The month of June marks the anniversary of the Supreme Court’s ruling making same-sex marriage the law of the land.
It also marks the Court’s confiscation of the rights of states to make that decision for themselves.
Over 24 states banned same-sex marriage prior to the ruling.
But four Jews and a lapsed Catholic:
Ginsburg, Breyer, Kagan, Sotomayor, and Kennedy, foisted their will on millions of unwilling people.
How did it happen? Why did it happen?
The judges twisted the 14th Amendment which dealt with civil rights for emancipated slaves into preventing states from deciding on same-sex marriage.
The Amendment didn’t deal with marriage at all.
In fact, all the states after the Amendment’s passing still punished sodomy as a felony.
But the problem is not the Supreme Court misinterpreting the Constitution; the problem is the Constitution giving the Court the right to interpret the Constitution in the first place.
The purpose of the Constitution with its amendments was to restrict the federal government from encroaching on states’ rights.
But with the Constitution assigning to the Supreme Court the final power to decide what is constitutional, then its function of curbing the federal government is subverted.
Give the Feds the power to interpret the instrument designed to restrict it, that instrument will be stretched to become a menu to feed its voracious appetite for total control.
The fox is guarding the hen house and every hen becomes his dinner.

A court ruling is just that a court ruling, it is not nor does it become law.
Only the US Congress or a state legislature can make law.
The US Congress and the state legislature can overrule a court.
Not to discredit the video but that’s not exactly accurate. The Constitution itself vest little power in the Supreme Court and does not give it the exclusive power of deciding Constitutionality.

The US Constitution is quite clear concerning separation of powers within the Federal Govt, as well as separation of powers between the Feds and the individual states.
The Executive Branch — especially, under Barack Obama — has usurped more powers than any of his predecessors, forcing SCOTUS to put him in his place by striking down his EO’s on immigration and amnesty for illegals.
The 3 Branches have their own powers/duties, according to the Constitution; that is, the Legislative makes law; the Executive enforces law; and the Judiciary interprets law. Both the Executive and Judiciary have violated their powers by usurping those of the Legislative — which, of course, failed in its duty to legislate.
The most important duty of Congress is that of declaring war. There hasn’t been such a declaration since December 8, 1941; thus, all wars after 1945 were (are) illegal, since there had been no war declaration by Congress.
The POTUS is ONLY Commander-in-Chief of the military after Congress has declared war. Thus, there has been NO bona fide Commander-in-Chief since 1945. All Presidents after 1945 had been (and still are) waging illegal wars – from the Korean War all the way through to today; and, Congress is most to blame, for abdicating its duty(ies) of legislating.
Cowardice is NO excuse for this abdication; it’s dereliction of duty.
Now the SC has also imposed “affirmative action” on admissions.
This is not good. Already, medical doctors of a certain group are shunned because people assume they are bad doctors.
“Peace” is thus bought at the expense of the people that SHOULD have been there instead, and of the minority people that DO deserve admission because they have the scores, but who will be assumed to be unworthy let- ins and devalued.

I respectfully disagree with that statement.
Here’s why…
The power of “Judicial Review,” which is the legal word/terminology given to what you’re referring to in your above quote, is not mentioned in the “Constitution for the united States of America.” Rather, it WAS “established” years after ratification of the Constitution by the United States Supreme Court’s decision in the 1803 case: Marbury vs. Madison.
In that particular case, the Supreme Court stated:
“It is emphatically the province and duty of the Judicial Department to say what the law is…If two laws conflict with each other, the courts must decide on the operation of each…So if the law be in opposition to the Constitution…[t]he Court must determine which of these conflicting rules governs the case. This is the very essence of judicial duty.”
Since Marbury vs. Madison in 1803, the power of “Judicial Review” has remained unchallenged. Today, that “power” is still being exercised by both the federal AND the state courts.

