Britain. Is it any wonder?

So, I highly recommend you to study the History of the Orthodox Church, in particular what happened during the 7 first Ecumenical Councils and what happened after, so that you could understand the situation of the Christian world today. I recommend you to re-read the Gospel and to concentrate on Jesus-Christ words and orders.

Zapruder shot his footage with a home-movie camera, a Bell & Howell Zoomatic.
Home movie cameras were semi-ubiquitous in the American household in the late 50s and 60s, although they’d been around since the 1930s.
My usually frugal grandmother became a home-movie addict. She owned the same brand and model of 8mm movie camera as Zapruder did, and the home projection equipment to go with it.
I think she may have paid about $400 for the entire home-movie package, maybe $3200 in today’s dollars.
Birthdays, family BBQs, vacations, holidays Halloweens, Thanksgivings and Christmases were all recorded in their embarrassing glory on home-movies until the home video camera began to edge out the moving-film cameras.
Not only that, my siblings and I were often dragged along to home-movie nights in the neighborhood and among her wider circle of friends for another round of birthdays, family BBQs, vacations, etc recording their children and grandchildren.
Zapruder having a home-movie camera recording a famous event would not have been unusual at all in the Dallas crowds.
There were probably hundreds more home-movie cameras in the crowd. As I recall, there are at least 12 or 14 different historical films of the assassination which has been eclipsed by the Zapruder film which rose to prominence in the past couple of decades among the Dallas conspiracy researchers.
One that does comes to mind is the Orville Nix film.
The “Nix Shooter” or the “Grassy Knoll Shooter” theory comes from this film of what appears to be a possible shooter on the grassy knoll, which is probably the 2nd best footage (behind Zapruder’s) of the actual assassination.
Nix filmed the motorcade on Houston Street and then the assassination from a view opposite that of Zapruder.
Other than that, I can’t quibble much with what you wrote, except that it was very common at that time for politicians and dignitaries to ride in convertibles with the top down in various parades and motorcades so that they could be seen by the public and even shake hands with them.

Most of his epistles corrected moral or doctrinal problems arising in churches he’d already founded or visited; the Epistle to the Romans proclaims the faith more completely and systematically, addressing few specific issues.
In Romans and Galatians, Paul deals extensively with the relation of the Old Covenant to belief in Christ, and how the Nations can be full members of the New Covenant by grace through faith.
In Chapters 9-11, Paul writes on God’s faithfulness to all: Jew and Gentile.
Beginning in Romans 9, Paul starts to deal with the paradox of Jewish unbelief in their own promised Messiah and the overwhelming belief of Gentiles in the Messiah of Israel.
The paradox of Jewish unbelief is understood in part by Paul’s description of a twofold Israel: one spiritual, the other physical. God is faithful to all Israel, but the issue is, who is a true child of Abraham?
Starting with 11:26, Apostle Paul clearly gives his final answer to the paradox of Jewish unbelief as being the revelation of a mystery (v. 25) from God and which censures conceit by Christian Gentiles who have been incorporated into true Israel, the Church.
For while the Nations are being gathered in between between Christ’s two comings, so are the elect among the Jews in every generation.
The first 10 verses of Romans 11 are Apostle Paul’s teaching on the mysterious paradox of Jewish unbelief in Christ.
The question of the day was “Has God cast away His people?” and Paul’s answer is “no”.
For if He had done so, He would have saved none of them. Paul himself, an Israelite, was not cast away (v1), and there is a remnant (v5), a minority, of Jews who choose to believe in Christ in every generation since His Incarnation.
Prophet Elijah testifies to this in his pleas with God against Israel, for he thought he was the only one left (vv2-4)! As only a few heeded Elijah in his day, so only a few heed Jesus, the Apostles and Paul in theirs. (Romans 9:27, 29; 1 Thess 2:14-16).
God’s grace saves the willing, not the unwilling: those who will receive grace by faith and obey God (vv 5,6). Earthly Israel (the Jews) is not willing, for earthly Zion seeks (v7) righteousness on her own terms: through the works of the law, not through the grace of Christ. Zion stubbornly and freely hardens herself in unrepentence (2:4).
God does not cast the people away; they remove themselves from His presence. God has given them a spirit of stupor (v8) as a test.
They were consciously blind and deaf to Christ and the Gospel, God has “hardened” them in their deliberate spiritual blindness, laziness, and slumber over time.
But, some dissatisfied Jews in each generation finding Jewishness and Judaism to not be enough, will overcome their stupor or sleepiness of soul to seek out the Truth that is Christ, as our dear +BN has done, and by doing so, returns to the fold and is grafted back into True Israel, the Church-Body, the Ecclesia, of Christ.
Then all Israel will be saved (v 26)–that is, true Israel from the midst of earthly Israel, those who truly believe in Christ.
Paul defined it back in Romans 9:6 (for they are not all Israel who are of Israel)–not all physical descendants of Jacob will be saved, just the sons of Jacob who freely believe in Christ.
Paul reiterates again in 11:28, 29 that true Israel, the Ecclesia or “Church” (from Kyriake, from which the English word Church and the German Kirche are derived, means “what belongs to the Lord,” household of the Lord) are all those who freely believe in Christ, the elect of God from every nation grafted into Israel to replace the broken branches, and those Jews who choose to follow Christ will be re-grafted back in, are the people of God.

