Gay Marriage Or States Rights?

It’s coming down to the wire.
In April, the Supreme Court decides if states have the right to ban same-sex marriage.
If the court denies that right then “States Rights” are over forever and only a federal ruling class will henceforth decide what states and individuals of those states can and cannot do.
With four Jews on the highest bench holding a pro-same-sex stance, the death of liberty is only one month away.
Does the 14th Amendment which guarantees ‘equal protection’ forbid states from treating homosexual couples differently than heterosexual ones?
Does discriminating against homosexual couples have as its main component, ‘animus,’ that is, ‘bearing malice,’ toward homosexuals?
This is how the debate is being spun by the legal apparatus who’ve turned the Constitution into a ‘living Constitution’ far from the original intent of the Founding Fathers.
An evolving, I mean, mutating ‘living Constitution’ is not even law at all. It’s silly putty in the hands of Jewish judges to impose their will on the rest of us.
For instance, Judge Richard Posner recently ruled that restricting who can marry derives from a “tradition of hate.”
Following Posner, Judge Dale Cohen of Florida overturned the state’s ban on sodomite marriages citing the 14th Amendment.
But Congress passed the 14th Amendment after the Civil War to grant citizenship to former slaves. It has nothing to do with homosexuals.
The Founding Fathers considered sodomy and same-sex relations as morally repugnant crimes.
That’s why the Thirteen States adopted British sodomy laws which carried the death penalty.
But this is not what the debate is about. It’s not a “14th Amendment” debate. It’s not an ‘animus’ debate. It’s a States Rights issue. Period.
What people do in private will have repercussions for them.
You want to be a homosexual, go ahead. But don’t override States Rights, our last shelter of freedom.
Come April, “States Rights” is about to be sodomized forever.

It is not only about States’ Rights!
The SCUS case is about States’ Rights, but the real issue is about God’s rights delegated by a much higher law to the Church.
It is about the freedom of the Church to teach, mandate and follow a moral code. The “Living Constitution” is bad but is only made possible by Christians who believe in a “Living Bible”.
The Constitution is a man made instrument that is subject to the whims of man. It was designed to “Form a more perfect Union” and to keep it’s citizens obedient to that union through deception, NOT to guarantee human rights and freedom as many believe.
Scripture has also erroneously been subjected to the whims of mans “interpretation” which is why Christianity doesn’t resembles Scriptural teaching.

I have been trying to wade through Gibbon’s “Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire” when I have the time.
There is a very interesting chapter on the development of the Christian chuch. The first 15 bishops of the Church of Jerusalem like Bro Nat were all Jews who jumped ship.
Another interesting point Gibbons makes is the degeneration and fall of the Roman Empire was directly linked to the leadership becoming increasingly involved in homosexual behaviour.

This is the duty of the state in exchange for legitimacy and the real right to govern.
The question of what to do with homosexuals is dealt with in Leviticus 20:13.
Applying that law and judgment is not Judaizing, it is respecting and enforcing God’s law and God is not a Jew.
Failure to obey God’s laws and judgments on the part of the state, and that means any government on earth puts such a state in the position of being an accessory to a crime and must suffer the penalty of that crime.
Under that legal principle all governments that legalize, protect, promote or fail to punish crimes defined by God’s laws are guilty of being an accessory to those crimes and must suffer the penalty defined by God’s judgments.
This is what that statement “Do not judge lest you be judged” is all about. Making law and punishment independent of God’s laws and judgments. It is not a prohibition on carrying out sentencing based on God’s laws and judgments at all.
It is about prohibiting government from playing God and overthrowing God’s laws and judgments and making the law of god of no effect by the traditions of men and women.
Legislation beyond the limits or in defiance of divine law is against the First Commandment. For offending persons and nations there are consequences for this and they are not going to be a lot of fun either.
Can you say national punishment by the foreign sword or by other means?
Ask yourself the question. Who is offended by your offenses and is being strengthened economically and militarily? That is your executioner.