Here’s Why…
The PURPOSE of the Constitution was to limit/restrict ANY government from encroaching upon the Creator-Given Birth-Rights of the American Individual- First and Foremost. (Incidentally, this is where followers of Jesus Christ and followers of Judaism butt heads…) State’s rights yes (I then agree), but only second.
The Constitution does not GRANT any rights to the INDIVIDUAL- as the Individual is already BORN with ALL of the Rights (hence they can never be “granted” to him).
Rather, the Constitution merely LIMITS the powers that the newly created government may EVER be permitted (by the people) to exercise.
The Constitution does not grant any power- the power resides within each Living Breathing Individual American. The Constitution is an agreement among the people to LIMIT the power that a government (formed by those living breathing people) may be permitted (by the people) to exercise.
Do you see? Read this paragraph again a few more times very slowly- a light bulb should go off. Bing! That’s what makes you different America! Americans are great!
As governments grow, as all governments inevitably do, they (the people who are in those governments) like to conveniently ignore that small, but very important little fact.
They tend to “brush it under the rug” so to speak…

This I could not do but reasoned peaceably from The Orthodox Church’s position that homosexuality is a “vile affection,” “anti-God,” and “against nature” as the New Testament states and a cancer eating away at the moral fabric of society as St Paul states in his Epistle to The Church at Rome.
This is why the Pentagon is pushing homosexuality and transgenderism to reinforce its own immorality in killing innocent people around the globe.
After my reply and asking that we work this disagreement out face to face as “peacemakers” and not by emails, my former hosts REFUSED to talk it out when I got back from NYC but demanded I have my belongings OUT by this past Friday. Not much time, huh?
I rushed back from NYC this past Wednesday to get my things out (LOTS OF THINGS) as they threatened to move it all out themselves to a motel in Priest River.
Everything is out now even though I don’t have a car. I paid some people to help me move. I am physically, emotionally, and financially exhausted yet trying my best to keep this site alive.

11 Bad Habits Killing LGBT People
We’re in the midst of LGBT Health Month, a time to take stock of the many health issues specific to our community. While we have plenty of people trying to do harm to us because of our sexual orientation or gender identity, we often don’t do ourselves any favors when it comes to self care.
Here are the bad habits we should have given up last century:
1. We tan too much.
Gay and bisexual men are three times more likely to use indoor tanning, according to a newly released study by the University of California, San Francisco.
And everyone knows those machines increase risk of skin cancer. So, the study found that gay and bi men in the U.S. are twice as likely as straight men to develop the disease.
2. We drink too much.
Heavy drinking and binge boozing is more prevalent among lesbians than straight women, according to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.
Bisexual women also report more hazardous drinking than their straight and lesbian counterparts.
Binge drinkers run the risk of liver, pancreatic, and esophageal cancers.
3. We have risky sex.
Men who have sex with men are at increased risk of contracting STIs like HIV and HPV, which can cause anal and oral cancer.
When it comes to HIV, gay and bisexual men accounted for 48 percent of the more than 1 million people living with the disease in the U.S., according to a 2006 study by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration.

4. We party excessively.
Studies show that gay men use illicit drugs at a higher rate than the general population.
“Gay men are significantly more likely to have used marijuana, stimulants, sedatives, cocaine, and party drugs (ecstasy, ketamine, and GHB),” according to the Pride Institute. “The use of crystal meth in gay and bisexual men has increased dramatically in recent years as well.”
Substance abuse was also found in an alarming rate within the transgender community, ranging anywhere from four to 40 percent of respondents.
5. We use steroids.
In an effort to sport perfect bodies, more and more gay men are resorting to steroid use before hitting the gym. Gay and bisexual teens are more than six times more likely to abuse steroids than their straight peers, according to a recent study by the Fenway Institute.
The effects on your health can be long-lasting — heart disease, hypertension, insomnia, depression and suicidal thoughts, and dangerous rages have been reported by users.
6. We obsess about body image.
Problems with body image are more prevalent among gay men than their straight peers, leading to eating disorders like bulimia and anorexia.
The National Eating Disorders Organization reports that gay men are disproportionately found to have body image disturbances and eating disorder behavior when compared with straight men.
Gay men are thought to only represent about five percent of the total male population, but 42 percent of men with eating disorders identify as gay.
7. We’re overweight.
Studies show lesbians and bisexual women often have a higher body mass index than heterosexual women.
Womenshealth.gov attributes this to a lack of physical fitness and the fact that lesbians tend to worry less about weight issues than straight women.
The National Institutes of Health began a study in 2010 — expected to wrap in 2016 — aimed at determining why the obesity rate within the lesbian community was so high.
One of the study’s early findings is that LGBT individuals are 46 to 76 percent less likely to be on an athletic team than heterosexuals.
8. We still smoke.
Smoking rates among lesbian women are nearly double that of heterosexual women, according to SAMHSA studies. By comparison, gay men reported using tobacco at a 50 percent higher rate than straight men.
Within the transgender community, studies suggest that tobacco use can range from 45 to 75 percent. Smoking reduces life expectancy by at least a decade.
9. We stay in abusive relationships.
More than half of gay and lesbian couples (56.4 percent) and 47.4 percent of bisexual adults reported experiencing some form of domestic violence — compared with just 17.5 percent of straight couples who reported the same.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released a study in 2010 and they found that “bisexual women had an overwhelming prevalence of violent partners in their lives: 75 percent had been with a violent partner, as opposed to 46 percent of lesbian women, and 43 percent of straight women.
For bisexual men, that number was 47 percent. For gay men, it was 40 percent, and 21 percent for straight men.”
10. We don’t go in for regular health check-ups.
Lesbians and bisexual women are less likely to get routine screenings, pap tests, mammograms, and clinical breast exams, according to Womenshealth.gov.
And according to the Center for American Progress, due to “low rates of health insurance coverage, high rates of stress due to systematic harassment and discrimination, and a lack of cultural competency in the health care system, LGBT people are at a higher risk for cancer, mental illnesses, and other diseases, and are more likely to smoke, drink alcohol, use drugs, and engage in other risky behaviors.”