Judge Napolitano has an excellent series of questions about Hillary Clinton on the internet today.
He cannot legally say Hillary did this or that but by asking questions such as “did Hillary do this or that” he can legally put the spotlight on her and what it seems she likely did.
His questions left me with the impression that Hillary started the war in Libya on behalf of Israel, a foreign power, through a man named Sid Blumenthal, seemingly acting against American interests on behalf of Israel, and possibly even passing on classified information to Israel which would of course make her an Israeli spy.

The suggestion that lots of regular people routinely had the capability to record video back in the sixties like people today have is funny.
I grew up in the fifties and sixties. Not once did I ever see a camera that was capable of recording video. We watched some educational films in class that were played by a projector, which could play back but couldn’t record.
Never in the sixties, not even once, did I see a device that was capable of filming an event to create a video. The theory that such recording devices were common among common people in the sixties is bogus.

Zapruder did not use a video camera. I never said video existed back in the 60s.
He used a home movie camera. A video camera is a camera used for electronic motion picture acquisition, while a movie camera records on film.
Specifically, Zapruder filmed the assassination with the the 8mm Bell and Howell Zoomatic Director Series Model 414 PD—top of the line in home movie cameras when it was purchased in 1962.
Home movie cameras were advertised in newspapers and magazines, and store catalogs, accessible to the buying public. I recall that my grandmother may have gotten hers from Sears.
Home movie cameras recorded silently, used colored film, no audio. The film had to be developed, and then it was played back on a home movie projector.

Romania’s top court approves initiative to define marriage as between man and woman
BUCHAREST, Romania, July 21, 2016 (LifeSiteNews) — A move to enshrine marriage in the Romanian constitution as a lifelong partnership between a man and woman moved closer to reality with the approval of the country’s Constitutional Court.
The initiative, if successful, would amend Article 48 of the Constitution, which currently states, “The family is founded on the freely consented marriage of the spouses, their full equality, as well as the right and duty of the parents to ensure the upbringing, education and instruction of their children.” The initiative would replace “spouses” with “a man and a woman.”
In May, the Coalition for the Family announced it had gathered more than three million signatures in favor of the amendment, six times what the constitution requires.
The coalition’s Mihai Gheorghiu said at the time that the surplus would be “a signal, a confession, a warning” to political and government leaders.
Once the coalition turned in its signatures, the Constitutional Court had to decide if the objective was constitutional. But according to Romanian American lawyer Peter Costea, it was not a problem because Romanian law has never recognized same-sex “marriage” or civil union, and the European Court of Human Rights does not recognize a right to same-sex “marriage.”
Now that the court has approved the initiative, both the Senate and the Chamber of Deputies must also approve it by a two-thirds majority.
Costea thinks the country’s conservative-minded parliamentarians will sign on. However, a 2013 attempt to insert traditional marriage into the constitution faltered when it provoked strong, hostile lobbying by the United States and Western European governments.
But according to Agenda Europe, the Christian news website, “It is believed that a very considerable majority of the Romanian population has strongly resented this interference from outside and remains in strong opposition to the absurd idea of same-sex ‘marriages.’” The final step would be a national referendum.
While the country’s parliamentarians are conservative minded and “90 percent would want to support this,” Costea said, “they might want to wait till after the elections and pass this hot potato on to the next parliament.”
If the initiative passes Parliament, it must garner at least 30 percent of the eligible ballots in a national referendum. Costea said that should not be a problem because “goodness, the latest polling shows 88 percent of the country opposed to same-sex ‘marriage.’ People are absolutely tired of the direction things are moving in.”