You might consider the issue of “same-sex marriage” according to these two principles.
(1) One cannot “redefine” a term.” If one changes its meaning, then one has a different concept which then requires a different term to be applied to it. Example: Let’s redefine “chair” by taking off its back. The result is a different concept which we rename as being “a stool.”
Thus “marriage” is defined according to Natural Law as a union between a man and a woman. Change that definition and you do not have “a marriage” but instead, a different concept to be named whatever you might like apart from using the term “marriage.”
(2) “Equality” under the law is a matter of treating those equally situated according to the same regard. Hence all privates must get the same pay and all generals, the same pay — but not privates the same pay as generals.
How does this second principle apply to “same-sex” marriage? Well a “so-called union” between two people of the same sex does not constitute a marriage and thus does not situate their “union” with “marriage” to be treated in the same way as a marriage.
Thus let us rename all contracts between individuals considered apart from their sexual nature as “marriage-contracts.” I, then, contract with a plumber to install plumbing in my new house. When he is done, I tell him that from now on all the property he accumulates is “community-property.’
And what is the principle upon which I rely to make this claim: that “a performance-contract” is in essence a “marriage contract.”
I might like to pass a law that is to treat all “performance” contracts as “marriage-contracts,” but that does not transform the “performance-contract” into a true “marriage-contract.”
All of these forgoing principles and examples leaves us with two recourses:
(1) No longer issue Marriage licenses but instead, “Civil-union” licenses, which is a union between people regardless of sex and is accorded all the “privileges” before accorded to the “marriage-union.”
(2) Issue neither “Civil-union” licenses not “marriage” licenses; but instead recognize marriage under “Common Law (which happens to be based upon Natural Law and cannot be changed. (The State of Indiana does NOT recognize Common Law marriages.)
Actually this second recourse is the only tenable option since the state cannot really “license” marriage” in the first place since “marriage” is a God-given right that cannot be man-given or man-taken away.
So what we have is the “same-sex” debate being wrongly framed. Then the question is “why.” Of course, to destroy the concept of the “family.”

In the Apostle Paul’s epistle to the Christians in Rome, he lays out his magnum opus as a kind of elucidation of the Gospel.

He states, “Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
“For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet” (Rom 1:24-27 KJV).
The primary manifestation of the willful rejection of God in any society is homosexuality, and it is a likely sign that God is about to judge that nation (as he did Sodom and Gomorrah, Gen. 19).
Without a doubt sodomy it is a damnable sin, as the Apostle Paul lists it as an example of the sins that exclude one from the Kingdom of Heaven:

It appears to me, because we’re beginning to see the widespread acceptance of sodomy in America, that God has given America over to her depravity, and that her judgement will soon follow. No sooner did I arrive at the median strip at 45th and Broadway in Times Square, holding high the Holy Cross of Christ, than a young man in his 20s runs up to me thanking me for my “awesome” Videos.
There must have been some kind of “jewelry” event in Times Sq since a lot of “diamond district” Hasidic Jews were out in full force.
As soon as most of them saw me out of the corner of their eyes they changed direction rather than be confronted with the Cross of Christ.
Two of them did move toward me. I made the sign of the Cross over them and after cringing they started “running for their lives.”
Ha, ha ha! “Gotcha!” I yelled out.
Then a plain dressed Jew purposely walked toward me and said, “I’m Jewish,” in a proud self-satisfied voice.

His last internationally public press statement was March 5 following talks with Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi, but he’s been meeting with RF government, military, judicial and banking officials .
Today, he had a meeting with President of the Supreme Court Vyacheslav LebedevI, at his permanent presidential residence, Novo-Ogaryovo, some 15 miles outside of Moscow, where he actually conducts most of his presidential business, especially if it is less formal, working meetings on domestic or security issues.
Moscow Times reported that state TV released a video of this meeting. The video matches with photos on Kremlin.ru dated today.
I found it on a Ukraine Today, which of course jazzes it up with their own and Western snark “it looks remarkably similar to a meeting Putin had last November” and then goes on about the drunkard Yeltsin denying a heart attack and old video shots of him drunk.
It’s useful video though, because you can see Putin, who looks fine standing and shaking hands, he sits down on the edge of his seat to keep his back straight, then another shot shows him sitting further back. His seated posture is cockeyed leaning to the left, his left arm and hand is resting on his left leg, but he’s fully resting his right arm on the chair arm and gripping the front at 0:12. He looks uncomfortable.

His trip to Kazakhstan was cancelled for whatever reasons, and is now rescheduled for Mar 16. He’s to meet with the president of South Ossetia on the 18th.
I did notice in a recent video interview with someone, that even from the side view this time, Putin was sitting cockeyed leaning left again with his right arm & hand kind of draped into his lap, which seems to me that his back pain is more acute than normal for some reason.
Also, every so often if you watch him walking on videos, you’ll see that he doesn’t swing his right arm/hand as high as the left, he and that his posture seems to be braced.
I wouldn’t have known about this fantastic organization if KathJuliane had not brought to our attention in another article.