The research also found that 53 percent of newly diagnosed HIV-positive people were gay or bi.
Another risk group is bisexual women, who, when compared with straight women and lesbians, exhibit the highest rates of alcohol and substance abuse, which can lead to risky sex.

America is headed down an extremely dangerous path to a potential catastrophe that is rarely discussed. It is the eradication of the family.
Abolition of the family! … The bourgeois family will disappear, in the course [of history] as its supplement [private property] disappears, and both will vanish with the destruction of capital.

The top priority of Marxism was the abolition of the family; Marx laid down the strategy for its destruction.
His thesis was simple: Eliminate capital — exterminate the family [i]. More and more empirical evidence is piling up to show that this is exactly what is happening in America.
Whether or not it is being done intentionally, the federal government, using money from the TARP and Stimulus bills, has taken precise steps to undermine the family.
An article titled “How a New Jobless Era will Transform America” in the March 2010 edition of The Atlantic says this:
The weight of this recession has fallen most heavily upon men, who’ve suffered roughly three quarters of the 8 million job losses since the beginning of 2008.
Male dominated industries (construction, finance, manufacturing) have been particularly hard-hit, while sectors that disproportionately employ women (education, health care) have held up relatively well. …
[It] looks possible that within the next few months, for the first time in U.S. history, women will hold a majority of the country’s jobs.
Yet very little of the stimulus money has been funneled into the male-dominated industries. Contrary to the popular impression, only a small fraction of the stimulus money has gone into shovel-ready constructions projects (where more men are employed).
Outside of the initial tax breaks ($250 billion of $850 billion in the first stimulus bill), the vast majority of the money has been distributed to local and state governments, education, and the health care industries.
Almost none of the funds have gone to support small businesses, where the majority of start-up jobs are created in America.
The distribution of the stimulus money is part of the reason why the unemployment rate of young black men in America is nearing a staggering 50%.
There are very few shovel-ready construction, manufacturing, or other private enterprise jobs for young men (of any race) in this country.
The bulk of the federal money is going into the service industries. The spending strategy of the Obama administration and the current Congress seems intended to ensure that private-sector jobs for men do not appear.
Marx stated that the family would cease to exist with the disappearance of capital. He meant that the family, private businesses, and private property were intimately entwined. And he was right.
Well over a hundred banks have closed their doors in the last two years. Young men (or women) wanting to start and grow a new business have less and less opportunity to borrow capital for such an enterprise. No new businesses means no new jobs.
That economic recessions and depressions destroy the careers of more male than female workers has been long known and often studied. Mirra Komarovsky, in her groundbreaking work The Unemployed Man and His Family (1940), showed that during the Great Depression,
“The economic crisis hit blue-collar occupations harder than service jobs; as a consequence, working-class men often found it harder to find work than did their wives. And yet, traditional views of masculinity prevented many men from sharing bread-winning responsibilities: ‘I’d rather turn on the gas than let my wife work!’ one man told her” (76).
In my forthcoming book, The Idea of the Family, I demonstrate that it is not “the traditional view” of masculinity that instills in a man the desire to provide for his family. I prove, rather, that work for the male is a biological, psychological, and even philosophical necessity for the preservation of the family.
Once his participation in coitus is over, the man plays no biological part in the creation of his offspring. Unlike the woman, who carries her baby to term and then nourishes the newborn infant at her breast, the man’s role in the family is necessarily ideal.
He is biologically and psychologically separated from the procreative process. The man needs a reason to stay with his wife and family. If he is to remain with his family, his role (at least initially) can only be that of provider and protector [ii].
The surest and quickest way to eliminate the family is to make certain that a young man (who might wish to marry and start a family) does not have access to a job. This ensures that the young man has no reason to remain with an impregnated female.
It is not by accident that over 70% of black children in America are born out of wedlock. Almost 50% of young black men in America are unemployed.
And without a job, a man has no incentive to start or remain with his family.
The Obama administration has done next to nothing to stimulate those parts of the economy that provide employment for young men and, therefore, protect and strengthen the family.
This is the dirtiest and nastiest of not-so-secret secrets that no one seems to want to address.
Meanwhile, Karl Marx is laughing in his grave.