General: Obama’s transgender decree is harming the military
CLEVELAND, July 20, 2016 (LifeSiteNews) – Joining a growing consensus of military leaders, Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn said President Obama’s decision to allow transgender people to serve openly in the military is bogging enlisted men down with irrelevant matters and social engineering.
“Too often, way too often, our troops are instead are distracted by trivial matters, trivial matters about what words to use, what terminology is politically correct and what bathroom door to open up,” he told the Republican National Convention in a prime time speech delivered on Monday.
“My God, war is not about bathrooms. War is not about political correctness or words that are meaningless.”
Flynn had been floated as a possible vice presidential candidate, but the party’s grassroots objected that the retired Air Force general was a registered Democrat who supported abortion-on-demand and redefining marriage, both positions at odds with the 2016 Republican Party platform.
However, on this issue, he joins the majority of Republicans, as well as an increasingly vocal chorus of veterans who say the president’s transgender policy will harm military readiness.
Defense Secretary Ashton Carter announced the new guidelines on June 30, the last day of LGBT Pride Month.
A new 18-page directive requires the military to establish the Service Central Coordination Cell (SCCC) to provide “assistance to commanders with regard to service by transgender Service members and gender transition in the military.”
The service will offer “extended leave” so that soldiers diagnosed with gender dysphoria at least 18 months earlier can transition to their “preferred gender.”
The policy, which is estimated to cost between $4 and $14 million each year, will begin being implemented on October 1.
“Transsexuals suffer from more psychiatric pathologies than the general population, and active suicide ideation and major depression episodes occur more frequently within this group,” said Robert Maginnis, a retired Army officer.
“Hiring a medical staff to provide ongoing treatment for these people robs precious money better used for treating our war wounded,” he said, calling the policy “the worst waste of Defense dollars ever.”
House Armed Services Committee Chairman Mac Thornberry, R-TX, says allowing extended time off for elective surgery undermines effectiveness.
“At least some number of transgender people require hormone therapy, which requires regular lab tests and also requires refrigeration,” Thornberry told the Heritage Foundation. “If you have those requirements, whatever your situation, you have been non-deployable.”
“There was pressure obviously from the White House to do it, and I worry about having something other than national security drive the train when it comes to our military,” Rep. Thornberry said.
Others questioned how the new policy would affect enrollment in the all-volunteer armed forces.
Ron Crews, a retired colonel who is now executive director of the Chaplain Alliance for Religious Liberty, asked, “Are moms and dads going to be encouraging their young men and women to enter a military where as of last week, according to senior Pentagon officials, there will now be mixed genitalia, as they put it, in military showers, living facilities and the two-person barracks, and bathrooms?”
Even many veterans who have no moral qualms with homosexualty have voiced concerns over the guidelines.
“I support gay marriage,” wrote retired Lt. Col. Ralph Peters, a regular commentator on Fox News. “But my tolerance ends sharply when it comes to national defense. The primary reason we have a government is not to dole out benefits, but to protect us. Anything that reduces our ability to defend our country and its citizens plunges beyond the limits of my tolerance.”
“Why is Obama doing this?” he asked. “Because he can. He and his comrades in the White House politburo employ social engineering to change a country they resent and to neuter the military they distrust. And the president, as commander in chief, can order the military to do what he desires.”

Use war and economic violence to encourage all the natural inhabitants of the Middle East, Near East, and North Africa to move to Europe, Australia, the Americas, and even to Asia and Sub-Saharan Africa:

(2) grab natural resources — water is the most important resource in the Middle East.