The K of C had not been in the parade for at least 20 years. But several Catholic groups dropped out, including the landmark St. Patrick float. On Feb. 26, the K of C suddenly announced they would march in the parade with a float of their own. This clearly seemed to be a collusion with the liberal political establishment.
After reading the reports by MassResistance and the Boston-based Catholic Action League of Massachusetts, faithful Catholics and others reacted swiftly. From Massachusetts, across America. and as far away as Europe, they made their anger and outrage unmistakable. According to one K of C person, even many priests called.
They phoned and emailed the Massachusetts K of C offices, state officials, and also the national K of C headquarters in New Haven, CT.
In the end, the K of C was clearly overwhelmed. According to observers, it appears that the national office finally saw that this was not worth the fight, and they backed off the plan to march.
Insulting treatment by K of C when contacted
Many people who protested were particularly angered by the insulting treatment they felt they received from the K of C. Besides being adamant that they would not change their decision, K of C officials refused to acknowledge people’s concerns and insisting that the inclusion of homosexual groups would have no effect on the Catholic character of the parade, and that Catholic groups should have no issue with it. The K of C even began labeling it the “Evacuation Day Parade” to downplay the Catholic connection.
Sadly, even after their announcement, rather than be gracious and apologize, the Massachusetts K of C did not relent from their disingenuous line of reasoning. Here’s what they’ve posted on their website:

We deeply regret that some have decided to use this occasion to further the narrow objectives of certain special interests, which has subjected this occasion to undeserved division and controversy. In addition, certain groups have chosen to misrepresent our reason for marching, insisting that we were participating in the parade to support another group or for political reasons.
Such statements, of course, completely miss the point and purposely obscure the real reason that people were so upset. The event is not about “special interests” or “political reasons” at all. It’s a celebration of faith. And the overwhelming number of faithful Catholics – and others — understand that.
C.J. Doyle, executive director of the Catholic Action League sent us this statement:

I believe you’ve got the right take on the rumors about Putin being “missing.”
I looked at your links. It’s clear to me from his posture and some of his physical compensations that he’s suffering acute pain from a chronic back injury, and is having a flare up.
It was probably worse earlier in the week, and that’s why he cancelled a meeting in Kyrgystan and elsewhere, while still able to conduct routine business and meetings at his official state Novo-Ogaryovo residence west of Moscow, where he also normally conducts his official business most of the time and not always at the Kremlin.
Mr Putin’s usual absence from the Kremlin, except for high state formal occasions, commemorations, and appearances at Parliament and such, boils down to courtesy for the Russian people: years ago he decided to take up the state presidential residence outside the city as his official office as well as residence, because he didn’t want a twice-daily motorcade to disrupt and make worse Moscow’s notoriously bad traffic.
Suffering chronic back pain myself from a couple of blown discs and a sacro-lumbar dislocation (sustained as a judo student, btw), there are times when I can’t bear to sit in a car seat to go to the local grocery store, much less make a several hour flight in an airplane. I don’t take pain pills other than over-the-counter anti-inflammatory meds.
I feel Mr Putin may be gutting it out without strong medications, too.
About three years ago the Moscow Times (not particularly pro-Putin) reported that he suffered an exacerabtion of an old back injury when he flew a hang-glider with rare Siberian cranes called the “Flight of Hope,” an effort to attract attention to the endangered species.
“After the Sept. 6 flight on the Arctic Yamal Peninsula, Putin flew to the Asia-Pacific summit in Vladivostok, where participants said he was limping.
“Dubbed the “Flight of Hope,” Putin’s flight with the cranes was officially explained as an effort to attract attention to the endangered species. However, critics ridiculed the event as a publicity stunt.
“Doctors have advised Putin not to fly due to concerns for his back, the report said, adding that the president was undergoing preventative treatment.”

Here’s the video of Putin’s flight with the cranes back in September 2012. He flew a motorized hang glider. The vid shows a bumpy takeoff and landing in the wildlife preserve, which certainly triggered aggravation of his old back injury, as shortly after he was seen limping in Vladivostock.

Putin’s back problem undoubtedly must be due to his many years of intensive Judo training and competition.

I do think the Knights of Columbus have been infiltrated by Masonry. Years ago I was a member, and while the guys in the local chapter were alright the national leadership seemed awfully chummy with the, “Their God is the Devil” gang: Knights/Masons pancake breakfasts and “interfaith” assemblies. Even Knights who were Freemasons!
These things are expressly forbidden to Catholics.

Years ago there was a political party here in the US known as the “Anti-Masonic Party”.

I arrived at Broad and Water on Wall Street exactly at high noon.
Carrying my sign, “Occupy Wall Street With Jesus Christ” and my large Cross, I made my way up to the center of Wall Street in front of the Jew-ridden NYSE.
Cameras started flashing and young kids on “tour” asked to take pictures with me.
This went on as I “marched” back and forth up to Trinity Church and back to the entrance of the NYSE for a good two hours.
Sensing it was time to leave, a young man in his twenties with a thick French accent came up to me, saying:

That was a good positive note to leave on!