I THANK YOU ALL for your prayers and support during this new “homeless” crisis I am now undergoing.
Basically, I was thrown out into the street by former supporters, unethical people, who I had trusted who had offered to provide a safe residence for me to live and conduct my ministry from.
They suddenly and unexpectedly reneged on their offer when after their ultimatum (pure extortion) I refused to oppose The Church’s position, as they demanded of me, that homosexuality is a sin and cancer on society.
I am now believing that this is all going to work for good and lead me into a MUCH BETTER living situation through which my ministry can thrive. My trust is not in man but in the Lord Jesus Christ whom I serve with my whole being.
Some very concerned local people here in Priest River have taken up my cause and have put up a spacious comfortable tent for me on their wooded-property complete with a light fixture so I can read the Bible.
I had a good night’s sleep last night in the tent and awoke to a myriad of chirping birds and a very virile rooster. Cock a doodle doo! (“They’re laying eggs now, just like they yoostah, ever since that roostah, came into our yard.”)
My spirits are up after sinking into a deep depression the last few days due to the suddenness of being thrown out, and the extortion attempt by these unethical people who have no scruples about throwing a man without a car in his mid-60’s out on the street at a moment’s notice.
I am now ACTIVELY engaged in finding a place to rent here in lovely Priest River Idaho. I’m believing that Christ is “preparing a place” for me right now.

First of all, after all the excitement dies down, Britain is STILL in the EU. The referendum is non-binding and a lot of politicking, lobbying, blackmailing, bribery, posturing, British-pound manipulation, propaganda has plenty of time to move into operation.
I see there are calls for a “new referendum” and if there’s any precedent, Ireland proves that popular votes can be upturned by those who rule the roost.
Second, an anti-Russia consolidation coupled with a solidified pro-Zionist consolidation can occur via Brexit by a united, Jew-enabled, strengthened Anglo-America sphere of operation.
The EU with member nations more amenable to Europe’s historic ties with Christian Russia put a damper on that Anglo-American sphere. Already, Cameron and Jewry are saying that “Brexit is good for Putin but bad for Britain.”

A triple peak pattern also known as a Head and Shoulders Pattern (HASP) began forming on the global stock market indexes back in the nineties. The left shoulder peaked just prior to the Y2K crash. The head hits its peak just before the 2008 crash. Right now we seem to be just past the right shoulder peak and just before a big crash.
The right shoulder crash of the HASP may have began Friday. Spain’s stock market was hit hardest Friday and went down over 12%. If you look at charts of the major market indexes of the world you can see the triple peak HASP on the Dow, S&P500, Britain’s FTSE, the Swiss SSMI, Germany’s DAX, etc.

Interestingly, most long term charts that hint at a pending crash disappear during the last year or 2 before the crash. Most websites remove these charts before the crash – to blind the sheep.

I haven’t worked it all out, but I think +BN definitely has the right idea about the latter.
If the Brexit actually goes through, the potential really is there for a much stronger “Anglo-America” global bloc.
After all, the Neocon Project for Luce’s American Century (read Empire) followed on the collapse of the British Empire right after WWII, which was followed by the Judeo-neocon Project for a New American Century dedicated to the preservation and expansion of Jewmerica’s global hegemony.
Speculatively, a possible progression from the PNAC stage is logically the formation of the globe-spanning Jewmerica-Zionist Commonwealth.
In and of itself, I think a Brexit would be good for Britain in some ways. They would still remain members of the Eurozone, and a number of things that went with EU membership can be negotiated in a separate economic agreement.
I’m all for nationalist economics. The UK would be free of the EU and capable of restarting their manufacturing, and setting up their own bi-lateral trade agreements rather than having to go through the ponderous and ultimately wasteful bureaucratic process of submitting a proposed trade agreement to Brussels, and then waiting for a unanimous agreement from the 27 other member states for approval or not.
I don’t believe the Brexit referendum was rigged, other than Cameron thought he’d be sly and call for a referendum expecting the referendum to fail. Instead, it blew up in his face like a trick cigar, and stirred up a hornet’s nest.
The “second referendum” call is mostly from the urbanites in London and other major cities who voted Remain and lost at 48%. It seems that for now we have to endure a period of political kabuki and silliness and posturing among British politicians (and the Judeo-Christian evangelicals making their “prophecies” about the UK leaving the EU).
I believe the British people, mostly who are for leaving the unelected EU and strongly desire to restore national sovereignty all voted in the referendum in good faith, and that there wasn’t much at all in the way of rigging, especially since it was expected right up to the last poll that the vote would be for Remain (in the EU).
But, Britain’s exit can eventually be woven into Obama’s “pivot to Asia” foreign policy, which includes efforts to keep China (and by extension Russia) in check economically and tightening control on the emerging markets and maritime waters of Southeast Asia.
Quite a few of the mostly Jewish Oligarch/billionaires who made their fortunes in the ’90s relocated to the UK during Putin’s first couple of terms.
The natural affinity of the Anglophone world to each other, along with the fact that this Anglophone world is Protestant with Zio-christian foreign policy, suggests that there may be a new global bloc in the making, based on the former British Empire. The chartered British Commonwealth certainly stands in its shadow in terms of a big global footprint.
Britain (and the sycophant Anglophile Poles) is Russia’s long time historical enemy, especially throughout the 19th century, at the same time Russia and America were great friends. Americans had no love for Britain then. After all, Britain sided with Turkey during the Crimean war. And China was a British opium trade colony.
During the Civil War, Tsar Alexander II advised President Lincoln to keep America united at all costs, or else the divided young nation would become prey to the crowns of France, Spain, and Great Britain who were especially desirous of getting their old imperial territories back.
Alaska was still a part of Russia, and the West Coast was still integral to Russian interests, especially former Russian California with which Russia still had trade and economic ties to after the Bear Republic became the 31st state in 1850, and where Russian citizens still lived, particularly in San Francisco.
The Tsar sent his imperial Pacific and Atlantic navy fleets to New York and San Francisco Harbors on a friendship and goodwill tour as part of the diplomacy of the Russian-American entente from the 1820s.
The goodwill tours also served as a message from Russia and deterrence to the European powers not to meddle in the American domestic affairs for the duration of the Civil War. Both fleets had standing secret orders in case any of the European powers overtly intervened in the Civil War on the side of the Confederacy or invaded the territory of the US.
London is the most outspoken and critical of Putin and Russia. Leading the pack are the mostly ex-pat, anti-Putin Jewish Russian Oligarchs.
Secondly, Britain may exit the EU, but they’ll still belong to NATO. And, my speculation is, should the Anglophone world start the machinations for an eventual separate Jew-controlled Anglo-America military global alliance bloc similar to NATO in order to further hem in Russia and China to counter the various Eurasian projects that Russia is spearheading, a map of the British Commonwealth reveals the potential geo-strategic scope of such a move.
Back in 2013 I think it was, the US moved some 2500 US Marines to Australia which raised eyebrows in China and a few diplomatic protests.
Australia is still part of the British Commonwealth, along with 52 other countries, most of which are former colonies, like India. If the sun never set on the British Empire, it still doesn’t set on the Commonwealth, which straddles the globe while Mother Britain still keeps a strong maternal eye on her former colonies.
America wouldn’t join the British Commonwealth, of course, but nothing would hamper a stronger, more organized Judaized America-Commonwealth economic and security partnership or alliance bloc in the future.

I am inclined to think the Brexit might be the start of something good. Big things have small beginnings.
All the creepy people, the technocrats and media shills who work for the jewish bankers and media, are showing stress on their faces, and have their knickers in a knot. It looks like the elitists got kicked in the head.

Brexit and Jewish Oligarchy

Yesterday Britain voted to leave the EU. The causes of this result have been known for a while.
More than half of the Brits are dismayed by the level of immigration, multiculturalism, lack of job opportunities, global capitalism, evaporation of manufacturing and a housing bubble that leaves most young Brits without the prospect of a decent future.
The Brexit was an outlet for these legitimate frustrations. Yet the problematic symptoms listed above have little to do with the EU or Brussels. Their root cause lies elsewhere.
Immigration and multiculturalism (that is; the ideology designed to suppress expression of chauvinism) are integral to cultural Marxist ideology. Britain, like the rest of the West, has been subject to an invasive and brutal paradigm designed to vitiate the working class.
Flooding Britain with immigration was a conscious political act pushed by the Jewish left and the Jewish lobby. This is explainable. Jews have good reason to be fearful of the working classes. Historically, it has been the working classes that turned against the Jews.
Breaking society into fragmented and diverse segments is transparently a Jewish left interest. When a society is broken into a manifold of tribes and identities, the Jews become merely one tribe amongst many.
I am an immigrant myself and not an anti immigration campaigner. However, at a certain stage in the early 2000s my eight piece Orient House Ensemble consisted of seven immigrants and one native Brit.
We were Israelis, a Palestinian, a Romanian and a Moldovan. At the time our ensemble won every British musical award. We were a favourite of the BBC and the Guardian’s album of the year. We were heroes of multiculturalism and the symbol of a new ‘tolerant’ British society.

This didn’t last long. I quickly grasped the underlying agenda. As those who know me may expect, I didn’t keep my mouth shut.
Yesterday the Brits voted against immigration. But leaving the EU may not be the answer for their plight. Looking into the elements and ideologies that planted pro-immigration policies and multiculturalism may be the ultimate way forward.
The demography of the referendum suggests that it is primarily the British working people who want to leave the EU. In the last four decades they have watched manufacturing dying out. They saw an economic bubble that left many of them impoverished and off the property ladder. But it wasn’t really the EU that caused all of it and leaving the EU may not improve things.
Milton Friedman, who taught ‘free market’ philosophy to Margaret Thatcher, never lived in Brussels. Friedman believed in the service economy. He also believed that capitalism wasn’t just a great idea, it was also very good for the Jews.
Goldman Sachs, George Soros and others who fecklessly destroy one country after another are also not part of the Brussels Government. The British vote was actually a vote against Goldman Sachs, Soros, Friedman and cultural Marxism, but most of them do not know it yet.
Yesterday the Brits proved, once again, that they are a brave people. They made a decision that they understood could inflict some serious difficulties on their society. Knowing that, they marched into the Brexit with pride and I admire their courage.
The Brits voted against immigration, banksters, the global economy, the City and the two parties that have facilitated this disaster for decades.
However, the Brits failed to attack the root cause of the problem. Leaving the EU is not going to emancipate them.
For Jewish oligarchy, the Brexit is a red alert. ‘Hands off’ would be the most clever strategy. Can they follow this humble advice? I doubt it.
Most British Jews have little to do with it. Liam Fox and Michael Gove who were amongst the leaders of the call to leave, are notorious for being dedicated servants of the Jewish lobbies.
The Jewish press was pretty quiet on the Brexit. And crucially, if British Jews had identified that the call to leave the EU was somehow related to Jewish power, Jewish Banking or Jewish Left pro immigration we would have seen the rapid formation of a “Jews for Brexit campaign.”
This is what Jews do when they detect dissent to their political power, they immediately form the bodies that control the opposition.

For instance, some Christians were burned at the stake for simply translating and printing the Bible into English. That is why the First Amendment covers Freedom of the Press and Freedom of Religion.
The right to peaceably assemble is there for people to assemble in church without being tortured or killed for it, not to protect Rodney King riots, Michael Brown riots, etc.
The Constitution isn’t even remotely about rights for newspapers, perverted movies, and dirty magazines. The problem with the Constitution is the evil rulers who won’t follow it.

Ambassador David Quarrey says Jerusalem’s relationship with European countries will now be determined without London
The British Ambassador to Israel David Quarrey said Friday the United Kingdom will continue being a friend to Israel from outside the European Union, which Britons chose to leave on Thursday following a fraught referendum.
The results prompted British Prime Minister David Cameron, a strong supporter of Israel, to announce he would resign in the coming months.
Israel, Quarrey said, will now have to navigate relations with the European Union without the United Kingdom while maintaining separate ties with London.
“We have been a friend of Israel in the EU, we’ll be a friend of Israel outside the EU, but Israel’s relations with the EU in the future will have to be determined without Britain at the table,” he said in an interview with Channel 2.
“I don’t think that things will change very significantly between the UK and Israel.
“I don’t see any likely change in the desire on our part for a strong relationship with Israel based on trade, investment, security, cooperation, technology and science.
“A decision has been made and there is no going back,” said Quarrey, adding that the role of the British government now was to implement the wishes of the British people.
Earlier Friday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu heaped praise on Cameron, who announced he would resign later this year following the shocking results reverberating around the world.
Cameron is a “respected leader and a true friend of Israel and the Jewish people,” Netanyahu said in a statement.
Without directly addressing the results of the referendum, Netanyahu said that throughout Cameron’s premiership, “the security, economic and technological cooperation between the United Kingdom and Israel has greatly expanded,” and that “together we laid a strong foundation for continued cooperation.”
Netanyahu echoed sentiments made earlier by Public Security Minister Gilad Erdan who said he was “sad” to see Cameron resign, calling him a “fair, responsible” politician, a “real gentleman,” and friend to the Jewish state.
Erdan also praised the British premier for his support for Israel.
Cameron demonstrated a “profound friendship toward Israel” as prime minister, added Erdan, “and recently led an important decision against the BDS (Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions) movement.”
In his speech on Friday, Cameron promised to try to “steady the ship” over the next months and did not give a precise timetable for his departure, but said a new leader should be installed by early October.
“I do not think it would be right for me to try to be the captain that steers our country to its next destination,” the British leader said outside his Downing Street residence in London.
He said his successor should trigger the formal process for Britain to leave the European Union.
“I think it’s right that this new prime minister takes the decision about when to trigger Article 50,” Cameron said.
“I would also reassure Brits living in European countries and European citizens living here that there will be no immediate changes in your circumstances,” he said.
Flanked by his wife, Samantha, Cameron said he had fought to retain Britain’s membership of the EU “head, heart and soul — I held nothing back.”
But he added: “The British people have made a very clear decision to take a different path and, as such, I think the country requires fresh leadership to take it in this direction.”
Britons decided by 52 percent to 48% in favor of quitting the EU, a margin of more than one million votes, final results showed.

Supreme Court Sides With Abortion Clinics; Strikes Down Health Regulations
Abandoning any semblance of consistency, the Supreme Court voted 5-3 today in Whole Women’s Health v. Hellerstedt to strike down regulations of abortion facilities that would have provided the same safety for patients as other ambulatory surgery facilities.
Justice Breyer wrote for the court’s liberals and Justice Kennedy, with Justice Ginsburg writing a separate concurring opinion.
Justice Thomas wrote a dissent for himself, while Justice Alito wrote a separate dissent joined by the Chief and Justice Thomas.
The majority opinion is run-of-the-mill Abortion Distortion, with the majority gutting res judicata to get to the plaintiffs’ claims and ignoring a severability clause so it can strike down the whole law.
Breyer even brushes aside the Kermit Gosnell disaster as irrelevant to Texas’s need for regulation:
“Gosnell’s behavior was terribly wrong. But there is no reason to believe that an extra layer of regulation would have affected that behavior. Determined wrongdoers, already ignoring existing statutes and safety measures, are unlikely to be convinced to adopt safe practices by a new overlay of regulations.”
Does anyone think that the liberal justices would buy that argument in the context of gun control?
“The Orlando/Sandy Hook/Fort Hood/etc. shooter’s behavior was terribly wrong. But there is no reason to believe that an extra layer of regulation would have affected that behavior.
“Determined wrongdoers, already ignoring existing statutes and safety measures, are unlikely to be convinced to adopt safe practices by a new overlay of regulations.”
And (as Thomas’s dissent notes), the Second Amendment is actually in the Constitution, rather than emanating from some penumbra.
The majority’s reasoning accords just as well with “The corrupt politician’s behavior was terribly wrong, but there is no reason to assume additional campaign finance regulations would have affected it.”
Justice Ginsburg’s two-page concurrence may set the record for highest fallacy to page ratio. Take note of this whopper (citations omitted):
“In truth, ‘complications from an abortion are both rare and rarely dangerous. Many medical procedures, including childbirth, are far more dangerous to patients, yet are not subject to ambulatory surgical-center or hospital admitting-privileges requirements.
“Given those realities, it is beyond rational belief that H. B. 2 could genuinely protect the health of women, and certain that the law “would simply make it more difficult for them to obtain abortions.”
Her reasoning is thus: Abortion complications are rare, and the state doesn’t regulate all procedures that have similar risks; therefore these regulations can’t possibly improve woman’s health.
Think about that for a moment, though. Would she really say that episodes of food poisoning are rare and the state doesn’t regulate potlucks, so health regulations of restaurants can’t improve health?
Justice Thomas’s dissent is a treatise on Abortion Distortion. He savages the whole notion of tiers of scrutiny (internal quotations omitted):
“The Constitution does not prescribe tiers of scrutiny. The three basic tiers— “rational basis,” intermediate, and strict scrutiny—are no more scientific than their names suggest, and a further element of randomness is added by the fact that it is largely up to us which test will be applied in each case.”
He also ties this case into last week’s decision in Fisher II:
“If our recent cases illustrate anything, it is how easily the Court tinkers with levels of scrutiny to achieve its desired result. This Term, it is easier for a State to survive strict scrutiny despite discriminating on the basis of race in college admissions than it is for the same State to regulate how abortion doctors and clinics operate under the putatively less stringent undue-burden test.
“All the State apparently needs to show to survive strict scrutiny is a list of aspirational educational goals (such as the “cultivat[ion of] a set of leaders with legitimacy in the eyes of the citizenry”) and a “reasoned, principled explanation” for why it is pursuing them—then this Court defers.
“Yet the same State gets no deference under the undue-burden test, despite producing evidence that abortion safety, one rationale for Texas’ law, is medically debated.
“Likewise, it is now easier for the government to restrict judicial candidates’ campaign speech than for the Government to define marriage—even though the former is subject to strict scrutiny and the latter was supposedly subject to some form of rational-basis review.”
Justice Thomas sums it up well:
“Unless the Court abides by one set of rules to adjudicate constitutional rights, it will continue reducing constitutional law to policy-driven value judgments until the last shreds of its legitimacy disappear.”

I haven’t run across all that much that really caught my attention lately, but here goes.
Erdogan and Bibsy kissed and made up, and now are best friends forever again. Erdogan also had to eat his hat and sent a letter to Putin apologizing for the downing of the SU-24 and the murder of the pilot.
I somewhat anticipate an upsurge in turmoil and clandestine Turkish-Israel backed support for “opposition” forces in southern Syria and along the Golan Heights as well as into Lebanon for any anti-Hezbollah gangs, since Erdogan now agreed to send “humanitarian aid for Gaza” to Israel instead of directly delivering it to the Palestinians.
And we know what Erdogan’s “humanitarian aid” for Syrians has been—weapons smuggling to ISIS & al Nusra/Qaeda. I suspect that the Gaza “humanitarian aid” will actually be diverted to southern Syria against Assad, and southern Lebanon militias to fight Hezbollah as proxies on behalf of Israel and Turkey.
Damascus is making progress against ISIS & al Qaeda/Nusra despite numerous setbacks. Some groups, probably loyalist 5th columnists, are now bumping off “Syrian opposition” leadership around Aleppo.
Despite the political and media hyperventilation, and the apoplexy of all the Eurocrats, Brexit and its processes leaving the EU are going to be around for a while.
Cameron refuses to “trigger” Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty of European Union of 2009, which then starts the clock, leaving the next PM holding the bag. All kinds of room for shenanigans.
Nigel Farage and UKIP will stay on top of it, for sure. And he has stood up for Putin being a statesman throughout this, (by mainly staying out of the Brexit issue altogether rendering no opinion), while denouncing Obama as the Jew-enabled jerk he is.
Nigel Farage also made the statement to the effect that Brexit would allow bilateral free trade to open up directly between the UK and US without interference from the EU; and it goes without saying that the UK will seek to open up emerging markets in SE Asia and deal directly with India and the rest of the British Commonwealth.
AND the zio-christians continue to wreak their unholy, errant love for the “chosen:”

Congress by simple majority vote can limit the jurisdiction of the Court. A simple vote by the great pro-life champions could deny the Court’s jurisdiction on a ‘woman’s right to choose.’
I am no fan of the document or our form of government, but the real problem is the slugs in government who’s thoughts are on evil continually. I would prefer some type of parlimentary system with some type of state nullification provision. God Bless.
